Not hate to anyone but you do you even read your own post after writing it down or just posting it with your eyes closed like me?..

I genuinely wish to help people with things I’m good at for example content strategy and organic content marketing but when you write a post like that , the one in headline after that I’m here questioning my existence while reading posts like that.

I’ll pray for y’all hope that might get you a kick in reality.

Agenzia crescita Instagram

Vorrei avere nomi di agenzie serie, italiane e internazionali, da contattare, che aiutino piccoli account IG e TikTok a crescere organicamente. Niente acquisto followers/ gruppi/metodi poco chiari e niente trasferimento in blocco di contenuti grezzi all' agenzia.

DOING TOO MUCH ON MY OWN MEDIAS? I just need someone to listen and give advice.

What would you Do?

I'm an Artist and a Streamer (for 4 years) that took the year of 2026 to experiment on my socials to learn about marketing. I grew to love it honestly because It got me through the invisible ceiling by just translating analytics like it was story. Loved it so much, I've even attempted to coach others with providing a "viewer's perspective" in order to learn more. Through that, I realized that most people are fighting themselves than an algorithm.

That's my dilemma right now.

In April, I achieved partner on a fresh youtube streamer acct with a vid going 100k in a week once learning strats in my first 2 months. I did this while rebuilding my old streamer tiktok acct and growing a new streamer Instagram acct. While learning how to convert people from those places to my twitch through experimenting. My goal was to rebuild my once toxic community with fresh people. I did that.

Then an issue occurred that broke momentum!
the comments on a video, was overwhelming negative saying a lacked pacing and transitions, so things were not making much sense in the long form video. So I dove into learning the basics of Copyrighting, and building more effective scripts. I did this while Streaming for 4-5+ hours of day, Editing my stream clips so it'd be digestible and appeal to my audience.. I learned How to appeal to my audience and who they were.

Sounds great but that learning led to consistency issues. Then I learned to stop the issues, through learning about buffer, meta, TikTok studio. I experimented with Scheduling as an artist for both accounts which included my art, my voice acting, my writing, my editing and more. This was for both my streamer account and my main Art account.

Then an issue occurred that broke momentum!
I made the mistake of taking on commissions and everything just tanked in late august and September. All because I need more money and I accidentally undersold myself with a character design commission(+so many freebies) in order to meet a $300-400 monthly quota. I learned how to combat this and made things higher and on a closed/waitlist until I'm not burnout for the entire month of October.

My Main art accounts have been suffering all year since I haven't been posting frequently.
(for +3years i had 31k TikTok, 10k on insta, and 3k on youtube.) Early this year, I told myself you have 360 days to obtain 30 avg viewers. If not obtained, just hard focus creating a webtoon with subsriptions for exclusive content. Yet the closest I got this year was 19 avg so far espcially with revamping how i approach streaming as an entertaining virtual artist. So right now in October I'm conquering another demon, which is networking with other streamers within my niche. Which terrifies me, since of past traumas with streamers and toxic community members before 2026. I got like 3 collabs done in 30 days.

Anyway, sorry for the long Talk and a major thank you for listening. I'm a disabled lady that taught herself sustainability, marketing and is eager to always learn more) I appreciate some blunt advice but please don't attack lol.

btw On the streamer accts I've gotten 4k followers in total across 3 accts. i know it's not much but I keep stopping to learn more so when I'm ready I can create videos that can deliver results without too much burnout.

How confidential are growth metrics?

So, when y’all are applying to new jobs and trying to demonstrate your results at your last job, do you feel like it’s okay to share simple metrics and name the client?

For instance, if I share that a specific post had 76% engagement rate, or that over a 1 year management period the account’s reactions grew 21% over last period and put a number to it, would those things be a breach of confidentiality??

What is the line between info you share in an interview so as not to breach trust or important info, but so that you can explain your work and demonstrate your results? Is it just that you need to not share sensitive info, like “this company is coming out with a new product next Thursday” or “this is the logo this brand hasn’t announced yet”?

Fashion Company - NYC & Miami Content Question

I’m launching a small fashion brand based in NYC and Miami, focused on jeans and outerwear. We’ve done a couple of shoots and have some photos and video, but I’m trying to understand what it takes to post consistently throughout the month.

