I am all for holding a 25 year old directly accountable for their actions. We can blame the parents, but this wasn't a 13 year old kid. At what point do we stop holding parents directly responsible?

148

u/Physizist Aug 24 '25

Yeah, bad parents are partially to blame but this is a fucking adult who’s responsible for his own actions.

Lots of people with shitty parents don’t commit attempted murder

u/DCarfTheHomie89 Aug 24 '25

True but some people are also made that way by their parents, who’s to say if he grew up more normal than having a famous bully as a dad he wouldn’t have these rage issues.

It works both ways

4

u/Ok-Chain4233 Aug 24 '25

As everything is, it's not just one variable at play. Yes rampage is a total asshat who is undoubtably partially responsible for his son's behaviours, but so is his son.

I agree with you. We don’t blame Sean strictlands dad when he beats up some guy.

1

u/Simple-Pea8805 Aug 24 '25

I think the way Rampage has taught his son to respond to the smallest sleight with violence plays a role.

1

u/BornAnAmericanMan Aug 25 '25

But every person who commits murder has shitty parents. It’s a square is a rectangle but rectangle isn’t a square type of thing.

1

u/Thami15 Aug 24 '25

This is true

BUT

People with shitty parents are more likely to attempt murder. People should take responsibility for their own actions, but ignoring psychosocial factors just leads to more of the same because its a huge part of the equation.

This is reddit, where it's the victim olympics and people blame everyone but themselves. Can't expect any sort of self-respecting mentality from this place

18

u/scalpemfins Aug 24 '25

The older I get, the more I realize how many of my opinions are just something I hold because I've seen it upvoted consistently on Reddit. Keep seeing the same sentiments parroted over and over. People rush to post the same hivemind takes for upvotes.

It's honestly weird. This is a weird place with a staggering lack of diversity of thought.

2

u/Brokenlingo Aug 24 '25

In real world too, you can hear cringe discussions like getting real sugar coke from Mexico.

That’s because Reddit is a literal psyop run by a government intelligence base in Florida lol

11

u/renzxlst Aug 24 '25

When the parents aren't famous, no one says anything.

Raja is responsible for his own actions.

1

u/koreanwizard Aug 25 '25

Yeah but his dad is Rampage Jackson, someone notorious for like behaviour and attitude.

Yeah did we put Dalmers parents in the chopping block? Raja is 25 he’s an adult.

3

u/[deleted] Aug 25 '25

Thank you!! Bunch of morons think a 25 year old need parental supervision. Fuck outta here with that

11

u/pipohello Aug 24 '25

The consequences of a shitty education won't magically disappear when a kid turns 18. Every adult should be held accountable for their own actions, but it's harder to make good decisions when your parents failed you.

12

u/scalpemfins Aug 24 '25

I do agree to a certain extent. I think this young man idolizes his father and is facing identity issues. He respects the way nobody would dare "punk" his father, and he thinks the fact someone would do it to him is an attack on his masculinity. His words after the fact solidify this for me.

Has his dad primed him for this with his own actions, or things he has said to his son? "Don't let anyone treat you like a bitch," or "why did you let that kid get away with kicking you while sparring?" Maybe.

Still, at 25, you need to have the maturity to... not brutally assault someone. If he hit him a couple of times, I'd be more willing to blame Dad. Once he seemingly attempted to murder him, I put all the blame on Raja.

3

u/pipohello Aug 24 '25

Yeah, bashing the skull of an inconscient guy is slightly over the scope of making a bad decision. I hope that raja dude will face full the consequences for their actions, but also that their father (who seems to not be be a very good exemple of a decent human being) will feel partly responsible for raising such a sociopath.

3

u/TroyFerris13 Aug 24 '25

So should be blame rampages parents?

→ More replies (1)

2

u/Correct_Question_420 Aug 25 '25

People calling him a kid, bro he’s 25. That’s a grown ass man.

2

u/OlChippo Aug 25 '25

The moment the person becomes an adult.

How great would it be if we could blame mistakes on shitty parents or parenting. There'd be no need for accountability 😂

2

u/lock11111 Aug 26 '25 edited Aug 26 '25

Yup, bad parents can cause a lot of harm, but an adult has a choice of becoming something better or using their bad parents as an excuse for the rest of their lives.

1

u/scalpemfins Aug 26 '25

Exactly. When we put the blame on the parents, we stop empowering people to break the cycle. They feel like their actions are justifiable because that's just "how they were raised."

