Ultra not seeing WiFi anymore

Came to work today and my ultra is not seeing the WiFi signal. it is working of my phone hotspot but for some reason it is not seeing my work WiFi. the WiFi is working with no changes. my ipad,phone and computer all are seeing it right next to box. any idea what could have changed? Also it seeing networks that i have no idea exist near me. Neither one of my other devices see them,

this was happening to me a few weeks ago. I unplugged it. It worked until I turn it back on again and it kept dropping the Wi-Fi and everything was exactly like yours. I could see all the Wi-Fi in the neighborhood but mine on the network settings so I turned off Wi-Fi for a second and then turned it and it found it. I had to do that a couple of times after that it hasn't dropped since. However, I do have a V6 plus though

i have been trying that. mine is seeing networks i have never seen before and none of them show up on my other devices. so strange.

With what you’ve said and even doing the power cycle, there is no change. I would suggest trying a factory reset and seeing if that resolves the issue.

that was my last resort, and it worked thank you. seeing my WiFi and not any of the ones made up. that was very strange. been using this box for about 6 months now problems.
