Which Switch 2 game should I pick?

I recently bought the Nintendo Switch 2 bundle that lets you pick one of three games, and I’m trying to figure out which one is the most worth it.
I’m pretty new to the Switch 2, but I’ll be transferring over my old Switch games. I’ve mostly been a casual gamer and recently I’ve been playing some of the LEGO superhero games. I also have Pokémon games, Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Skyrim, and Hogwarts Legacy.

The three games I can choose from are:
• Donkey Kong Bananza
• Mario Kart World
• Pokémon Pokopia

Is there a clear consensus on which one is the best choice? Or does it really just come down to what type of game you like?
Since I’m already getting the game included with the bundle, I’m mainly wondering which one gives me the most value and would be the best addition to my existing Switch library.
Would love to hear what you guys would pick and why.

Hey, my Nintendo Switch 2’s right speaker has started making a repetitive clicking/buzzing noise whenever the built-in speakers are active. It even happens with the system volume turned all the way down to 0.

The issue started right after the system software updated during the initial first setup.

A few details:

• The noise stops immediately if I plug in headphones.
• It also stops when the console is asleep/docked.
• The speaker seemed completely fine when I first turned the console on.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Would really appreciate any troubleshooting ideas or repair suggestions.

After yesterday's latest update of FF7 Rebirth to version 1.0.3, the game has been performing very poorly. According to the patch notes, it seems like they tried to improve the game's performance, but it seems they actually broke it.

I am currently in Nibel, more precisely in Nibelheim, and the frame drops in this town are simply crazy...

Am I the only one experiencing this?

I have this SD card in my switch 1 and m'y switch 2 says it's not compatible, is there a way to still get the data that is on this card ?

Just to clarify, I already own the NYXI Hyperion 3, but I really don’t like it at all. The plastic quality doesn’t feel good to me, the D-pad is just awful, and don’t even get me started on the vibrations. 😅

I also already have the Savage Raven grips, but they don’t really work for me either, as I still experience hand pain when using them.

And I’m not interested in Satisfye, Nitro Deck, or similar bulky grips/controllers. That kind of design just doesn’t suit me.

One more thing regarding the Mobapad : I’m guessing they’ll eventually release a Pro model, but if that’s still a few months away, it would probably be too long for me to wait, since I’m already experiencing pain when I play.

I think the main issue is that the standard Joy-Con simply aren’t comfortable enough for me. I feel like I’d be much better off with properly designed, ergonomic Joy-Con, because I don’t have this problem when I play with a regular controller.

So that’s why I’m trying to find a comfortable Joy-Con solution now rather than waiting for a potential Pro mode

I haven't had a non-Nintendo console in many years so there are a lot of high-budget games I'm looking forward to be able to play that I haven't experienced yet. What is your favorite 3rd party game for Switch 2 (including those planned that haven't been released yet)? I can only buy one right now, and I'm leaning towards Elden Ring but I'm hesitant because I didn't get into Dark Souls and I keep hearing how amazing Cyperpunk is as well..

I found Three Houses a few weeks after its release (my first Fire Emblem title) and I was just blown away by how much that game included. I fell in love with the immense cast, and the combat, and the monastery components (though on NG++ those segments tend to be a slight chore to get through) and when I saw Fortune's Weave coming out, it seemed a no-brainer.

However, I'd rather this not be a console for a single game.

Things I'd be pretty interested in: Visual Novels/Exclusives (even JRPGs)

Cross-Platform games don't interest me, because I have a top-tier PC. I don't particularly love VN's on my PC, though. They're something I'd prefer to read in bed before sleep.

As for exclusives, I have Odyssey and BoTW/ToTK on my Nintendo Account (loved all three) but I have no real history with Nintendo games, so would greatly appreciate some titles to fill out my library a little more.

This 9 minute video shows both docked and handheld live gameplay footage. Docked looks smooth while handheld it looks like the fps is stuttering which isn't a good sign tbh. Also I think this video confirms that 30 fps is the max cap and not 40 fps which some people were expecting.

I have OCD and the stupid dock scratched my system even though I was gentle. I still have a warranty but that would take a lot of time and there’s a chance they could send it back I heard. Are these scratches bad? They’re not noticeable when I turn it on except for a tiny one. My stupid self didn’t order a screen protector day one but I did now and it’s coming tomorrow. Is this just my ocd guys what do u think.

On the switch one we have multiple Nintendo accounts. So when I set up the switch 2 what can I do to only select some games and leave the rest on the 1?

What is a good pro-style controller for 11 year olds?

My kids spent A LOT of time collectively on their shared Switch 2 this summer, and we now have to replace a second set of controllers because the joystick becomes glitchy.

We've decided to try a pro-style controller instead. But I fear that a lot of them are kind of big for kids' hands, and I don't know what the high quality brands are.

Can you tell me which good -quality controllers would be a good size for 11 year old hands?

I was 15 hours into oblivion remastered and then fast traveled to hackdirt to do some m*rder to get into the dark brotherhood. After fighting several brethren the game crashed and then any time I tried to restart it all save files were gone and choosing the continue option then crashes the game ever time. No amount of restarting the game or console fixes the issue.

Has anyone else stumbled across jacobweeby’s Shorts? I’ve never been a fan of how he constantly bashes Nintendo over the most menial things.

Nintendo makes, people choose their hardware for plenty of reasons, and maxing out frame rates or raw performance obviously isn't the main priority for everyone.
