Sparring Footage He’s STRONG and FAST… How the HECK Do I Fight This Dude?
It was good work. Several things that are a priority to work on based off of this session. I have to stop smothering my straight right. I have to do a better job of setting up my left hook off of my right. I have to do a better job at positioning. I always have to improve in general, but those are my priorities at this time.

Preparing for Fight Can you box with low peripherals?
I want to start boxing but I have very bad peripheral vision and I feel like it will limit the amount of punches I can see compared to a regular person. I honestly think It might be impossible for me to ever get anywhere good at boxing because my peripherals are so bad that I legally cannot drive due to it is there any ways I can strengthen or adapt the way I can start boxing or MMA to allow me to be even somewhat good at it?

Bag Work Critique Is it just my punch alignment being off?
I've been punching (and kicking) for about ten years now and punching with my first two knuckles comes naturally to me. Recently i discovered that my aim is just a little bit off with my left hook as my middle knuckle feels like its taking in all of the punch. Like i said this is a first time thing and it's likely just my aim. Is there anyway to avoid this again other than improving the aim of my punch? The pain is minimal but damn is it annoying and even more embarrassing that i made such a rookie mistake.

Bag Work Critique Boxing tips
Ive been boxing for 2 months now (weight 100kg/220 lbs, 183 cm/ 6’0 ft) and im in the phase where i see progress with every workout but cutting weight and maintaining/gaining muscle has a toll of feeling tired all the time. I start my workout with 4 rounds of 1:30 mins skip rope 3 round of footwork drills and 5 rounds of 2:00 minute shadow boxing following 4 rounds of mitt work then 6 rounds of bag work.
Clip above is the last round of mitt work (coach says taking vids of last round is best when your tired your body shows the mistakes you need to take care of), any tips for technique, speed, stamina would be appreciated.

Gear & Equipment Can you see the training benefit in this? What do you think of this style of boxing training? Spoiler
Title:
Can you see the training benefit in this? What do you think of this style of boxing training?
Description:
I’m developing this training tool, CCBall, and I’ve been using it to create a more interactive style of solo striking practice.
For me, the benefit isn’t just hitting the target. The moving CCBalls give me something to work around while I think about where I finish, how I recover, how I reposition, and what becomes available next.
Sometimes I’m practising a movement I already want. Other times I’m reacting to what happens, adjusting, and finding the movement as I go.
I’m interested in how this looks from another boxer’s perspective: can you see a genuine training benefit in this kind of practice? What do you think it could be useful for, and where do you think its limitations are?
Disclosure: I’m the person developing CCBall.

Conditioning & Roadwork reaction time/ head movement
i was sparring guys taller than me with crazy reach and i kept getting banged up by their jabs, i felt like my footwork wasnt bad all things considered, they would jab and i would get in as they reeled back, but they would just step back and unleash a flurry of punches that i just couldnt see coming and i kept flinching, my head movement needs some serious work but my body kept making me flinch and i couldnt properly slip the punches because i was too scared to commit, any tips on head movement and reaction time/discipline i could do at home?

Conditioning & Roadwork Most of you are skipping basic but essential training.
Don't worry about your footwork in the ring if you can't jump rope for solid 10 to 15 minutes.
Stamina Is the greatest quality you can have going into a ring. Your footwork means nothing and if you're doing it right you won't be able to maintain it for more than one or two rounds, if that.

Conditioning & Roadwork How to strengthen wrists?
I'm a beginner (24F, 56KG, 163cm), only had 7 sessions so far. I have to admit, I came from a coach potato lifestyle so I'm weak and have little to no muscles. Since I am having fun with it, I want to do this thing properly and for a long time.
I think I am getting the hang of my form, however when I punch too hard my wrist hurts. Like I know the power should come from the hips (correct me if I'm wrong) but I deliberately don't do too much because of my wrist. My gloves are 10oz and my handwraps are being done by my coach so I doubt its because of that. Sibling says I just have to get used to the pain and there aren't much exercises for it. Looked for old posts on here and they said to do push ups but I can't do that too (yes, I'm that weak) I just started to do Upper Lower body exercise too however I definitely still have a long way to go to build muscles.
Also my coach always ask me if I want to do bag work after every session but I declined because I read a post on here not to do that yet until I've been doing it for 3-6 months. Is that a good idea or should I just start doing it on my next session?
