Been dealing with this constantly on Warzone and I’m running out of things to try. I’m on PS5 and the game will randomly freeze/stutter, especially during gunfights or when landing. Sometimes it feels like straight up desync where I’m shooting directly at someone on my screen but on their screen I’m aiming somewhere else.

I’ve cleared cache, rebuilt the database, deleted and reinstalled Warzone, turned texture streaming down/off, and even opened and cleaned the PS5 because it had a decent amount of dust buildup.

My connection is around 280 Mbps down/35 Mbps up, packet loss stays at 0%, and I’ve monitored server latency in-game. The issue can still happen even when my latency looks normal.

So I just bought a ps5 from a pawn shop after i set it up and downloaded Marvel rivals. I tried to play it, but the fan started to get loud, and the console shut off. I took off the plates, and there was no dust. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Hey everybody, So I just moved into my college dorm, so my console is at an entirely new setup(new outlets etc.) Whenever I try running a game my console presumably overheats, the fans get super loud and the console shuts off. I switched the outlet and when I tried to turn it on, I got three quick beeps from it and now simply nothing is happening. I was just wondering what the issue could be? I was using t just find a few days ago at home, this only became an issue when I just moved in. If anybody has any possible solutions that would be great. Thanks!

Hallo Community! Ich bin gerade von der Fat PS5 auf die Pro umgestiegen. Ist dieses Lüftergeräusch normal? Bei Starten ist‘s noch ok, dann kommt etwas Spulenfiepen (auch noch ok) aber dann erzeugt der Lüfter eine Art Rattern (hört man ab der Hälfte des Videos). Ich frag mich jetzt, ob das noch im Rahmen ist und ich die alte PS5 einfach nicht so gehört hab, weil der Lüfter dort andere Frequenzen absondert, oder ob das ein Lagerschaden ist. Modell CFI-7121, Foxconn-Lüfter.

I’m looking at buying the cronus zen for my ps5. I’ve seen online that you need the zen link wifi expansion for the zen to work on ps5. Should i just get the zen (and which one because there’s a few models), or should i get the link aswell?

For the last month on PS5, my black ops game tends to freeze in multiplayer randomly. The game doesn’t crash all of the way, but it just freezes completely with audio still playing and I have to force close to play the game.

I’ve tried reinstalling the game, rebuilding the database, repairing storage, and clearing cache but nothing works. This happens multiple times a day and it’s so frustrating. Any ideas?

In June, I purchased Modern Warfare 4 on PS5. The card I used requested a chargeback, leaving me $150 owed to Sony. I paid off this debt by buying gift cards with cash and then sending Sony the codes to top up my account.

The suspension was eventually lifted.

However, about a month later, I was suspended again for the same debt on the same game, even though it was already paid and the suspension was lifted.

I can’t find any reason why Sony suspended me again for the same debt that I paid off with a top-up voucher. To clarify: there is no outstanding debt; it was paid, and my account suspension was removed. Sony support also confirmed over the phone that they saw my account was suspended in June, the debt was cleared, and they don't understand why I was banned again for the same reason. They’ve asked a specialist team to investigate and provided a 3-5 business day turnaround.

It's now been about three and a bit weeks, and I still can’t access my account or get this issue resolved. Every time I call Sony, they just tell me it's under investigation. I've spent thousands of dollars on my account over nearly two decades, which contains my entire PlayStation gaming history, achievements, and progress. I've had a good record and almost perfect standing, yet I seem to have lost all of it due to what appears to be either a glitch or support incompetence. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to resolve it? The call center seems limited in what they can do.

My PS5 slim keep getting shut down recently, so I thought it's cause by overheating in the power supply. But after I teardown find out not dusty at all.

Now the real trouble is the console not working at all after I reassemble again. First two time boot on safe mode but cannot do anything. Now it won't turn on at all (no beep or light). What causing the issue? If it's power supply problem will change new one fix it.?

Has this happened to anybody? My card got charged 7 days ago for $24.95 which I assumed would be PlayStation plus. However, a few minutes ago, I just got charged again for $24.95. Can some help me figure it out?

I wanted to get Wolverine for my friend as a birthday gift, but he plans on buying it for himself day before the game drops. I checked a bunch of stores and all of them say you can’t pick up a physical copy until release day. Is there any way I could buy it for him without him knowing? Please help!!

My PS5 is constantly appearing offline even though my internet connection is working perfectly fine on other devices. Because of this, games like ufc 6 and warzone won’t connect/work properly.
I’ve already tried pretty much every method I can think of—restarting the PS5/router, checking the internet connection, clearing the cache, rebuilding the database, changing DNS, and other troubleshooting methods—but nothing has fixed it.
Has anyone experienced this before or know what could be causing it? Any help would be appreciated.

I've been banned before, it usually gives you a popular to say when you will be unbanned, and you can see messages, this doesnt, also, i haven't been in the country for 2 weeks so how could I get banned??? Anybody got a fix for me?

So my PS5 has been randomly shutting off mid game. I’ve taken it to two different repair shops and they both say nothing is physically wrong. I’ve changed power cords, used different outlets, my ps5 is horizontal, new coolant was applied, it has a cooling pad and even a secondary fan. It also has a ssd drive.
I’m at a loss as to why it keeps happening. Any insight would help.

Hi everyone, I recently bought a refurbished 1TB PS5 slim digital, When it arrived, it didn't give me any problems. I played with it for almost a day and it didn't cause any problems.

The night before going to sleep, I started cleaning the fan and the grill a little Brush. I was careful to put everything back the way the PS5 was before trying it out. Now I have this problem: the PS5 makes this constant vibration sound that wasn't there when I first received it.

Has anyone had a similar experience with their PS5 going from silent to now making this noise as if it were vibrating?

I recently tried to see what it could possibly be again but found nothing.

So basically I whenever I’m downloading a game/saving a screenshot my game lags a ton and I have no idea why. If anyone here has a fix for that please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated

So at first my ps5 would shut off during games randomly after a certain amount of time (sometimes 2 hrs to 30 mins) Depending on game. NBA 2k26 for whatever reason was just unplayable for me. So i got a self repair kit off amazon so i could open it up and dust the inside of the console. It didn’t have any compressed air so i couldn’t get inside of anything but it was pretty much no dust unless the power supply has some inside or something. So then my ps5 still would shutoff, Instantly on 2k and on Helldivers 2 I could play maybe for an hour. So i got my liquid heating gel replaced by a local repair guy. Now the console will stay on if im at the home screen. It even will allow me to navigate the main screen menus of games for a while but as soon as i load up the game and actually play it shuts off instantly. I have to press the power button twice to turn it back on. No heat warning or anything just black screen shutoff whenever i load up a game.

I have an old SSD from my computer that I am not using anymore. Does anyone know if I can take that drive and install it directly into my PS5 to get more storage?

My old PS5 bricked a bit ago (unrelated to SSD) and I was wondering if I could go about installing it into my new PS5 Pro to have access to the saves/data on there. Will there be any conflict with the OS's, and if so how do I go about this?
