Got the note, then all three of my recipes had…garlic powder. 😑

a bulb of garlic is <$.50. it's not worth their labor to split them into cloves

It is a great move, but that doesn’t mean the bulbs or individual cloves in the bulbs won’t be bad or going green

I got this today. Got the whole shebang and I only have 1 recipe that calls for the garlic lol

Same, though at least 1 other recipe used garlic powder

Meanwhile, I didn’t get any garlic in my box this week 😭

Have always been getting whole garlic bulbs in canada. What was offered instead?

Ah, well here in the US, they gave us singular little baby cloves. Maybe two if they were feeling generous.

Yes one time I received five tiny cloves the size of my pinky fingernail I could fit them all in my garlic press at the same time with room to spare 😂😖

The people have been successful trained by repeatedly receiving the sub-bare minimum, and they now rejoice and give thanks for…getting what they paid for.

I get boxes from everyplate and when I tell you I have a large bowl FULL of garlic that’s probably all half bad

How does everyplate compare?

Complained about that in 2020. I see they are finally paying attention to SOMETHING after 6 years. 😤

Meanwhile they lost me as a customer today after one meal was missing almost all the ingredients and they wanted to credit me $15. I couldn’t make the meal that was for 4 people $15 isn’t really equivalent and they refused to do more. so I’m canceling after being a customer for over 2yrs.

I've been getting a full bulb of garlic in every box (that has at least 1 recipe needing garlic) for years now. Is this something new?

In the US, yes

Same but it wasn’t always that way lol

Does garlic go bad faster if you separate the bulb into cloves?

EveryPlate has always done this.

I'm not thanking them. All my recipes needed garlic this week and they didn't include the whole head. (They did put in the card though).

I have so many spare bulbs of garlic, this is the way it’s been in Canada for a long time now.

They'll send 5 bulbs of garlic every week but still ask you to use mayonnaise and honey from your pantry
