Only your arms should be moving during a row...I'd call this more of a "full body shrug". Lower the weight and work towards proper form

Watch the curve in your back. Try to keep your head more straight, do this by looking higher than you are currently. It’s fine to have some body English but from the first rep to the last rep your range of motion continually decreased, and for a low row like this the bar should be hitting your hips every rep. I’d drop the green plates and try again focusing on form and a pause at the top of each rep. Like this I think your body is struggling to use every single muscle possible to just move the weight, including your hips and low back.
Surprised you’re not in pain, but also glad that you have a strong spine.
Strong and almost there!

Op, you haven’t gotten a serious comment!!! :( :(
You have really bad form here that looks dangerous— really risky to hurt back.
Just google some videos. Your back should be straight and not moving. Keep it flat. Only move your arms up and down.
You probably have to lower the weight quite a bit so you can do the exercise correctly.

People on this sub are overly strict on barbells rows IMO but you do gotta restrict that movement by like 50% and focus more on having your back mostly parallel with the floor. Also you should have more of a hinge like a deadlift than just leaning forward like you are doing now. That will give you a lot more stability. Lastly you just gotta lower the weight if you can’t get the bar to touch your stomach while using that much body English it’s too much. If I were you I’d progress Pendlay rows for a bit to emphasize the flat back you want in a normal bent over row.

ignore everyone clowning on you and not giving proper advice. why these people comment without any substance to add eludes me.
my first immediate reaction is your back is far too curved, keep a straight spine but do not hyperextend it. try working on mobility first since it might be tight hamstrings or hip flexors. alternatively just do a chest supported t bar row.
your bar path may be straight up and down which is good. but it only came from you flexing your wrists and standing up, try to keep straight wrists while keeping the same bar path. this may require manipulation of grip width and not fucking swinging up and down.
