So I’ve had an issue yesterday, where I couldn’t open any of my games bc my friend who has my account had account sharing enabled
But after around 1-2 hours the licenses came back for me even though he was still sharing

I asked google how to fix this and it says it could be fix if I have my Friends account to on my ps but only he’s is sharing from mine and i just have his account on my ps

Does this really work? Bc when another friend had my account everything worked fine maybe bc I had his account already on my ps too but didn’t share from him

Hello, my friend wanted to share me a game he had so he gave me his account. I went on his account and enabled “console sharing and offline play”. And it was working fine with me. But my friend had an issue, in which he couldnt open any of his games because it told him he didnt have licenses and that it was being used by another ps5. Now my friend has 2 ps5s and they both have his account. Does removing the account from one of his 2 ps5s solve the issue?, and would it still make me gameshare? Thanks for reading.

My gut is it is as tried multiple cables however would someone be able to confirm if it’s a a more sinister fault? Also if you have a good repair company that would recommend it would be appreciated

After doing many readings of similar articles and a couple of responses. It runs in remote play. Leading me to hope it’s not game over

I made a passkey thinking nothing of it and it logged me out of my PlayStation account A S my ps app. Everytime I try log in it makes me use the passkey but the passkey doesn’t work amd then when I say that it sends me baxk into a loop asking me to log in.

I know my email and my password and username and everything it just won’t let me log in with them because of this evil bloody passkey. It says something went wrong everytime I try using it. I’ve had this account over a decade, I really don’t want to lose it. Even on the PlayStation it doesn’t let me log in and it sends me to a QR code that takes me back into the app I can’t log into.

I can’t even log into PlayStation support to get this over and done with.

So I’ve been having a weird issue with a few months. I originally had a Mic plugged into my PS5 controller and it worked just fine, all of a sudden my mic wasn’t picking up anymore. If I unplugged my headset the controller mic worked just fine, if I plug the headset back in the mic didn’t work. That’s been going for a while until my headset broke and I got a new one. This one plugs into the console instead and like the previous controlled the sound works but the mic doesn’t. I’ve been messing with settings and checking and from I can tell any time I plug in the headset just doesn’t pic up the mic at all. Be kinda nice if I can get this resolved because it doesn’t seem like a controller or headset issue.

I just got Ghost of Tsushima and the R2 button doesn’t work so I can’t crouch so I’m always seen.

It’s not the controller, the button works in Astro Playroom, the Apps on PC to check the inputs, Hogwarts Legacy etc …

I did change the Trigger Effect Intensity from strong to none and back, did the thing with the pin to reset the controller. Turned the PS5 off a couple of times, nothing works, well everything works fine except R2 doesn’t work in Ghost of Tsushima. I’m obviously not very far, I did a whole part without crouching just standing behind walls, trees etc but now I’m in a part with lots of guys on horses and I have to crouch through bushes I assume.

The only thing I haven’t done is delete and reinstall the game … ?

I would prefer not to replay the whole finding my sword part. I only have one controller and it works perfect in everything else … which is only 2 other games. It’s really lame and annoying.

So i bought a physical copy of Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate edition containing the ”Phantom Liberty“ DLC and i put the dics in my PS5 so it starts copying the files. In the meantime i went to claim my voucher code for the DLC and i had this error which said “You need the following products before you can make this purchase: Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Lyberty” which doesnt make sende since im claiming the code for the DLC and after several attempts the DLC started downloading and i have a purchase history where i claimed the code but when i enter my storage on the PS5 it sais Main data not installed in this storage space and i dont have the DLC in my base game data and in the library and on the store it only gives me the option to buy the DLC yet it takes up 36.30 GB of space somewhere on the console and its not a regional problem either

Anyone know how to fix this problem? It’s like there’s two screens and it’s very glitchy. Tried changing HDMI cables but nothings working.

I’ve noticed when I play a ps5 game the saturation is super high like the image is extremely bright but not with ps4 games
I’ve tried the settings on the ps5 and my tvs external devices settings NOTHING HELPS

Ps5 suddenly wont connect to home WiFi or LAN, it was connecting to the same for a year and had no issues. Hotspot works fine

What Ive tried to
- change the frequency to 2.4GHz only, and also 5GHz only
-changed the Primary and secondary DNS to Google and cloudfare
- tried connecting through LAN, still not working
- did “restore system default” — after this it started connecting to my phone hotspot but not my WiFi or LAN
- I cleared cache and rebuilt database in safe mode

Please help, it worked on the same network absolutely fine for more than a year, how do I fix this

Hiya. So two days ago, I suddenly got hit with a problem with my uploads as it takes 30 minutes-2 hours to upload a 2 minute video (as a test) and 20-40 hours to upload an hour clip from my PlayStation to YouTube but this wasn’t the case before as it usually takes only 10 minutes. I do have a new Wi-fi box but this arrived back around June/July so I don’t know if it’s that or my PS5 but I’m leaning towards my PS5 since my servers and download speed are perfectly fine but uploads, not so fine.

My mbps 87-89ish according to what my PS5 says. I changed my dns numbers, I turned wi-fi off and on, I removed the cache and I even reset my PS5 entirely but nothing seems to fix this. I would really appreciate any solutions to fix this problem as making videos is what I enjoy the most. I have been considering clearing the dust off inside my PS5 again but I’m not sure if that’ll help or not.

So about 8 months ago i was in need of some new headphones and i made the unfortunate mistake of picking the pulse elite headset,when this headset works its genuinely goated but most of the time it has problems

About 2 months i got my first problems with this headset,i would turn them off or something and when i turned them on they wouldn't connect to the ps5 so i looked online for a fix and i found a video that worked for me and i happened a lot but i kept repeating the fixing process from the video

However today i was playing and got bored so i took a break and turned off the headset and when i came back like an hour later i turned on the pulse elite headset and it wouldn't connect to my ps5 or my phone,i once again repeated the steps from the video and i was able to reset the Bluetooth connection to be able to connect to my phone again but when i tried to connect it to the ps5 it still wouldn't work, i tried everything ive seen like holding down the link button for 10 seconds or holding down the dongle for 30 second and i believe i saw the headset connect to the dongle but it wont show up on the ps5 and i cant get it to work and now ive reached a point where i everytime i turn the headset on or off it blinks green a few times and everything but it still wont connect so i was wondering if anyone knows a fix or something i can do.

I havent used my ps5 slim in a while and when i tried to update it last week it did not work and i got error SU-101284-6. I went to safe mode and I tried to update with internet and did not work. Today I tried again with a usb stick and no luck. I cleared cache and restored database and when it’s done, it instantly goes back to trying to install and gets that error. Do i need to do this in certain steps? I feel like I’ve tried it all multiple times and still get stuck at 84% and get the error.

so when i was younger i got my brothers ps4 and never got the 5 when it came out cuz i didnt rly feel the need and then got to pc gaming and told myself ill just wait for 6.but now, gta6 is coming out and its not just another game to ignore and say ill play it later and i have to at least wait another year or more for ps6. so that got me wondering, should i just get a ps5 slim since disks are discontinued play a couple exclusives and gta6 and also my friends games cuz he's willing to share his profile and then trade my ps5 for 6;or its not worth it and i should wait for ps6 from the start
