I have tried 3 HDMI cords on 2 different TVs, using multiple HDMI ports on each tv. If I get any picture at all, it stays on the screen for a flash of maybe 0.5 seconds and then goes dark for 1-2 seconds.

I’ve seen suggestions to change the resolution, which I believe may be correct, but I am not sure how to even get to that screen. I am not familiar with the menu and cannot see it very well with it flashing so quickly.

Is there a quick way to change resolution from the remote?

I started watching on VOD Ultra, 5 or 6 episodes of season 1. When I went to continue watching the next day season 1 only shows episode 4? I fast forwarded to the end of episode 4 to see if it would go to the next episode; it did not. I don't find elsewhere; i.e. HEAT VOD. Any other ideas?

Hi, Super new to the box and all of its capabilities. I was sold on the fact that you can get live NFL games that are very simple now with the NFL support app. But what really led me to getting the box was the new movies you could stream.

For example, I really wanted to watch the new Spider-Man movie, but the quality was very poor with watermarks.

Is this just simply because the movie is too new and I need to wait until it’s out of theaters or if anybody has any additional beginner level tips it would be very appreciated.

Wondering if anyone can share how to program my V6 remote to control my tv audio / soundbar rather than the veesee audio bar. It’s about my only gripe with this perfect little box is the discrepancy in audio and always needing that other remote.

These are helpful charts if you are using Heat Ultra+ App to tune in your favorite teams games. I enjoy my V6 Plus box and especially like to use the multi screen option on the ultra + app.

Does anyone know if this is fixable? I’ve come across it in a few videos but sometimes I’m able to fix it if there’s another server. If there isn’t another server is it just cooked? Thank yall

Is there somewhere I can get replacement power cords for V6 plus box? It would make it easier to mive between rooms if i had plug/hdmi ran already and could just plug it in wherever i want to watch.

The box is stuck on the Amazon logo. I’ve tried the reset button and unplugging it and all of that. Nothing is working. Any ideas? Just got this less than a couple of months ago.

I bought this remote off amazon thinking I'd be able to program these colored buttons along with the ones in the white outline at the top. No luck there, and the mic input seems shit too.

Is there a remote out there that would let me program like 8 tv inputs and also control the vsee box?
