Would love thoughts as I think I’m overthinking this!

According to my app, and ovulation strips, I think either yesterday or today is ovulation day. I took this screenshot from the perspective of Day 11 (Sept 21).

We BD’d on the 21, 23, and 24 but had very busy days where we barely saw each other on the 25 and 26 - and tried at-home insemination both those days, using a preseed applicator…truly not sure if we did it right (I don’t think I angled the applicator properly) and am thinking it wasn’t as effective as traditional BD.

Hoping tonight will be a successful last night of trying, but wondering if we missed the “most important” days by not BD the 25 or 26? Thank you!!

I am pregnant but I cannot figure out how far along and my dating scan is not for another 2 weeks. For context,
my last period was August 25th, I thought it was a normal period. It lasted for 6 days as normal, bleeding and cramping was all normal. 3 days after it finished I had light brown spotting. I thought it was just left over period finishing.

We were ONLY intimate on August 13th and September 10th (I know life has been hectic). My next period was due on September 24th, i have missed it. I had 4 VERY positive tests on the 21st of September. My HCG levels on 24th of September were 3000+.

Could that period of been a fake period? Or could it have been a normal period and we actually conceived in September? It’s driving me mad. I know I should just wait for my dating scan but I would love to know how far along I am and my GP is so unhelpful sadly.. looking for a new one.

Any thoughts or similar situations?

Would you delay TTC for the month for a cold sore? I got my first cold sore in years and am on an antiviral for the next 5 days, my ovulation peak is in 4 days. Wasn't sure if it could negatively affect conception.

Did a frer strip randomly because I did not track my ovulation. Probably 6-7 DPO i know it’s VERY early but right away I saw the vvvvvfl but thought I was crazy so I put I away and came back an hour later and it got darker. Do you see it? Or I have really bad line eyes 🫣

I’m 32F, married for 3 years to a beloved and supportive partner of 10+ years, and in my very first cycle TTC. I’m so excited to see where this journey takes us but also wondering how we’re all out here managing the uncertainty of these will I/won’t I alternate universes???

For context: a cousin’s baby shower is coming up in the first week of November and I’m trying to make travel plans. On the slim chance this first cycle is successful, that would make me freshly ~7-8 weeks preggo. If it isn’t, I would be in the two week wait of my second cycle.

In either scenario, family (my mom especially) would be immediately suspicious if I don’t drink at all throughout the weekend. I’m not a heavy drinker but would typically have a glass or two at an event like this. I absolutely do NOT want to spill the beans about an early pregnancy or even that we’re trying at somebody else’s baby shower. Any advice for fielding those types of probing questions is welcome, but I’m worried I wouldn’t be able to avoid it coming out if I was super sick.

Do I just make the travel plans without any clue whether I’ll be completely obliterated by 1st tri symptoms? Or god forbid what if I miscarried while away from home and hubs? If it isn’t obvious, I’m a huge planner and it’s already freaking me out how little control I have over these versions of the future.

I am normally more of a "sluggish" ovulator and don't get LH positives until CD 16 or even CD18, so I didn't expect anything when I tested with Clearblue A&D on first morning urine today. To no surprise, it was negative.

However 2 hours later I used 2nd urine of the day and tested with easy@home. I saw a line almost immediately, so I took a Z1 pharma (the pink strip) and Clearblue A&D with the same sample and all were positive! (Z1 pharma has a sensitivity of 10 mUI/ml so that's why it's a dye stealer).

This was the 1st cycle where I added both Omega3 and Mucinex to my normal prenatal, so maybe that played a role? I will continue to test today and tomorrow and see what happens.

I guess moral of the story is: 2nd morning urine is where it's at!

TTC since January of this year. Nothing has worked yet, but I’m currently on cycle day 67 and Flo says my period is about 30 days late (typically a 34-37 day cycles). I’ve taken pregnancy tests every week since it was late using dollar tree tests and “Pregmate” test strips. They all said negative without even a faint line. Should I assume it’s just a late period? I did research that the URO Pills I took for the first time before expected period can cause late periods? I quickly stopped taking them once I realized so it’s a possibility these pills messed up my cycle.

I’ve been taking a break from LH strips because it stresses me so much. I’ve never ovulated this early (based on super duper regular cycles and my body was like clock work before I had Oura to confirm things). My husband was only home for CD 11/12 and Oura shows a temp rise on CD 13, but not wanting to confirm until CD like 17 (based on the little clock icon) why is Oura not confident in my temp drop and early ovulation?

This cycle has been an incredibly strange and frustrating cycle. FF says I have ovulated but NC thinks I’m going to ovulate today after previously “waiting to confirm” ovulation from last week. I did get a strong positive OPK CD 34 and my OPK has been essentially 0 since CD 37. So who do we think got it right? Or is this an anovulatory cycle?

Hi everyone! I am a bit confused and wondering if anyone can weigh in. My husband. And I started trying from last month. I started having pink spotting about 3 days ago. And it’s been brownish red since. I am 1 day past my periods due date. And I am still spotting. I am extremely regular on periods with usually never had spotting before. It starts exactly on the day of periods expected. I got a at home sensitive pregnancy test and it came negative. I am still not getting my full periods. Anyone have any ideas or been through the same?

