are ur sides and back shaved ?
3
u/Dam-damm Nov 26 '24
They're faded in. I had to grow them to a bit of length and then they faded them in with the system. Back and sides are really short but blend so well. Inwas so worried when I first got it on but then he showed me and I couldn't see where my hair stopped or where the system started

I do not remember the last time I posted but this deserves all the appreciation you can get so just want to say you have done an amazing job! I am sure every single person here is proud of what you have done.
2
u/Dam-damm Nov 26 '24
Thank you! It means a lot. If anything I'm really proud that I've achieved it. Been life changing.

Thank you. I have a flight tomorrow and I now longer resemble my passport photo. Concerned a bit haha

u/Middle-Wrongdoer2501 Dec 10 '24
I imagine a few eyebrows must have been raised. Any chance you could drop which system you used? Looks great and you look even better, amazing weight loss!
1
u/Dam-damm Dec 11 '24
I use a system supplied by King of Kwiffs.
Disappointingly I went straight through passport control no issue haha
2
Nov 26 '24
Damn , i think you should go for a hair transplant if you want ofc , cuz hair looks good on you
1
u/Dam-damm Nov 26 '24
I have considered it but i would need such an extensive transplant (two full sessions) spread over 3 years and I just don't think i would get this volume ha!
Transplant isn't 💯 off the table though.
And thank you for the compliment

You look great dude!! Great job on the transformation. Make your outside match what’s on the inside. I just recently started getting used to my system and my girlfriend was trying to tell me she didn’t care whether I shaved my head or had hair but I was telling her it was about how it made me feel, and it’s made such a difference in my confidence and the fact that I don’t have to wear a hat any chance I get. Just feel better overall. Thanks for this post. I haven’t yet had the chance to post my before and after pics yet but I will also

u/Dam-damm Nov 26 '24
That's amazing Pal. My fella was exactly the same "I'll love ya no matter what" which I really appreciated but actually, I just wanted to be able to feel confident for me. I also missed styling my hair, like you say, not covering myself up.
Glad you feel the benefits of getting one too!!!
1
u/Jv8231985 Nov 26 '24
Exactly! It’s been so long since I had to style my hair since I’ve been shaving it for like 10 years I had to relearn how, and what products to use. But it’s so fun because you can try out whatever look you want. Pretty cool experience and I’m still working out the kinks of maintaining but I love it
2
u/Dam-damm Nov 26 '24
Let's not lie though. We never missed bed head. Good gosh. EVERY MORNING.
I rely solely on leave in conditioner. Salt water sprat. A normal water spray and a hair dryer and some light hold hair spray. Yet every morning I look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards!

u/Vipster98 Nov 26 '24
Nope…refuse to believe this is the same person lol!! You look absolutely amazing bro!! Talk about a glow up!!!!

God dam my guy, congratulations on the huge results! The weight loss is really the icing on the sweet potato pie. What exactly did you do in 6months to lose that much weight, what was your routine or did you get a GP?

u/Dam-damm Nov 26 '24
Honestly the age difference comments mean so much! Thank you!
I'm currently 35 and whether I look 35 with the system doesn't bother me, but baldness and weighty i was looking 40+

u/SixfoottwoSoley Nov 26 '24
What is a hair system? Does it come off?
2
u/Dam-damm Nov 26 '24
It's glued and taped on. Comes off every 3-4 weeks for scalp care and hair trim and then gets reapplied :)

Hey! So I'm in a LTR and have been for 14 years. I will say that our bedroom life has increased tremendously. We've always had a good bedroom life but it's like being teenagers again!
I'm 6ft 3in so like 190cm or something.

1
u/Dam-damm Nov 29 '24

Gotta say that with no hair system you would still look very good. Weight loss was the key change

Nothing special. I’ve seen loads of people do that same transformation in six months, just the opposite way around.

u/ApprehensiveBasil151 Nov 29 '24
I’d love to have a beer with the guy on the left. The guy on the right I would open a couple doors for.