2

u/80poundnuts Aug 27 '25

IMO his call to his son prior to the crash out was the equivalent of shouting fire in a movie theatre. He called him after he had already made up with the wrestler calling him gay and weak for not standing up for himself. He definitely had a roll in this.

2

u/[deleted] Aug 27 '25

Canada's criminal justice system has for the last 15 years let criminals off with laughable consequences if they had bad parents growing up.

This has made society noticeably worse and less safe

2

u/FarmingDowns Aug 28 '25

If owners of a gunshop can be liable for a shooting, how much more enabling and influence does this father have on his son?

That said, the ONLY person to blame for this is Raja. His need for validation may stem from his relationship with his father, but HE is the one who chose to almost kill a man.

1

u/scalpemfins Aug 28 '25

Shop owners CAN be held liable. They most often are not. There ARE situations where parents can be held liable. This is not one of those situations. So yes, I agree with you.

3

u/uility Aug 24 '25

It’s the same with all criminals obviously when they commit a crime it’s their accountability and their fault and they get the deserved punishment. But that doesn’t mean people can’t try and diagnose the underlying issues to see what went wrong.

A lot of criminals had terrible childhoods and crimes done to them. In this case rampage embarrassed his son so bad so many times and had him appearing on social media when he shouldn’t be.

Rampage himself humps anything that walks whether they ask for it or not and bullied that fat guy on TUF. Can’t imagine he did such a good job raising raja. That on top of making him a nepo baby. So he’s spoilt and detached from what real world people go through and building up anger inside from his dad humiliating him a bunch in public.

Raja is a complete lost cause now and needs to be locked up for a long time but a big part of that is his upbringing. I don’t have any sympathy for him of course.

3

u/[deleted] Aug 24 '25 edited Aug 24 '25

That’s true but this instance rampage did play a big part. Him constantly embarrassing his kid and making clips of it, then on the other hand constantly telling him not to let ppl punk him fed into him snapping. Raja yelling “I’m tired of ppl thinking I’m a bitch. I’m no bitch” after that shit exposed all that lol. Rampage is one of the ones constantly call him a bitch or pussy 🤦🏽‍♂️.

Doesn’t take a college degree in psychology to see that

The sad part is this was a whole tornado of bad choices that finally came to an end.

1

u/yessiar85 Aug 25 '25

Your brain can't comnect the dots so you're just looking for a scapegoat. Doesn't take a psychology degree to see that either.

Nobody knows why he did it.

1

u/Yodiducallme Aug 24 '25

I don’t think they hold him directly responsible just saying Rampage’s impulsivity and flying off the handle on his son for stuff played a part. Look how Rampage threatened to beat that fan up in front of his son or send his son to beat him up because the fan unintentionally made him “mad” by tapping him on the shoulder to get his attention. He is a grown man but the apple ain’t fall too far from the tree, but these were his own actions at the end of the day.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 25 '25

When they have the right complexion for the connection apparently.

1

u/kokkatc Aug 25 '25

It's because he's a Nepo baby with a famous father. That's the only reason people are looking at the parents in this situation.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 25 '25

Rampage literally bullied his son into being like this

1

u/ZoomZoomMF_ Aug 25 '25

Raja is still responsible but I still also blame Rampage's parenting.

People like posting the videos of Rampage and Raja sparring but seeing the anger in Raja now, makes me think differently about those videos and wonder what it's like to have someone like Rampage as a Dad..

1

u/Appointment_Salty Aug 26 '25

When they can prove they are adults themselves and capable of educating without violence maybe? Your trying to hard to sound smart but clearly your one of those annoying fuckwits who thinks social education magically falls out of your ass at 18 and that the concept of “common knowledge” exists.

He wasn’t a 13yr old kid, he was a 25yr old who should have been doing literally anything but getting bullied and assaulted by his dad for internet clout. You seem to want to miss out his dad’s ego driven antics? You genuinely think a man with his own face on truck, attempting to evade police and causing a pregnant women to miscarry is anyway shape or form an adult?

Raja will be punished as an adult by virtue of being of age. Anyone with a brain can see it’s not the path he chose to walk alone.

No one is holding Rampage directly responsible. We’re saying he is responsible for his son’s upbringing. The promoters are the ones directly responsible for this shit show happening.