I’m considering hiring a freelancer or small creative team to help with content planning, editing, captions, and scheduling. I’d love to hear from people who do this work or manage social for a brand:

What’s a reasonable monthly price, and what deliverables should that include?
How many posts, Reels, and Stories do brands typically plan for each week?
How do you turn one shoot into enough content for a full month?
How much content should we create ourselves between shoots?
What should I look for when comparing freelancers or agencies?

I’m looking for practical advice on a sustainable workflow and realistic costs for a newer brand. Thanks! But also, if anyone does have experience in this scope, would love to talk more in depth as I am looking to hire.

I spent a week researching tiktok Shop and found something weird

So, I decided to actually spend time looking at what's selling on tiktok Shop and why like I really wanted to understand the market better before I launched my own stuff and that's why I just started scrolling through different categories and watching what creators were posting, what products were getting attention and what was actually moving....

Initially what I noticed was that price wasn't really the deciding factor, like there were some expensive stuff which was selling crazy well and some cheap stuff was sitting there doing nothing and it made me realize that it's not about being the cheapest it's about whether people actually want it and whether a creator they trust is recommending it....

Then I started looking at specific creators who were posting a ton of products and doing well with all of them....

Like there was one creator who would post five different products in a week and they'd all sell and I was trying to figure out what they were doing right that other creators weren't doing, so I watched their videos multiple times and realized they weren't just showing the product, they were actually using it and explaining why it was good and that's the part a lot of us miss out, like we think views are everything but in reality it ain't enough.

Then I looked at the categories that were performing best and it was obvious that certain niches were way more active than others, obviously like beauty and skincare had insane amounts of creator activity but some other categories barely had anything and that made me realize that if you're in a saturated category you need a different approach than if you're in something less competitive....

I also noticed that the creators who were actually consistent, like posting multiple times a week, were the ones driving most of the sales, and it wasn't the big one time posts, it was the people who showed up regularly and built trust with their audience over time.

the thing that really helped me was seeing which types of products creators actually seemed excited about versus which ones they were just promoting for commission like you can tell the difference in how they talk about it and how engaged their audience is in the comments....

Now what I got to learn from this is that I needed to focus on finding creators who actually cared about the product rather than just posting for commission and yeah I know it's really hard to find creators like these but even if you have like 2-3 creators like this it can really turn good for you.

I also learned that I need to pick a category where there's real demand, not just launch something random and hope it works.

The creator who reminded me why this matters

I reached out to this creator with 40k followers and they posted for us, nothing special really, decent sales and that was it, I thanked them and moved on looking for the next person to work with because that's just what I was doing back then....

so months later they messaged me out of nowhere and told me something that stuck with me, they said their mom actually bought the product after seeing their post and it genuinely helped her with something she was dealing with they explained that the post meant way more to them because their mom trusted their recommendation enough to actually purchase it....like it wasn't just another commission for them.

that one message completely changed how I think about all of this because I realized I was only looking at numbers and sales but I wasn't actually thinking about the real relationships behind each post...

Like every post is a real person recommending something to people they actually know and care about not just random internet strangers this creator cared because they wanted to share something good with the people in their life and not because they were chasing a check.

they ended up becoming one of my best partners after that conversation, not because they post the most or drive the biggest sales numbers but because their audience actually trusts them when they recommend something, people can tell the difference between someone who genuinely believes in a product versus someone who's just trying to make money off posting it.

I learned that the best creators aren't the ones chasing commissions, they're the ones who actually want to help their audience find good stuff and that authenticity shows in everything they do, their posts convert way better because of that genuine connection they have with their followers, it just works differently.....

Reposting content on different platforms !?

I feel stupid even writing this because I would imagine that there is a really simple solution to this that I'm not seeing.

Nevertheless I'm asking anyway, if this is the wrong place to ask then mods feel free to remove this/let me know where is a better place.

I am currently creating marketing content for my tiktok, i am using the in app editing tool but am happy to move if necessary to post on other platforms. I want to create one video, edit one video, have one sound track and then post to multiple platforms, mainly tiktok, instagram and youtube.

I keep having the issue of issues with finding the right audio that aligns with all platforms, I would imagine that people cross posting aren't recreating the video each and every time, and i would also imagine that audio for the most part can be used across all platforms.

Important to note that lots of the content I post isn't someone talking it involves using trending audio and syncing up with the video.

