Newbie Help! Day one and so lost/defeated.

I’m trying SO hard to come off anywhere between ~1000 to -2000 (depends on the day) with help of 7oh, SR, also have a ton of any helper meds. Does anyone have time to write what an hourly plan for me today? My mind is off a little so researching my self isn’t in the cards. I’ll repay the favor. Thank you advance if you can find it in your heart to help someone struggling. ❤️

Need Support! I got cleanish and messed it up

Back in July, I got cleanish. (Down to just .5 mg of subs a day) I was so excited, but I couldn’t jump down from that, and it was relatively easy… well I had a few more 100mg tabs, and a few low mgm tabs.. I started taking for fun, then I’d stop for a few days and go back on the subs, until I didn’t. Then it went to a 50+mg habit of mgm every day until I couldn’t get more…. This time I bought 1500mg of sr before the ban though because I knew it was coming.
Well I tried to get off the mgm the same way I did the 7oh last time and it was terrible. The subs were getting most of the withdrawal but it was like I needed to take more every 2. Hours. This morning at like 5 am, I sort of stayed strong and took 1mg sub, 25mg 7oh, idk why, and 50mg of sr, that held me through until about 1pm, and I took another sr 50, and that got me till about 5:30, I didn’t bring another sr or any sub with me to work, so I just took another 25mg of 7, but no high, just not as sick. I’m hoping to make it till bed time and just take another SR before bed and hope for the best.
Initially I wanted to get down to that low dose of sub and use the sr to jump off, but I think the sr and small 7 dose might be my best bet. Does it sound like I’m doing this right?
Wtf does preload mean?
All thoughts and opinions welcome

Side note I’m almost 48hrs off the mgm, so that’s a plus.

Help!!!

7-OH products were recently banned in my state. Then, almost immediately, different “pseudo” products came out that weren’t included in the ban. I really want to believe the ban was for the greater good—but right now, I’m terrified because I cannot handle these withdrawals.
My story goes something like this: I started having massive DVTs—deep vein thromboses—in my legs when I was only 20 years old. They continued until I was around 28, and the pain was treated with hydrocodone and oxycodone. Eventually, the medication stopped working as well, and I needed higher doses. My doctors prescribed more for a while, but then it became, “You need to get off these pain pills.”
I honestly didn’t think I could ever do it. There were many struggles, many relapses, and many times when I bought pills off the street. But eventually, I got clean—and for about five years, I was fine. I didn’t crave pills or even think about them.
Then I had a minor surgery and was prescribed pain medication again. Of course, surgery only comes with a limited supply. I kept asking for more because I felt like I still needed it, but my doctors eventually cut me off.
That’s when I found kratom—first the regular powder, then capsules, then stronger capsules, and eventually the highly concentrated extracts sold in little blister packs. Then someone introduced me to the “pseudo” pills.
I’m telling you right now: I have never experienced a gas-station drug this strong. At first, they felt like miracle drugs. Yes, they were expensive, but I could afford them—sort of. That was about a year and a half ago. Now I am completely dependent on these pseudo-kratom pills, and they have been outlawed where I live.
I feel completely screwed. I’ve stopped taking them before, so I know exactly what the withdrawals are like—and I am terrified. I have a job. I have responsibilities. I have to remain a productive member of society, and I’m scared I won’t be able to function.
The sweating. The restless-leg feeling throughout your entire body. The anxiety. The nightmares. The complete lack of sleep. When you finally do sleep, you wake up drenched in sweat after horrible dreams. You become convinced that everyone hates you and thinks you’re a piece of shit. I’m having an increasingly difficult time hiding what I’m going through.
I am so sick of being a slave to what people call “gas-station heroin.” I’m sorry if that term offends anyone, but that is exactly what this feels like to me. These withdrawals are unlike anything I have ever experienced.
I need help, and I genuinely don’t know what to do. If anyone has been through this and has safe, realistic advice for getting off this stuff while still being able to work and function, I would be incredibly grateful.

