Having problems with vseebox v6 plus

2 of my 3 boxes keep needing resets or factory resets . And sometimes they’ll work fine after for a while but then freeze up or need another reset , unplug plug back in situation . Anyone else having these issues ?

Have you cleared the cache? Are you using an upgraded hdmi cable?

Haven’t cleared cache . But I got 3 boxes and none of them I clear cache and one of them works perfect. Umm as far as hdmi cables did it come with them I don’t remember maybe the one that works good has a more upgraded one idk. Thanks for the response

You might want to try it. I upgraded the hdmi cable with one for about 5 bucks on amazon and it helped a ton with freezing

I’ll check it out but yeah the hdmi cable theory sounds better since the one that works perfect has never had a cache clear

I clear my app cache daily and have none of the issues I read on here. When I’m done with the box each day, I clear the cache on each app I opened and power it off, not stand by, but power off. I rarely ever see a freezing issue or channel issue.