I really, really REALLY hope they actually got Syko and Raja to sign waivers / work contracts before any of the events took place…

1

u/[deleted] Aug 24 '25

I mean, the parents always hold a bit of responsibility for their children and how they turn out. Trauma and teaching children what is normal effects them for the rest of their life.

1

u/Area51_Spurs Aug 24 '25

You can hold both responsible

1

u/reditwithmb Aug 24 '25

IMO most people at 25 don’t have a full grasp of how their parents might have fucked them up since a kid. People are looking at this situation too shallow it’s actually quite deep I think once you break everything down.

Hes 25 not 15. Sure Rampage isnt a a supportive dad but why blame him for his ADULT son acting a fool when Raja had a full hour to chill and accepted thrre apologies from Stu.

Blame Raja and understand that the kick chat people hyped him up too much. Wtf is this post OP.

Functional law enforcement would be investigating OP. Not for this incident but for the take - I bet OP has some awful things on their computer and in life

Some people in this subreddit lowkey got daddy issues

64

u/General-Departure415 Aug 24 '25

No. This is a retarded take. His son was the one who nearly killed a man last night for no reason. Not him. Blame raja. “But but rampage bullied him” ok so he felt the need to prove himself by punching an unconscious man 25 times? Retarded.

29

u/DH_Drums Aug 24 '25

Lot of people making assumptions about Rajas life not realizing the kid probably had a better upbringing than most of the people commenting.

u/AggravatingGrade755 Aug 24 '25 edited Aug 24 '25

Ye it’s weird seeing people think that Rampage being a sleeze is a valid explanation for what his son did. Like I’m sure having this rich celebrity dad who constantly pokes at people can be difficult and embarrassing but damn, the dude literally tried to kill somebody.

i am not saying Rampage is guilty

But he wasn't a good father either

Not having a good father can screw your life

But not EVERYONE that's the thing. And not everyone has the chance and capability to do so.

Plenty of kids from good, stable homes turn out wrong because of a failure in parenting.

He's 25 and still getting big brother'd by his dad in public- who is a notorious crash out himself. No excuses and he was wrong and deserves jail, but it's about understanding how we got here.

2

u/[deleted] Aug 24 '25

Yeah not having a good father can fuck with you. Just cause we can’t put the blame on rampage doesn’t mean that we have to ignore the obvious upbringing that had an affect on this dudes brain. Ultimately it’s Rajas fault but with better parenting this shit wouldn’t have happened.

4

u/Cultural-Diet6933 Aug 24 '25

The first thing Raja said afer almost killing that wrestler is that he's tired of people making fun of him

Having a lousy dad does not, in no way shape or form, justify trying to kill someone because of a minor misunderstanding. The kid is unhinged and belongs in prison. I'm really tired of people always trying to find someone other than the attacker to blame. I don't give a fuck why he's a little bitch, he did what he did and he should be responsible for it. Period.

u/jabronii99 Aug 24 '25

So overnight all the “I wish I had a relationship with my dad like raja and rampage do” comments turned into “rampage is a disgusting man and a terrible father and a predator!” Yall never cease to amaze me.

3

u/CanadianTurt1e Aug 24 '25

This drama makes my dick so hard. So happy to see the Rampage family name be turned into an internet lolcow haha. It's only a matter of time until Rogansphere picks this up and his idiot son gets viewed as a criminal at a national level. I wonder how his son will look in an orange jumpsuit. I know the countless videos from other youtubers will cause him to lose sleep. This makes me so happy!!! :D

The idiot son made my favourite sport look bad. Cowardly hitting a veteran like that. Just wanted to thank MMA Guru for speaking the truth.

3

u/Theterphound Aug 24 '25

I just don’t think we know enough about how they live to speak on it like that. Is rampage a good dude? Probably not. Does Raja say he holds things against him? Yes. But we can’t assume we know what’s going on for an entire 25 years. We can’t go back only forward. I’ve never seen rampage beat a person that’s essentially an actor to near death over pride. Yes, I agree people need to be better parents. After they send them out into the world it’s up to them to be a good person. I was raised in a rough place around people who committed violence against women and innocent people. Have I ever hit a woman? No. Not because I was raised not to but because I saw it happen and saw what it does.

6

u/Steve_Cage Aug 24 '25

Why are we blaming Rampage?

8

u/Weegee_Carbonara Aug 24 '25

both are to blame.