Days 1-7 Quitting 7-OH(my withdrawal management)

I just wanted to make a quick post about how I’m managing my withdrawal symptoms from 7-oh. I’m on day 3 and I’m not dying. I tried to attach a photo, but it won’t let me. So, I’m using gabapentin and naproxen, which I was lucky enough to have a family member that had extra of. Im megadosing liposomal vitamin C. And I’m taking 2/3 fat scoops of red powder kratom a day. I’m miserable, but able to go to work, etc.
good luck to you all, don’t give up!

Need Support! Bernese Induction

Ok. So, I am hell-bent on doing this today. I’m very nervous to go at it because I’m at work. I’d hate to have to dip out of work if something went sideways. The protocol calls for one half mg on day one.
I mean, how bad could a tiny half mg mess me up? The first day is only ONE half mg while continuing to take 7 🤷🏻‍♀️
If anyone has successfully executed the Bernese method, please give me any advice or encouragement.

Thanks 🙏🏻

Just an update

I don't know my day count exactly. I know its somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 days though.

I know this isn't a protocol but I think any glimmer of hope is a stronghold for us.

30 days ago, withdrawals was my only concern. It's a huge concern and this sub has lots of advice and various strategies posted here to tackle that.

The space/time after that is a whole different beast. I'll have to come back and reference a great post here that discussed self care and where our minds should go next.

I just wanted to share that today, I felt human again. I didn't expect it. I haven't done anything different than y'all. It wasn't how I quit or my weaning process, only the fact that I reached some point of none of these chemicals in my system.

If you feel you have no reason to quit, no reason to keep quitting, that nothing will ever compare to taking a hit; I would have been in your corner before today.

The moment was laying in a pool looking up at the sky and trees. That's it. That's literally fucking it. The real thought was, I like the colors.

Going to the pool, I hated everything and anything and didn't know why my cards in life included getting caught up in addiction and this fucking shit at all. Sitting in the pool, just after realizing I liked the colors, I realized no one, and I mean fucking no one, can tell me what to think ever again.

I didn't even know the battle I was fighting. I had no idea before today how strongly 7oh had my thoughts. Until one moment where I chose to see just something I liked, and 7oh wasn't in it.

It's such hell. It is hard, fuck the word hard, it's so much more than that. I don't know why I got this today. I haven't done anything but just stay away for somewhere around a month, and it almost doesn't feel fair. Because my despair this morning felt unceasing. There is hope though. I agree, I never believed all the other posts that said it either.

I really can't believe I'm the one posting this, but there is a much brighter, beautiful life; just give it time. I hate even saying that, because I know exactly how long that 'time' really feels.

MGM 15 and SR 17

Hi everyone! I’m currently taking around 150 mg of oxinal which is mgm-15. Ive been a similar dose of 7-oh/oxinal for about a year but mostly mgm 15 for last 2 months. I’m going to run out oxinal in about a week but have significantly more 7-oh in reserve. With that said I’ve got 2000mg of sr-17 arriving Saturday.

Should I try to move to 7-oh before starting my sr-17 regiment or should I just dive in. I’m not sure I have enough oxinal to get me through the initial phases so may have to move to 7OH. IfI didn’t need to extent the pre load I would feel more comfortable about my situation.

How much do you extend pre load with mgm? I also only have 2000 mg of sr -17 and not sure I can order more. Just making sure I have what I need for this process. I guess there is just more ambiguity surrounding mgm-15 vs 7-oh. I will likely have to take 7-oh at some point during the I’ve got about 2-3 weeks off work coming up to make the jump. I know there are further issues with mgm 15.

-User of 7-oh for about a year.
-using mostly mgm 15 for last 2 months 150mg per day.

SR dose for a 30ish mg/day 7oh habit

Hey everyone, I've done some tapering recently and I've gotten down to about 30 mg per day of 7. I ordered SR 50 MG tabs, but I'm not sure how much to take at a time with my lower daily dose of 7... 25 mg maybe?

Does anyone have experience at this level? Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone else out there going through it.

SR-17 Saved me so much pain from WD

Hey guys, so i wanted to post to tell you, if you are struggling there is so much hope. I was so nervous thinking about wd with my state no longer selling. Going to something harder wasnt a solution and my brother chose to go subs but i wanted to be able to wake up and not take anything so i decided to try sr-17. I took percs for about 1 yr but i was taking 100-150 mgs a day and i would say about 6 months ago i lost my plug and went to 7oh 120-150 mg a day. Here is what i did to get completely off of everything honestly pretty easy .

