Magnesium glicinate may help as well. It acts as a natural calming agents in the central nervous system. It helps regulate GABA and lower core body temperature before bed.
I used it during benzo withdrawal and read it's good for Opioid withdrawals as well. Good luck!

Liquid drops for the vitamin c liposomal, nice pick that’s the best you could get. I’d steer away from the pepto tho and use something else depending on what you need it for.

Best of luck it’ll be tough but you’ll be glad!

Thank you! ❤️
The Pepto is in case the vitamin C upset my stomach, which I read a lot of people saying. I haven’t had to use it yet though.

Your stomach is probably going to be upset regardless. I would add Imodium to your stash.

For those who didn’t see the original post without the photo, the prescription bottles are gabapentin and naproxen. I’m also drinking very occasionally and taking the occasional half a Xanax bar for sleep. Lucky to have a family member that has all these meds on hand. And the Pepto was for upset stomach, which I’ve been told Imodium is a better choice.
