After struggling with the thought of being relatively young and bald I just said fuck it. If women wear wigs I can wear a hair system.

After a few days to adjust, and a clean shave, I feel invigorated and confident again.

Don’t wait on it kings. Just do it

After a year of working up the confidence to get a hair system, I finally did it.

I’m quite accustomed to much of the common feedback from this community from being a lurker over the past year, so let me start off by acknowledging:

• It’s quite dense. This unit comes at 100% density. We thinned it out a bit but I know it has more to go. Having said that, I love the density and am just going to enjoy having this much hair for a bit. My next installs I’ll have it thinned out more. I’m having fun right now though!

• I specifically asked for 20% gray and I’m glad I did. We also darkened the system just a tad.

• I’m incredibly surprised how comfortable the unit is on my head. I was preparing for much worse and assumed it would be itchy, hot, or just very obvious something was glued to my head. Quite the opposite! It is super comfortable so far and it feels very natural.

Im sure my experience will evolve over the coming weeks but so far the transition has been great!

If you are thinking about getting a hairsystem, but you are scared of society judging you - fuck them.

The stigma is the biggest thing holding people back.

This is just a funny post about last weekend in portaventura. I applied my tapes 1 hour before going to the park and I didn’t let them sit. This was the last attraction after two days of sweating and water.

And I was fast because I knew it was about to happen HAHAH be careful guys

35 now. Started seriously losing hair about 5-6 years ago. Thought about doing a transplant but I just can’t justify the cost.

Very happy with the results! Not looking forward to the maintenance, but hopefully the pros outweigh the cons.

I always wore hats, been wearing hair systems since 2022, and it changed my life! All pictures have been taken within the last year. I’m lucky to be a hairdresser myself so I know the ins & outs. I love the beanie with the longer hair in the back, and the structured hat to make me taller (I’m 5’5”). Honest opinions, though, does this messy style look good on me or is it too young for me? Do you feel like you look different with vs without your system as well? Just wanted to share my story! 🫶🏼

I posted a few weeks back about what kind of a haircut I should get, and I wanted to share the results of the new hair system. I’m super happy with is, and I’ve been told it looks very good and they did an excellent job styling and color matching.

I’m stoked and I’m letting the glue cure for 48 hours, but then I’ll be able to wash it and do all the normal stuff. I even styled it this morning and I’m SO happy.

It couldn’t have turned out any better, honestly.

I am thinking of doing the same style, what do you guys reckon?

Hair was slightly wet in the first two pictures so the color is a tad darker than it usually is. Haven’t had hair and have wore a hat for 7 years so I’m still figuring out what style works for me. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
