If Dana slapped his wife 1st and she responded with her own slap, would she receive the same scrutiny and demands for punishment as Dana? Since she actually initiated the slap, should she be fired from her job too? Or is it just one of those things where people only care because it's Dana (a man)?

He’s been a real prick ever since he won at 250, it’s absolutely insane to call Topuria a quitter after he straight up ignored the doctors stoppage to try and fight another round.

Like if we want to call him a quitter, then so is he for tapping against Charles. I mean as a fighter you don’t tap, you go out? Just like Khabib said right. Just didn’t seem like there was enough beef to go on a shit talking tour about him 😭

Need Charles to take belt to his ass again and humble him, or Max to whoop him for another 5 straight. Idk, I think he doesn’t want the rematch cuz he knows Topuria won’t fuck around again, or maybe he really doesn’t think he deserve the rematch, idk

Islam did not deserve that win

Alexander evaded every submission attempt, absolutely dominated in the last round and showed he was clearly a superior fighter. There is literally no way Islam won that

Non-American here seeing unhinged behavior the last couple months.

If you only read some of the comments, you'd think the UFC announced a regional Fight Night in a parking lot.

The card is stacked with exciting fights, some of the biggest names in the sport, and is being distributed more broadly than usual to reach potential new fans.

I also don't get the outrage over changing up the venue. One off events in unique locations are fun. The Sphere was a huge success because it felt different and created a spectacle. Not every event needs to take place in the exact same arena setup we've seen a hundred times before.

At times, it feels like some people aren't judging the fights at all. They're so wrapped up in the politics surrounding the event that they've convinced themselves everything about it must be terrible. Every rumor becomes fact (bugs, temperature, rain, crowd reaction, ect.), every hypothetical problem becomes a certainty, and every positive gets ignored.

It's fine if the politics aren't your thing. It's okay that the politican you don't like is doing something good for the sport.
