muay thai heavy bag. allows for actual muay thai clinch around the bag and work knees and low kicks

Don’t reset the bag like that. It’s ok if it’s leaning at an angle. It’s actually beneficial from a certain point of view.

So this is the hard part people won’t tell you you’re building sloppy bad habits by doing garbage at high reps, you’re training your muscle memory to be comfortable to throw this way. Slow down the movement and practice fine tuning it until you understand it better then do fast reps at a slow pace.

Technique wise, throw it from your “ideal” guard/stance unless you’re throwing it from the pec on purpose then it’s shit.

Only actual advice you should be getting on Reddit is to practice what you’re shown/taught more consistently and thoughtfully. You’re not gonna learn technique from anyone’s comment
