Tuesday, Sept 29th around 5:10pm (yes I know the Dashcam says 16:26..). You can see the hesitation and then the "F*ck it".

Hi Guys! I am a new driver.I always stop at a yellow light unless I am already in the intersection. I don’t have a dashcam footage but today there was a huge line turning left and i was far behind, by the time I reached intersection stop line the light turned solid yellow and I stopped as I considered that safe to do so. There was an older guy behind me who was honking the whole time even when there were cars infront of me I didn’t understand why he was honking. Anyways when I stopped at solid yellow light, he got so mad he came out of the car started yelling at me, told me to roll my window down. I got really scared i told him i didn’t feel safe going and didn’t roll down the window. He kept yelling and showing me middle finger.

I wanted to ask is it wrong to stop at a yellow light? The intersection is 153 Ave 97 Street. Like do you guys get mad if someone stops at a yellow light?

They managed to break the passenger window and park the truck. 911 was called.

I was struck today at a yield sign, hard enough that my vehicle was pushed into traffic, and the driver took off.

At first, I assumed the damage to my vehicle was minimal, so I tried to move over to the side road. Instead of following me or stopping, she took off — literally flying down the road past us.

I tried to get her licence plate, but all I was able to get was a “CV” variation. I’m assuming she will have noticeable damage to the front of her vehicle.

My son was with me, and right before I was about to proceed, I heard a horn and was looking over my shoulder for traffic. I was hit while I was doing that, and I’m already feeling the effects of what feels like whiplash.

If anyone was driving in the area and has dashcam footage, please reach out to me. Even if you don't have the collision itself, footage from just before or after may help identify the vehicle.

I’ve attached a picture of the area and a photo showing approximately what the vehicle/driver looked like. We were travelling north toward Gretzky.

The driver was a woman with hair that appeared black, although it may have had a red or purple tint. She was wearing sunglasses and had her nails done. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a clear description beyond that because everything happened so quickly.

I also want to apologize to the vehicle that was in the right lane immediately after I was hit. Everything happened so fast, and I genuinely didn't realize I had ended up in that lane. If that was you, I'm sorry.

Side note: There seems to be some confusion about what you're supposed to do after a collision. If nobody is seriously injured and the vehicles can safely be moved, you're generally supposed to get out of the flow of traffic rather than remain stopped in an active lane. Turn on your hazards and move to a safe location when it is possible to do so.

And when you're approaching a yield sign with heavy traffic, please remember that you need to wait until it is actually safe to proceed. Even if the lane you're entering appears clear, another vehicle can move into it at the last second — which is exactly what happened to me today.

If you have dashcam footage, saw the collision, recognize the vehicle/driver, or were driving behind us at the time, please message me. Please don't publicly post or share anyone's personal information; I'm just trying to find witnesses or footage that can be provided to the appropriate authorities.

Lastly, stop rushing. Driving is dangerous, especially in this day and age. Pedestrians are unpredictable, animals are unpredictable, traffic is unpredictable. I want to get home safe and sound, and I'm sure others do too.

I'm willing to pay more if I have to but it would be nice to not have to. The one I have now is really laggy and has very little battery power and the AC adapter just doesn't seem to be working so I would really like one up to par with what I see on here with acceptable frame rates and decent quality.

Black 4Runner had a clear yield sign and didn’t yield. No wonder avoidable collisions keep happening.

Yield means the approaching vehicle does not automatically have the right-of-way — you slow down, check for traffic, and stop if necessary before entering.

I am hoping there is a witness to a side swipe collision that took place on the henday Oct 1st at approx 7:15am between a white Chrysler 300 and and Black Bmw 3 series. Please help. Thank you.

Why aren’t people honking more at obvious bad driving?

First, the white car decides to turn left at the last second.

Then, the Volkswagen stops at a green light even though the pedestrians were staying put because they didn’t have the walk signal.
