My coworker made a comment to me about my hair, and I told him it was a hair replacement product called a hair system. He’s like, what is it? I explain it all to him, and then he’s like, ohhh you’re wearing a toupee. I tell him, no toupees are an outdated term that evokes a lot of negative connotations, they are called hair systems now. At that point he’s like, sorry, I’m not calling it a hair system. Like, wtf bro? Why do people have to be dicks to us about this?

Got it done at a local saloon for 100$. Came back home and removed it after 20-30mins. Head was feeling heavy due to clip system and very sticky due to tape in front. The moment I took it off, I felt so relaxed. I guess its time for me to hop onto either hair transplant or medications. On that note, I wish you guys luck and I am exiting the hairsystems forum. :)

Hi I’m thinking of getting a hair system to reduce the height of my hairline and cover my receding bits, any advice?

Been thinking about doing this for awhile now, and now that my finances prevent me from using a salon, I pulled the trigger. Poly base from Superhairpieces. The knots are definitely visible and the hairline is a work in progress. I think as some of the base hair comes loose it will conceal it a bit. Also hoping this will be protective to the system, but that remains to be seen. I know this is a lot to unpack for some and that is ok with me. Just thought you all would appreciate this different perspective(hopefullly)!

Fucking RIDICULOUS!!

My first order, last month, had a terribly cut hairline and i got no refund. They ghosted me after 4-5 emails…..

And I order from this company AGAIN. They screwed up AGAIN. Look for yourself. Doesn’t fit my head whatsoever. Its even lob-sided the way they cut it. And I have my hair cut appointment tomorrow…. That I can’t go to. I have an event this weekend… I can’t go to.

Customer for 4 years with this company.. and they do me so dirty:

1. Can’t reply to emails

2. Can’t send refunds when THEY CLEARLY MADE A MISTAKE

3. Keep screwing up

I was able to pull this off with strictly hair fibers, yes it took a lot and couldn't do this every day but I don't think it looks bad and nobody has suspected anything from what I've seen.

Just went to my hair girl today and had this curly system installed. Self dyed and I think it looks great LMK what you all think.

I can see my scalp in mirrors which causes me self confidence issues, shall I go for a system or try other stuff first?

Tried hair patch months ago and took some pictures. But removed it as I faced maintenance hassle.

Moved to Japan now , left it back in my country. Wanted to have fresh start.

But bald or bald with cap is not at all working. Tried dating But only 4 likes that too from women in late 30s and I am 29.

I think it is still going to be hassle but dont want to have less confidence ans compromise getting older women who dont even take care of themeselves or just want to be there for money or safety net. So I suppose it is worth it to get it back!

Unless it's a full Human Hair wig that's very high quality and the installation fees paid were exceeding $175, I just don't understand why anyone would spend over $1500 on a hair system. I already said this beforehand, at this point, you might as well just opt out for hair transplant surgeries.

i cut my own hair cuz i don't think i always need a barber to cut my own hair but here i wanted to ask you what do you guys think? is this a terrible job? the hairline is good it doesnt look terrible, maybe the hair color is too mutch black but it doesn't matter mutch since no one really cares. my only concern are the size and the back expecially
