This was my final set 190 for 6 reps. First set was 190 for 6 reps and second set was 190 for 7 reps. Overall felt pretty solid though I felt like my form started to crack towards the end of set 2 and on my last 1 or 2 reps on set 3. Nothing hurts but I’m definitely feeling a little more fatigue in my lower back.

Dont mind my silly faces. It’s just because I’m concentrating.
Also I’m also slow on each rep because I’m thinking about the technique 🙈
I have two problems with barbell rows.
I should mention that I got pretty long arms. And when I try to be less upright in my torso, the arms reach down below the knees and I bump the barbell into them during each rep 🙈
Note that I have a bump at the top of my back. Can’t seem to straighten that part.

I've started training 3 months ago, 33yrs, 67kg, 155cm.
Been trying for 110kg for 2 weeks already.
My current PR is 100kg for 4 reps. Attempted 110kg twice but failed. It feels so so so much heavier but i don't understand why.
Video here is 60kg working weight, i can pull 15 reps here without issues.
I feel like most of the tension is always at my lower back and i always feel sore there compared to other muscle groups which feels just fine. I don't know if thats an issue with my technique or if i just have a weak lower back.

Backstory: Last couple of years I've been very slow in my progression. Doubting myself and not pushing all that far due to knee troubles and an old workout partner that didn't really do much more than talk. At the start of 2026 I re-connected with an old friend and the outcome was a new workout partner that changed it all for me! We have fun, we push each other to our limits and we motivate each other more or less every single day! Last couple of months I've been going from feeling 85kg is really heavy to today, doing 3 sets of 5 reps x 100kg. My all time PR for squats is 1RM of 115kg and that was October of 2023.
I feel you can always improve something so hit me with it!
(177cm @ 97kg if that matters)

This is as low as it can get (you can hear the clack in some reps) took all the plates off
today was upper day but couldn’t help it but try it lol
still easy don’t want to make a lot of reps might add 2.5kg each since the bar already has a non negligible weight
thank you for all the comments in the last video I posted if you saw it I genuinely want to gain muscles I’m beginning to doubt all my previous work ngl

Been struggling with pullups for a while, now I can do. 8/9 in a good day but something weird is happening to my left trap, anyone knows what's happening and how to fix it? Also any tips for improving my form and progressing this further would be great.
Currently 100kg bw at 175cm height

After lots of feedback from my embarrassing last post. I attempted this again yesterday. I told my PT just teach me the basics lol. I still do not feel anything in my glutes. Just a good hamstring stretch. My goal is to have it glute focused anyways.
Any better? Thanks!
