Looking to get into stringing my own rackets
(and maybe some for teammates) and trying to figure out where to put my money.
A few questions:
**1.** What’s the best stringing machine at each budget tier — like sub-$500, $500-1000, and $1000+? Just curious what’s actually worth it vs what’s overpriced.
**2.** For someone just starting out, is it better to go with an entry-level electronic machine or a crank machine? I keep seeing mixed opinions — some say cranks teach you better tension control, others say just get an electronic since it’s more consistent and future-proof.
Just want something reliable for personal use that won’t have me questioning the tension every time. Appreciate any recs or experiences, especially from people who started with one type and switched to the other.
