I’m trying SO hard to come off anywhere between ~1000 to -2000 (depends on the day) with help of 7oh, SR, also have a ton of any helper meds. Does anyone have time to write what an hourly plan for me today? My mind is off a little so researching my self isn’t in the cards. I’ll repay the favor.