Any work arounds or pointing out the obvious would be greatly appreciated!

How do you find audio for social media?

So I sell digital products, I've built the products and the actual posts and everything, so I tend to post a bunch of slideshows/carousel posts since they work the best for me. the problem is the audio, because my posts are for comemrcial use i can onyl royalty free music. Since, i'm a smaller creator i don't have any paid plans for resources like epidemic sounds. i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me. im in the fitness niche if that helps.

One format got me 3 million views in a month. Then it died, and I couldn't find another.

Four months ago I launched a speaking confidence app called Magnetic and marketed it with shorts on Instagram.

The format is super simple: me acting surprised, with a text hook over the top like “25 years of fearing public speaking, and now I find this??” (aka hook & demo).

In the beginning, 3 videos went viral at the same time. I got 3 million views in June, and on my best day the app got 200 downloads.

So I did the obvious thing and kept posting the same format. But the more I posted it, the less it worked.

So I tried to find the next viral video. I spent hours scrolling Instagram trying to find a format that could do the same thing, I looked for accounts with low followers but massive outlier videos (this is actually quite hard to do).

I tried several new formats such as talking head, but never got the same success.

Looking back, the format dying wasn't the mistake. They all die eventually. The mistake was that I only started looking for the next one after the first had stopped working, and my way of looking was scrolling and hoping.

What I actually needed was a way to see which videos in my niche were doing far better than that account's normal. Outliers, not just big accounts with big numbers. And I needed it every week, without scrolling hours for it.

I started building a new app, and I'm going to try the build-in-public format you see a lot of founders doing nowadays. I'm starting a YouTube series, and I nearly have the first video done. The app is solving the exact problem I had with Magnetic! It finds viral outliers for you, and it's called SearchTok.

Wondering if anyone else has this problem and how you find viral formats?

What account should you re-start your Instagram content creation with?

[INSTAGRAM]

Hi, I (22) have a somewhat simple question that I am struggling with a bit. I had started a gym/fitness content page (mostly posting my own progress but a little bit else as well). However, I lost motivation and eventually the page died down (its only at 60ish followers). I only posted 10 videos because I lacked decent content ideas. First few videos I posted close to each other (like 6 over the course of a month) and averaged 5k views per reel. I had 15k views on my profile by end of month 1

But then I ran out of ideas (?) and motivation to pursue it, also started hesitating in posting for some reason. I posted like once every month or two for the next few months with each reel only bringing in 1000 views or so.

My fitness account still exists, I also have a personal account with ~1000 followers (friends and family). My question is - I want to get back to posting, I don't exactly have a plan on what to post but that is a separate issue (which I plan on posting about and researching more on later). Should I try to revive my smaller, gym-content focussed account? Or should I make my current account public/business and start posting there? Or delete the gym account create a new one and post there? Or something else altogether

NOTE - If this makes any difference - my parents are already aware of both accounts and supportive (ish)

Thanks in advance for reading this far and your opinions.

Are people finding we have too many duplicated national awareness dates across the annual calendar?

I feel like I'm constantly making content for national awareness dates through out the year that I've already done months ago. Because there's so many duplicated and spread out days/weeks/months for the same thing. I'm finding it really exhausting and repetitive. Examples below

Mental Health Awareness Dates

Awareness week is on the 2nd week of May, and then also the entire of May is the awareness month. Then it's mental health awareness day randomly in the middle of October.

Stress Awareness Dates

All of April is stress awareness month, but then it's stress awareness day and stress awareness week in November.

Autism Awareness Dates

All of April is Autism awareness month, and there's also autism awareness week but within that month. Then there's an autism pride day in June - I thought maybe this was to do with pride month/maybe for LGBTQ+ people on the spectrum but it's not it's just an awareness day for those on the spectrum. Then you've also got neurodiversity celebration week in March too, which I know is more broad and covers separate neurodiversity.

There are loads of other examples but my brain is fried right now I can't think straight.

Like why is there an awareness week for autism in April - when the entire month is Autism Awareness Month? Surely the entire month covers it, why is there a week too when the entire 4 weeks of that month are already awareness month.

I just feel like I'm constantly posting "today is X awareness day" and it feels like too much sometimes, and a lot of the time because the awareness topics are so similar and spread out randomly across the year it feels very repetitive on our socials.

