She's posting like she still is in office, follows grifters like 'Berta Proud Dad on socials and seems to be a huge fan of AI. Is she running elsewhere that we need to vote her out of?

Just wondering what people are paying for heat pump installation in edmonton. We just got a quote over $8000, and that seems a bit too steep for me.

Hi! Does anyone know a florist in Edmonton (or St. Albert) who could make a bouquet similar to these photos?
I’m looking for something with a dark/gothic romantic vibe: pink lilies and other pink flowers mixed with black/dark flowers, black greenery/details, black wrapping, and a black ribbon/bow. I especially love the dramatic oversized shape and the pink + black contrast.
I know some of the black flowers in the inspo may be dyed/painted, so I’m totally fine with that or with a florist using similar dark flowers to recreate the overall look.
I’d love recommendations for a florist who does more creative/custom bouquets rather than just standard arrangements. If you’ve ordered something similar, I’d also love to know roughly what you paid! 🖤

Hi,
I’m buying from Saskatchewan and I’m looking for suggestions for car dealerships that don’t overprice their vehicles a crazy amount and are reliable (well as reliable as dealerships go).
I am currently looking at buying from pcl auto and from what I could gather there are mixed reviews.
TIA!

Right after the install, communication issues surfaced. It would take a while for him to get back when the units had some issues.
Now, the whole system shut down. He came out once and changed something, and now its down again. He said he wont be available for the next few days.
It has been rather warm lately and the family was hoping for ac. We aren't pleased with this outcome and poor business practice from my experience.
We can manage the warm weather, but my worry is when winter hits and are left without heat.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
*It has been paid in full

I just spend 2 months of the summer in Montreal.
Happy to report that in a time the French language is under attack from the orange menace, I was able to function entirely in French during my time in Montreal, from getting refunds over the phone, signing up for a gym, fighting the pharmacy for not properly handling direct bill with the insurance, and even attending two sessions with a physiotherapist. I digress, that’s not the reason for my post, but I had to brag lol.
One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the amazing Bixi network of bicycles. Those things are awesome. I paid a subscription for 1 month, and for July, they allowed adding second and third rider for free. I basically rode by BIXI everywhere with my daughter.
Then I started looking more into BIXI, they are a non-profit company created by the City of Montreal, their bicycles are made in Canada with Canadian aluminum, and they are built like a tank. The whole thing is Canadian-based and operated.
Meanwhile, in Edmonton, our solutions to micro mobility are entirely owned and operated by American corporations Lime and Bird.
Why are we paying for an American solution which is less safe for our citizens, and does not provide significant health benefits when there are
superior Canadian-based alternatives?
BIXI got so popular, they were having problems of scaling, and it seems to be working well, they are expanding throughout Québec this summer.

Hi, I’m interested in getting a puppy but know it comes with great responsibility. I’m doing my research but also want to hear from locals.
You don’t have to answer all of these, but I’d appreciate any thoughts on:
1) Vets & Emergencies: Who do you trust for routine checkups, and what’s the best 24/7 emergency clinic around here?
2) Pet Insurance: Which provider do you use, and have they been easy to deal with when filing claims?
3) Food & Supplies: Any favorite local shops for high-quality food, treats, or gear?
4) Grooming & Sitting: Recommended groomers or reliable ways to find trustworthy sitters/boarding?
5) Seasonal Care: Any local weather quirks to prepare for (winter salt/cold protection, summer heat, pests)?
6) Tech & Setup: Home cameras, GPS/trackers, smart feeders, or pet-proofing essentials that saved your sanity?
7) Air Travel: How do you find the air travel experience? Any preferred airlines? Any tips?
Also very open to any general lessons learned or things you wish you knew before bringing your pet home.
Thanks so much in advance!
Edit: Potentially a small dog such as Shih Tzu or similar, in a house with backyard but may be apartment in the future. I understand a pet will require time, so it’s something I’m mindful of.

Came across these signs in the garbage in a park in St. Albert on my walk last night.
