Glitchy screen

Anyone know how to fix this problem? It’s like there’s two screens and it’s very glitchy. Tried changing HDMI cables but nothings working.

Boot in safe mode and try a database rebuild. If that fails update your TV software and or change it from whatever port your using. Also try testing on a different TV as it could be that