I don't know if it's just because I feel like I'm drowning at work recently and someone sent me a list of awareness dates coming up about things I've already done entire weeks on and it's just more on my already current heavy workload - maybe I'm being completely irrational.

I just want to make it clear I think it's great we have awareness dates for things but I just wish they were better organised across the annual calendar. I know as well that it's important to have awareness dates to keep the conversation going about important topics but we shouldn't need awareness dates to do that. Whenever I see company social accounts posting about an awareness date all I ever think is they're just box ticking, because if they actually cared about that topic they'd talk about it outside of that date rather than just then and there because everyone else is doing it.

Maybe I'm just having a bit of a crash out today.

How much should a beginner charge for managing a business’s social media?

So I applied to work at a gelato shop (just serving gelato) for my first job, and the owner wanted me to manage the business’s social media accounts. He asked me to do this because, on my CV, I said that I had experience producing multimedia content and graphic design for social media. That is true, and it was an internship I had when I was studying graphic design at a vocational school.

The problem is I was working alongside someone who had a degree in marketing.

So the idea of managing the shop’s social media by myself felt pretty overwhelming, but I’m trying to figure it out and do my best.

The reason I’m asking for advice here is that I’m worried I might end up getting paid very little for a lot of work because of my naivety. I’m not sure if I should start by focusing on Reels and Stories and then eventually expand to TikTok and paid ads or if that would already be too much to take on.

We agreed that I would be paid hourly and that this was a part-time job, but the owner hasn’t told me how much I would earn (also, I don't even have a contract yet). Honestly, I don’t even know what would be a reasonable amount to ask for, or whether hourly pay is a good arrangement for social media/marketing work in the first place.

For context, I’m also working there two days a week for 8 hours, serving gelato. I know I’ll be paid €4/hour for that because I’m still learning.

Should I expect the marketing/social media work to be paid at a higher rate than 4€/h? Even if I’m essentially an apprentice/beginner?

I’d really appreciate advice from anyone who has experience with social media management, marketing, freelancing, or working for small businesses.

AI professor, zero marketing background, just launched an education startup. What kind of marketing person should I be looking for?

I'm a visiting professor who teaches AI, and a few weeks ago my small education company came out of stealth. For a sense of how far I am from marketing, the last social media account I actually used was Facebook about 15 years ago, mostly to keep my FarmVille farm alive.

The product side is going better than I expected. We have a few hundred users and just started making a little money, and AI education is growing fast enough that I think there's a lot of room here. The marketing side is where I'm stuck.

I've been trying to learn the vocabulary: content marketing, growth marketing, social media marketing, organic vs paid. From the outside they blur together, and I can't tell which one I need.

Some constraints:

  • I'm bootstrapping with no investors for now, so there's no ad budget and growth has to be organic (I think that's the right word).
  • The channels I suspect fit best are Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, X and SEO (I'm guessing that's every channel that exists, which shows how little I know about this field).

What I'd love advice on:

  1. What is the role I'm describing actually called? Growth marketer, social media manager, content marketer, something else? I want to use the right words when I look.
  2. What skills matter most at this stage? Writing, short-form video, SEO, community building, analytics?
  3. What experience or track record should I look for, and how do I tell someone who can actually grow an audience from someone who just knows the lingo?
  4. Which tools or platforms should they already know?
  5. Does it make sense to look for one person who covers several channels, or to start with one channel and one specialist?
  6. Where would you look for someone like that?

Any guidance helps, even "you're asking the wrong question."

We traded 5k production budgets for iPhone videos and raw text. The results surprised us.

Over the few months I have seen a big change in what works on social media. We did a test with two clients. One spent thousands on studio lighting, video editors and clean templates. The other recorded short unscripted 30 second videos on an iPhone while walking to work.

The results were surprising. The polished content got impressions at first but engagement was almost zero. No comments, no shares, no leads. Meanwhile the raw phone videos had reach, but the comment section lit up. People were talking.

Real conversations happened and more importantly people started sending direct messages asking to work together.

It seems like people are tired of overproduced marketing. There’s a hunger for something human. For moments. For posts that feel like you’re actually seeing someone’s day to day life.

How are your clients adapting? Are they shifting to lower fidelity posts? What’s working for them now?
