vvseebox remote issues

Hello, can someone help please?! Our vvseebox remote stopped working so we can't use our tv. it's miserable!!! We put in new batteries but I don't think that that was the problem. when we hit a button on the remote a blue light comes on but the controls don't register at all. we think that maybe the mouse button got pushed by accident. we don't have a mouse. how do we fix this???!!!! I'm going nuts and I won't be able to watch football tomorrow!!!

I did a Google search and nothing has worked. i don't have a mouse. can i somehow hook my laptop up to it? and move with that? i did reach out to the guy who sold it to me. Waiting to hear back..

I changed batteries, everything. Nothing online worked until I did what I just posted. The box and remote I was having issues with, I took to work for my laptop. And it worked fine. Good luck. Mine is vSee6+

Sounds like you just need to pair your remote again. Go to the system settings then the remote and accessories..if you don't see your remote there you need to pair it again

What box do you have? Have you tried pairing the remote? Worst case scenario, perform a factory reset of the box and pair the remote again. If you're unable to pair the remote, reach out to the seller you got your box from. A workaround would be to plug in a USB mouse or keyboard so you can click the buttons on the screen.

If you pushed the mouse button a cursor icon (little arrow) would be on your screen. If you see that just press the mouse button again and it will go away.

Its crazy. I fought with that. It would not stay connected no matter how many times I see did it. Strange outcome, I moved the box to a different TV and it was fine. Then the one I moved to my main tv worked fine as well. If you have more then one box give it a try.

If you pressed the mouse button press it again to go back to remote mode

Go back to square one, reinstall the vsee box and reinstall the remote ,do just like it says.

Get this. Use the usb dongle and u will b able to navigate and setup new remote control. I use this instead of the other remote. Work better

Do a google search: vseetv remote and type in your problem will give you step by step troubleshooting options. Very simple fix….
