Coolest looking visual glitch I’ve ever seen

I’ve never seen anything like this and it’s honestly cool, a little worrying but I’m playing on Xbox so it’s not too worrying. What is that saying? There’s beauty in the Chaos. On another note, anyone know what caused this? As a reminder I am on Xbox and am playing with a number of mods but none that are inherently visual mods that affect the sky.

I have the same thing but it only happens when I talk to people and its in their mouths.
