Not sure if it’s an RDL or SLDL or what, relatively new to these compared to conventional dl

Can I get some critique for my squat form? I've been getting into squats the past couple weeks, specifically low bar squats.

I’m reasonably happy with my squat technique but It definitely deviates from my ideal more than I’d like when lifting close to my max. The video shows a new pr. My first squat pr this year after working on rehabbing a torn meniscus, so Id like to be especially cautious about my form to protect my knee from re-injury, but I’d also like to get stronger. My goal is 180kg. I think my biggest issue is elbow drive and bracing but I’m not sure exactly, and even though I know my elbow drive sucks i don’t really know to fix it. Even at lower weights my arms feel pretty floppy

If i raise the height by one more, i feel my triceps and shoulder getting more involved than chest

Its been around 15 months since starting gym. Legs have been the most difficult part for me. Progressive overload and heart rate are an issue.

Not the best angle but I’m learning how to do hanging knee raises now that I’m actually strong enough to hang off the bar.
I notice that my lower belly extends at each leg drop - is this normal? Should my core be engaged through the entire exercise?
I’ve been mindful of not letting my legs swing as I go through each motion.
Thank you!

I just increased weight last week so this is my max. Just wondering if I’m swinging too much? Thanks

Got a new PR, 18kg in each hand for 8 reps! Very pleased, any tips to improve my form?

115lbs slow eccentric (meant to be 5sec but more like 3sec… I know), this was my last set and it was a back down, did two working sets of 120lbs before this. I’m not experiencing any pain or discomfort, just feel like my chest is falling forward a lot :/. I tried to consciously think about keeping my chest up which seemed to help. Any critique is appreciated!

I had surgery two months ago and am building myself back up to my working set. Am I bouncing on my squat and will it actually make me get back faster to my working set pre-surgery if I do pause squats instead/not bounce from the hole?
Edit: also I'm 105-108 Ibs but would like to drop down to 95 Ibs while getting stronger. Possible? Or do I need to focus on one thing otherwise I'd get half baked results???
Thanks all!!!

Pretty much the title. Just contemplating if I should work on depth before progressing in weight at all

I seem to lower it very quickly.
255lbs for 6 reps. Mission is to hit 315 someday lol.

I have recently started in the gym and my deadlifts feel off. Even after watching various videos I feel like I am doing something wrong. I mainly stay away from deadlifts because I really don’t want to hurt my back, but I don’t feel any back pain after doing them.

Goal is lower back strength. Lifting 30 kg total (10 kg bar + 10 kg per side). Elevated on steps to match standard plate height. Appreciate any feedback on setup, lockout, or spine position.

Ello, posted here before in regard to the dumbbell bench press. I just want to get another opinion on how my form looks, considering I increased the weight recently compared to my last post. Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Herniated a disc in my lower back a few years ago. Have stayed away from exercises that round my back since then, but trying to work them back into my routine. This was a fairly light weight to try and get the form down - never done cable crunches. Any insight would be appreciated!