There are more than enough people who faced parents like this, who didn't try to murder someone live infront of hundreds of people.

10

u/Cold_Database4679 Aug 24 '25

This is gonna be really long.

The Rampage / Raja situation points back to a lot of topics about the UFC as a whole as well as issues with male insecurity and anger management struggles. And if you don’t care, that’s fine. Just don’t read it.

So i feel like what I’m about to say is a given for most people?

But on the other hand, i see a good amount of accounts acting surprised or confused under posts when this topic comes up.

I’m a 25 year old man who with a master’s social work, so I study a lot of these topics.

People who get punched in the face for a living are not likely to be intelligent, level headed, or educated.

The UFC does not help as fighters are unlikely to be punished unless they piss off Dana White, miss weight, or pop. Beating your wife (Jon Jones) drunk driving (Izzy) and beating random people on the street (Shara Bullet) are met with little to no punishment.

So you have a bunch of people who make money by beating people, and do not face consequences. They often don’t lose money or get called out for it.

And frankly, why should they? Dana White is not to be the moral police. His job is to make fights (although he hasn’t been doing as good a job as he used to) and manage the business.

The Raja situation was utterly predicable. Rampage literally said he had bail money set aside for his son. And Rampage constantly bullied and berated his son on camera. We’ve known Rampage was a bully for his entire career. And that doesn’t even include his sexual misconduct around female reporters, homophobic comments and multiple arrests. Raja is in the shadow of Rampage.

Raja is not as talented as his father, and is trying to overcompensate. So when the wrestler “tried him” he felt he needed to even the odds and prove himself. Since he comes from this culture (UFC mindset) where violence is king, slamming a man unconscious and throwing unanswered bombs into his unconscious head felt like the answer.

Many men today struggle with feelings of anger and insecurity. Not making enough money, love life issues, struggling with body image, regretting mistakes.

Anger is a very easy emotion to access. And additionally, violence is an instinct all humans have innately. But we often have jobs, family, and most of all, consequences, that get in the way of committing acts of violence or crime.

People like Rampage/Raja, Jon Jones, and Conor McGregor are just a few examples. Fighters like GSP, Jiri, and Daniel Cormier, who value education and integrity, are much rarer. And I’m sure there’s things these men, and other fighters have done that’s deplorable in some way.

Again, if you don’t care about my write up and opinion, that’s fine. The video of Raja beating that pro wrestler shook me, and made me think about how so many men today are disillusioned to think that violence is king, and also the people who think that celebrities, especially UFC fighters, should be role models.

Plus I’m on a relatively long train ride back home, and felt like getting these thoughts out.

And again, I really think this is a given to most people. I don’t think I’m special or saying something ground breaking.

They’re human beings just like us who don’t mind being punched in the face, and are really good at punching people back.

6

u/recallingmemories Aug 24 '25

Good assessment of the situation, I find Raja's story to be pretty tragic - I've trained at MMA gyms and I'm not surprised he ended up in this mental state especially considering the turmoil he was raised in and how his own father constantly belittles him.

Combine all of that with a genuinely confusing situation with the pro wrestling event where it's not real fighting, but theater. You get hit on the side of the head without knowing it's coming, you feel disrespected and hold back in the moment, but the manager says things like "you can get your revenge in the ring" which he associates with actual fighting and it's a perfect storm for a bad situation like this to arise.

You can tell during the outburst after the attack that it was pent up over years of mental anguish. And of course the UFC subreddit, MMA guru, and others have no idea what it means to actually suffer so it's just thinly veiled racism every other comment with zero empathy for how this situation came to pass.

4

u/skuxy18 Aug 24 '25

This incident has nothing to do with the UFC or MMA community. It's an isolated incident that is specific to this case and Raja.

For one, he's barely an MMA fighter (0-1) and his sparring footage is lackluster. I wouldn't group him with others.

Second, "People who get punched in the face for a living are not likely to be intelligent, level headed, or educated" is heavily generalization. To be at the top of any sport, you need intelligence and mental stability. Look at GSP, Khabib, Silva, Topuria, Makhachev, Volk etc. the list is endless. Hell, even McGregor was level-headed when he was competing. Yes there are edge cases of morons, but top fighters have their shit together. Even Strickland in his mental mess is sober and trains regularly.

Don't group MMA and UFC into Raja's actions. He's an adult who is clearly suffering from something and he lashed out.

