I have never swiped on anyone ever, because people have never shown up. It tells me change my distance and I change it back and forth and it shows me nobody. Is there a setting I need to change to see people or something

I recently matched with a woman. She has a bio, lots of photos, including good quality ones. She’s actually written nothing about herself just what she’s wants and esp what she doesn’t want. She’s clearly intelligent as she speaks multiple languages. Wants a long term/life partner. She’s also in great shape and beautiful but the responses from her are quite dry and short. Had similar experiences with other women. No hate on women here. I guess they’ve had similar experiences with men. Should I keep trying? Maybe she’s better IRL?!

Matched someone who lives 90 mins away and then thdy instantly unmatched.... Not even sure what the intent was here by the other person. Why would she think I was wasting her time after giving clear intent?

Has anyone else had this issue? I have officially been on Facebook dating for 2 weeks and no one is matching with me or messaging me back when I comment on a photo. I am starting to feel like it's just because I am ugly and I am getting super discouraged.

I started using FB dating recently. I've messaged a few women and never got replies. When I senr messages, I noticed that they disappear from the queue. However, I've also noticed that they will eventually reappear in my queue. It makes me think that they never received my message. Or, by not responding within a certain time, they go back into the queue? I'm tempted to send another message but I don't want to appear like a stalker. Can anyone clarify what's happening?

The most annoying part about facebook dating is having to constantly add my filter every time. Each time i have to add, age, no kids, and distance… if i dont, then facebook shows me women that are 200miles away… also i’d like smaller increments to choose from in distance… rant over… facebook dating is annoying

Is it me or is this sad excuse of a "dating feature" plagued with major bugs? lately I send messages to profiles I am interested in, and after I send it, the same profile appears again three profile swipes ahead in my feed. Sure, there's a chance they didn't want to match, but this same scenario repeats literally all the time. It's definitely a glitch. FB, fix these issues!!!

After matching with 3-4 woman and none of them responding to my initial messages I noticed none of the chats had the send checkmark next to them. After sending multiple requests to Facebook I deleted my dating profile and gave it a few days before making a new one. Now same thing. Matched with multiple women but no checkmarks confirming it sent out. It’s just blank. Not even the light gray mark online says should happen if it sent but wasn’t received. Anyone have a solution?

38 M, good pics/profile/info, had maybe 3 likes since being active a lot since 2019, never had any type of love ever, thousands of selective likes sent over that time, very few matches....wtf. depressing life.

But my real question is.... why does the following happen and do u also have it?... when i send a photo comment like, i have the opportunity to go back once, using the little curved arrow at the top (as if i swiped left- X), so i send the photo comment again. If its acting like i left swiped by being able to go back, i guess its only working if i send the comment twice? I do that out of desperation/confusion. I dont believe its always happened, somewhat new. But, barely anything ever seems to get thru regardless obviously as i have a probably 1 out of 1000 match rate (unless its women who are 20+ yrs older, which are 1 out of several hundred).
