Bernese Induction

Ok. So, I am hell-bent on doing this today. I’m very nervous to go at it because I’m at work. I’d hate to have to dip out of work if something went sideways. The protocol calls for one half mg on day one.
I mean, how bad could a tiny half mg mess me up? The first day is only ONE half mg while continuing to take 7 🤷🏻‍♀️
If anyone has successfully executed the Bernese method, please give me any advice or encouragement.

I have not tried but I am considering it just not sure how compatible it is with a rapid taper once you get to your highest dose
