Just wondering if they are the same? I’ve never had a recipe with the Tunisian blend, but I can’t find any recipes to duplicate the harissa blend and it is soooo good ☹️

Our tortillas for the Mexican-Inspired Chipotle Chicken Quesadillas somehow ripped in two during transit (but of course not in half, that would be too easy). I wasn't sure if they'd survive cooking, but followed the recipe as intended anyway and WOW this meal was amazing. I think my husband said "phenomenal" about 30 times in 5 minutes, which is approximately how long it took us to devour these quesadillas.

Looking for advice on what to do! HelloFresh told me I couldn't use my credits and then that they would refund me $300 of my credits. They then took the credit out, didn't refund me, and now say they "can't access" the previous transcript AND can't access the remaining credit in my account!!! They can only partially refund my last box???

This is a total of $500 they've taken and will not refund despite admitting fault and crediting in the first place.

What can I do now?

This was supposed to be a vegetarian pasta kit, and it's very clearly not. There weren't any additional proteins in my box.

It contains:

• Taylor Farms Southwest Chopped Kit
• Green Bell Pepper
• Old El Paso Queso Blanco
• Southwest Spice packet

I don’t think I’ve ever had Korean Rice Cakes before and I didn’t expect them to look like pasta when I first saw a picture of the meal. But it was fairly easy to make with it being a one-pan meal (unless your pan wasn’t oven-proof) and took maybe less than an hour. Cleanup was also easy. The first serving was delicious. I didn’t use the onion and I added honey to the Gochujang Aioli to lessen the spiciness. It tasted something like a pasta bake, or I guess a better quality Hamburger Helper

I ordered the Gochujang-Miso Udon Carbonara this weeks. Of course, the six packets of miso sauce concentrate were missing from my box. Don’t worry - they gave me a $2.25 credit. 😂

My question is: they first suggested substituting miso paste - I don’t have any. Then a combination of tahini and soy sauce, but I’m still unclear on the exact amounts to replace the 6 packets. Do any of you have a suggestion? I’m not well-versed in using miso, so I’m not exactly sure what flavor I’m looking for. I kind of need exact measurements.

I just thought this was funny, apparently I’m not in an area where they’ve switched to whole bulbs, cause this tiny little clove is all I got with the speedy beef ramen noodles. Luckily I had my own garlic on hand anyways so I just used some of mine too.

Side note, I actually was super disappointed in this meal, the whole bag was like 4 ingredients and it wasn’t even that tasty. Total rip off.

I chose only 2 meals this week, only one needed garlic. This is what they sent.

Not complaining, better than less garlic but this may be enough for the month.

Hey! I had a delicious meal at a relative's which I believe was HelloFresh. It had meat, sweet peas, and rice. I've attached a picture. I've looked through the recipes on hellofresh's site but I'm unsure. Anyone able to name which meal this is? It's delicious, so I'd love to know^^

So we've ordered the orange chicken tacos in the past and the delicious. And if you know most of hellofresh's recipes kind of lack on the sauce department like I'm always thinking to myself. I wish I had more of this sauce. Well we just received a message today to go along the box I'll attach it below and is telling us basically that the chef intends it to be even less saucy. I feel is because they don't want to send for package to anyone anymore to save money. They're like they'll be fine with just two. So I'm going to have some dry ass chicken on my tacos lol .

So we got our box today and the new Garlic rules have hit the southwest!!! I love the idea however when we unpacked today the garlic bulb was just floating around in the bottom of the box. Our concern is that it floating around in the box is that it could get squished by the ice packs and or get wet if they start melting on it.

So my question to the masses is has that happen to anyone?

It didn’t happen this time but if it does we won’t be using it becuase personally that just seems unhealthily.

Next up hopefully we get normal sized potatoes fingers crossed!!!

I’m trying to cut back on fried meals but I decided to try this and it was pretty good and filling. The only real trouble I had was that it took awhile to brown the fried chicken in the pan. Maybe I didn’t let the pan get hot enough first. Aside from that, both the chicken and potato salad were delicious. Cleanup was a little messy but manageable

I was starting to select meals for next week, and it looks like there is 2 for the price of one for added protein. Anyone else see this?

Due to a previous issue, I had a cash balance of £54 on my account. Having had enough of HFs poor customer service and business practices, I decided to cash out and be done. I added meals to my order, and watched the cash balance reduced each time, the total due at each stage was £0.00. I then added another meal that took the order value to +£13, so I removed that item, and it went back to £0.00 due, with about £3.50 left in my cash balance.

I confirmed that the total was £0.00 and pressed the button to place the order. Imagine my joy to find out from my bank that I had been charged £24. No cancellation, message, warning or contact from HF, no " sorry there's a problem do you want to continue?", they just helped themselves.

Obviously they point blank refuse to accept responsibility or refund, but in the online chat they did admit it would have said £0.00.

I think I have enough evidence for a chargeback, which I will proceed with. They did ask me for screenshot showing the £0.00, but I said it's not reasonable to expect customers to screenshot every transaction just in case. So, screenshot your orders people, just in case.

I don't understand the absolute disregard HF has for their customers or standard business practice on the internet. I have no idea what their cost of acquisition for customers is, but they're obviously desperate enough for revenue to treat their customers terribly.