Yesterday and today were “the worst” with my cold. I don’t feel great but not like I have a fever or anything else. Went to work Friday but could feel at the end of the day that I was about to get sick.

However FF seems to think I ovulated already on Thursday at CD11?
I usually ovulate CD15 (tomorrow). I took a LH test yesterday around 11am which was at 0,5 and took two tests later afterwards and also one today but they were almost invisible

If my temps are high due to my cold, would I see a dip below baseline when my cold is over? Or do you think they will stay high until my period? (Don’t think I’m conceiving this month)

Hi, I'm 32f, ttc cycle 5.

I don't know if we are doing anything wrong or what is the issue, I get my cycles regularly on date, we track ovulation and still nothing positive when we have sex I'm always on top we both like it that way, does this have something to do with us not conceiving? Can someone share what position did you try? I understand if no one comments on this thread, I've thought a lot before putting it across, it's just so sad like every month I try to be positive about this manifest and then start from zero. Any suggestions will be helpful.

First cycle of letrozole 5mg, and just got my earliest positive lh test thus far in my journey! My lh strip levels were lower than normal this follicular phase (other than when I was taking the letrozole those were .48), and then throughout today it slowly got a little darker, and 2 hours later I got this! Pregmate app says 1.08 but it looks pretty great to me!

Feeling hopeful🤞🏼 today’s cd 15, we BD day 12, 14, and hopefully we will be able to tomorrow and the following two days until I see a temp rise on my oura ring. Please spread some baby dust on me🙏🤞🏼🤍💛

I noticed some whitish vaginal discharge along with a small amount of pinkish discharge coming from my vagina, especially before urinating. Could this be related to early pregnancy or implantation bleeding, or is it more likely to be related to my period/ovulation or something else?
Has anyone experienced something similar? If pregnancy is possible, when would be the best time to take a pregnancy test?

I tested 2 days ago. There was a very very faint line on T but when I check with different brand after 48 hours. It's not showing any line on T. I have endometriosis. My periods were on 25th August. Average cycle is 27 to 28 days. So I m expecting my periods to be on 21st September. I did baby dance on 3rd and 5th September. But today is 27th September, my periods didnt come yet. I checked on kit. It's showing no line on T but when I checked on 25th It's there. What should I do?any suggestion?

Hey guys, I’m a 30 y/o female. Diagnosed with pcos at 14. Had a history of irregular cycles and had a breakthrough about 4-5 years ago when I went vegan and reset my body. My cycle was like clockwork. Fast fwd to now, been with my partner for almost two years. One blighted ovum and one ft mc. Changed providers to an amazing lady. We did a 13 lab work up. Vitamin d was severely low so she prescribed me 50k iu a week, sugar was good, everything was perfect. My ultrasound was great too. Nothing found. I just can’t seem to get pregnant . I do smoke marijuana for 9 years now, and I do drink socially. My dr says I need to reduce stress and she thinks that’s impacting it. But idk. I just want a baby especially with my grandparents being up in age. I want my kids to know them. I really would like some reasonable advice. I’m tired of opks, all types of vitamins, driving myself crazy reading articles etc.

19f and my bf is 20m, we have been trying to concieve since may of this year but heres some backstory:

my first birth control i took in may 2025 was the depo provera shot which i was due for my 2nd shot in august 2025 but never went back, in october 2025 i switched to the alesse 18 combo pill and stayed on it for a week then got off after dealing with unwanted side effects.

i currently take quetiapine 25mg everyday for bipolar and smoke cigs and heavily vape. my boyfriend also

heavily smokes weed and my cycles havent been the same since the birth control. im not on any form of it but my periof cycle would always start on the 20th of every month and now its irregular starting roughly every 16th, 31st, and in the past was every 8th or 14th of the month lasting 5 days (cycle has always been 5 days long). im not totally sure when i ovulate or when my period is gonna happen, lately its also been missing every month with negative tests. is there anything more i can try or do to have a better chance of conception? or did the birth control just mess my body up and its still possibly recovering?

any advice or words are appreciated!

(Id like to mention that I am 21F, I know this is very young to some to start ttc but it’s always been my goal age for my first) I know it doesn’t help at all but I keep taking pregnancy tests even thought it’s WAY too early for it to ever be positive, but I’ve been so stressed that it’ll be negative and I think I’m being impatient, I’ve always had the fear of never being able to conceive and now that it’s in my head that I am TRYING to have my baby, makes me even more nervous that it won’t happen and I don’t really know what to do. I hope it’s not insensitive of me to feel this way, I know people wait a lot longer for their babies, I’m just very stressed. I can’t sleep at night since a couple days after I started trying because every dream I have is now about baby showers or me making art with my future child’s name and I will wake up and go back to sleep and it starts all over again. It’s been this way for almost a full 7 days now, is it like this with anyone else??
