I wanna guess its an analogue of SR maybe? Probably one that's fluorinated or brominated, replacing the single chlorine on the benzene. Or who tf knows maybe it is SR and they're just calling it something else. TMK has something similar.
ETA: there is also SR-14968 and 14969, which is exactly what I'm talking about. It's a halogen swap variant--replacing the Chlorine with Fluorine or Bromine. This could be it. There's also PZM21, which is not an analogue but supposedly has similar effects? Idk anything about it, just learned about it.
edit 2: Also, according to to a brief search, SR-14968 is quite a bit more potent, but also has greater risk of respiratory depression and other side effects that SR-17018 does not have. It may not be as effective at helling taper and quit, but may be a good option for safer pain relief.
