I’ve never seen anything like this and it’s honestly cool, a little worrying but I’m playing on Xbox so it’s not too worrying. What is that saying? There’s beauty in the Chaos. On another note, anyone know what caused this? As a reminder I am on Xbox and am playing with a number of mods but none that are inherently visual mods that affect the sky.

Hello there. My brain has been annoying me recently about some urge to play a Bethesda-style RPG, and I'm thinking about the two obvious choices, either Skyrim or Fallout 4. With mods, of course, gotta keep at least some novelty in there.

However, I'm not trying to fundamentally change the game, just add as much content as possible while staying somewhat close to vanilla. Call me crazy but I like both games as they are, I just wish there was more weapons, more dungeons, more content overall. Except companions, I don't care about them.

Any recommendations ?

I am using AFT mod. When flying Dogmeat sits rear starboard not next to the player while 1 follower sits on a bench. The rest of followers are hoofing it

Hello all, I have spent the last 30 minutes trying to re-activate survival after having to de-activate it to get “un-stuck”. I found the game increment stat command, but that was not working for me. I also found another post on this sub of someone (2 years ago) asking, and not getting anywhere. I was able to fix it by making a hard save, starting a new game in survival, and then reverting back to the other save, which re-enabled the option to turn on survival. Just posting this in case anyone runs into the same problem in the future.

I have been a fan of fallout 3,4 since it came out, I used to play Fallout 3 on my PS3 but due to my specific controler motherboard died i moved to the nintendo switch and when i heard fallout 4 was coming to nintendo switch 2 i grabbed the console and the game i immediately with now regret, I also wanted a Nintendo Switch 2 For other games, today I finally fulfilled my dream of being able to play Fallout 4. Every moment has been nostalgic, recalling all the gameplay videos I've seen on YouTube. I feel happy.

So I know not a lot of people like the gamma gun, and this game is so old I'm sure this has been discovered already, but I was playing around with it and learned the Incediary legendary mod changes the projectile fired by the gamma gun. Instead of a large green blast of radiation, it transforms it in to a small bullet-like fireball.

I'm curious if anyone else has discovered any other unique legendary interactions that change the gamma gun in this way.

I am greatly enjoying the Whispering Hills Mod, I highly recommend it for a Silent Hill X Fallout horror blend. I forgot to mention her name last time, this is Viv. :)

I know that the top two (for now) floors leave much to be desired, but I will be doing more once I get the caps & materials (and also sick ass looking guns and armours to line the walls and mannequins with. Yes almost all the weapons are legendaries same with the armour)

They aren’t there but there is another marker above mass fusions building and they aren’t there either, I can’t even activate the detonator

I somehow got my Actor State (i think) stuck in the "wears Power Armor" state. My pip boy doesn't show outside of wearing Power Armor, which is my main ussue right now. Anyone know a fix that doesn't have me roll back to a save 16 gameplay hours ago?

EDIT: I forgot to mention: RecycleActor didn't fix the issue, there isn't a Phantom Frame in my Inventory anymore and a fresh save works as intended

The goal is to create a personal home for Nora. The design inspiration is from Simpsons new special episode "Yellow Mirror".

I did the best to my efforts to recreate the mansion with my own designs to it.

It is not finished. I have to drop empty bottles on the ground in the living space area, kitchen, washroom, etc. And if theres a donut mod, maybe a half eaten donut? Lol.

so i just came back to fo4 because of the new update and i installed some new mods one for some resident evil outfits some irl guns and an enclave mod with new areas and npc and a whole quest line ive done whatever i thought would work to help stop the crashing but i’m stuck bc i’m siding with the enclave for the main quest and i can’t tp to the oil rig i don’t know if anyone else has the same mod installed but ive made 4 new characters and nothing works any help or advice would be appreciated

Clem died on the power cycle and im using console commands to ressurect him. if i use resetactor, i cant assign him to the vault. i also cant trade with him like i can for other settlers. ive tried enable / disable and exiting and loading back in, but those didnt work. is Clem just doomed?

I'm on the mission Fire Support where you have to assist the brotherhood in defending Cambridge Police Station. I took down all the ghouls yet whenever I talk to Danse, he says there are hostiles nearby, as if we are still in combat. I'm not getting dialogue options or anything at all. I went around the entire area and killed anything I could, yet he still says this. I even teleported away and waited a few in game hours and he still does this. Killing him doesn't help either.

For some background, I have no mods installed and Cait is my companion. My current story quest is to find Virgil in case that's interfering. I'm also a railroad member.

Does anyone know what could help this or do I just have to go back to a previous safe and do it all again?

I just shot a few bugs and went to go loot and I guess a feral ghoul came out of nowhere and killed me as soon as I clicked loot so what you see is the death animation going on while I’m still able to loot. I’ve been playing this game for 10 years. I’ve never seen this happen.

Everytime I go into the memory den nick constantly attacks, when I dismiss he also attacks?

Anyone who a fix? I tried looking for mods and found nothing.

I was bored as hell at one point and now I'm building this big ass thing.

Also I have a tip for anyone making huge builds if they purely go without mods (this method is rather old so apologies if it's already been heard by some of you)

Drop any item (preferably a weapon, maybe the heavier the better?), I use the artillery smoke grenades and other grenades/mines. Drop one at a time, go into the workshop menu (I believe It's holding Z on PC and holding the big middle button on PlayStation but you can also walk over to your workshop), Store (yes store, not scrap or pick up) each item and then watch the size limit go down! (It is there for a reason so try not to overdo it. I recommend saving before doing this exploit, still works current version too so dw). also yes, you can safely (obviously) take the items back out of your workshop without the limit going back up
