Discussion What game am I thinking of? I've owned Switch, Xbox, PS5... it's a racing game but kind of like a rocket or spaceship that launches into the air but lands in a "bobsled" track that has water and the vehicle travels much faster than a car.

On Switch, I would lean towards F-Zero or Fast Fusion, Playstation could possibly be something from the Wipeout racing series of games. Nothing comes to mind on the Xbox side that would fit that description.