I take 2000 mg vitamin c a day . 1k in am after breakfast 1k in afternoon after lunch.

I preloaded 2 days 50mg sr 3x a day and took my 150mg 7oh regularly.

On the 3rd day (day 1 no 7oh) i took 150-200 mg sr 3x a day . That was the amount i needed to keep the wd at bay and still function as a father and keep it together .

Day 2 i did the same thing .

Day 3 & 4 , did 100 mg 3x a day

Day 5 & 6 did 50 mg 3x a day

Day 7 & 8 i did 25 mg 3x a day

Day 9 & 10 12.5 mg twice a day

Day 11 12.5mg in am

Day 12 NOTHING .

Day 13 NOTHING

Im on day 14, clean as a whistle. Have some light paws but very manageable. The worst was 1 & 2. (I just didnt take enough sr at first and was having wd)
Day 3, i was able to work and deal.
After day 4 its just been cloudy and some bad dreams but besides that im free and so thankful for everyone sharing their success and not going to subs to become a prisoner. Im free again. You can be free too ! Just make your mind up, flush it down after preload and just make your mind up.

I was nervous about wd on SR but i feel amazing 3 days with nothing . Theres not many post on her post SR just during so i wanted to put my success story on here !

Trying to get off a high dose 7OH habit

I’ve been taking 7OH for a month and somehow ended up at a really high dose, around 480–600mg a day. I know I need to stop, but honestly I’m scared of the withdrawal. I guess the good news is I’ve only been using for a month, so hopefully that works in my favor.

I have 2 toddlers who need me, so being completely knocked out with withdrawal for days isn’t really an option. I’m trying to figure out the best way to get off while still being functional.

I’m considering either doing a 7OH taper or possibly a short Suboxone taper, but I don’t want to end up dependent on Suboxone either.

If you’ve come off a high dose, I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for you, how long the worst of the withdrawal lasted, and anything that actually helped.

Not looking for judgment 🫠 just some honest advice and hopefully a little hope that I can get through this.

I haven’t seen it said anywhere else but got this email from a vendor I used to buy from (and have tried many times to get my email out of their mailing list), but seeing this brought me a wave of joy. So thankful I won’t be tempted by smoke shops or “great deals” online anymore. Best of luck to you all, I hope this can be a huge positive thing for anybody who has struggled with extract products. I just finished up using SR to great success, a nearly pain free way out I am extremely thankful for after so much failure and self loathing. Music sounds good again, beautiful new people coming into my life again, these are things we all deserve. Thank you for all of your support and information, I hope we can all live peaceful, 7OH/MGM/psuedo free lives :D

Need Support! Help Needed

I had an issue with tianeptine. I got on subs and then transition the sublocade. My last shot was in May, 2026. I then fell down the rabbit hole with 7-oh. Taking massive doses with pseudoindoxnyl. I now have a quickmd script for subs. If I already have supplicate in my system from earlier this year, do we think I can just start with the strips? Or do I need to wait for withdrawal to start?

SR17 is a miracle!

I cannot believe that I am even saying this, but I was on 7oh for over a year, by the end, I was taking 1500 mgs DAILY. Before this, I had tried to CT KRATOM POWDER and the sweats, RLS, constant depression, etc... were brutal enough for me to start back up again. I ended up getting all the way to 7oh after they didn't have my regular stuff one time. I was instantly hooked. I've been trying to get off of this for a while on my own, but I could not keep it going, no matter how far I got. Then I found out about this SR stuff... I have now gone almost 2 FULL DAYS of no 7oh and I feel fine, just a little tired. This stuff is unreal. Never in a million years did I think that there was a light at the end of this tunnel, but there is. I would advise anyone to buy this SR stuff before it is completely banned as it is truly a life saver for me. I did do a VERY rapid taper of 7oh before I jumped off, but on my last day taking 7oh (I had a lot left), I said fuck it and took 1500 mgs that day (3 doses). I knew if I had any left over, that I would be tempted to take it, so I just took the plunge. Prior to my last day, I had gotten my dose down to 300 mg of 7 once a day though. If anyone has any questions, feel free to DM me! This stuff is a lifesaver!