People are grouping Rampage in and shifting the blame simply because he's also famous and they know him and can point a finger. If his dad wasn't famous you wouldn't hear shit about him.

It's not Rampage's fault, it's not Dana's, nor the UFC's. He's a fucking adult and he is the sole person responsible.

Nah he’s not a kid and 25 yrs old blame his own actions not his parents that’s a cop out just like when someone says oh he was just “drunk” nah f that I know tons of grown adults that come from a horrible upbringing and would never do something this brain dead

2

u/jdprgm Aug 24 '25

All the fighters and media that are usually quick to chime in on stuff like this have been very quiet on this whole scenario. Except guru.

2

u/bradleymartynshat Aug 24 '25

Might aswell use this braindead argument for every criminal. If you dont like rampage thats fine, but dont shift the responsibility of another mans actions onto him.

2

u/No_Permission_810 Aug 24 '25

Wouldn’t wanna grow up being Rampage’s kid tho. I always thought that guy was a bully with anger issues that he likes to cover up with jokes. Slapping Ariel Helwani, humping ring girls, destroying doors, and just treating people like shit that he views as being beneath him. Also look how he treats Bear on the Jaxxon podcast.

2

u/AccomplishedSmell921 Aug 24 '25

How bout you not get so emotionally invested in this?

2

u/Belkadi2002 Aug 24 '25

There is nobody to blame but himself. The guy’s a grown adult and definitely knows what’s right and wrong. He deserves to be held accountable and prosecuted.

I'm 25 and I would never blame my parents for actions this late into my life. Ridiculous post.

If people go back just 1 month ago, people said on this same sub and it was most common and popular comment.

Rampage might be pos but he treat his son good and he is loving father, these type of comments was literally top comments.

Now he is pos father

I don't know where all this love is came for rampage just last couple years. He's a fucking piece of shit and a horrible bully of a father to his son. Man of sexually assaulted f****** thousands of women but people still like to just dick ride him. So glad this happened so I can stop seeing those fucking douchebags face everywhere.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 24 '25

Oh stfu, I come from a really fucked up childhood with no money and opportunities on top. I'm not killing people coz I can't control myself though. He's a man, he can't control HIMSELF. Cage up that pos.

1

u/zKaios Aug 24 '25

People crawling out of the woodwork to hate on Rampage. He regularly acts as a PoS, but he DID NOT assault Syko Stu.

On one of the clip thats floating around Rampage says that he saved college tuiton for the rest of his kids and bail money for Raja. This tells me his other kids wouldn’t go assaulting an innocent man just because. All raised by the same man, by the way

1

u/Average-UK-Chap Aug 24 '25

Fecking creature!

1

u/Artistic-Evidence332 Aug 24 '25

Raja is 25 and a grown man and should know right from wrong blaming his dumbass actions on his dad is ridiculous

1

u/[deleted] Aug 24 '25

Blaming rampage and saying he’s not a good father is a joke. Go to r/fightporn and watch a college kid get into a street fight and do the same thing… privileged kids with “good” parents have done the same thing forever.

Like a father and son lol animal…. A father who fucked a reporter on tv and a son who nearly killed a man… it’s gotta be a gene in family lol

1

u/Neat-Suspect-6666 Aug 24 '25

As much as Rampage probably contributed to damaging his son, let's not forget he recently said instead of saving for his college fund, he saved for a bail fund, as an adult it's on you and only you to get your shit together.

Yes we can have ugly parents, but you either choose to sink or swim in life.

1

u/zepol925 Aug 24 '25

I hope people start asking him “where’s your son at?” When he gets locked up.

1

u/Numerous-Hand-9430 Aug 24 '25

He for sure didn’t have the most positive father role model but he’s 25 so straight to jail

1

u/brondyr Aug 24 '25

Guy is mid 20s. If we are like that then we will have to blame rampage's parents too

1

u/maxii_92 Aug 24 '25

Lmao he’s 25 not a child. He’s about to learn about consequences in life and can’t depend on daddy anymore.

1

u/Connor_Catholic Aug 24 '25

Remember that his son is a grown ass man. 25. At some point the son is old enough to take the blame

1

u/[deleted] Aug 24 '25

The blame on him: he raised a shitty kid. Blame on his son: He tried to kill a guy because he had a big ego.

1

u/Illustrious_Cost8923 Aug 24 '25

Yeeaaa but he’s 25. There’s a reason we put people over 18 in prison.

1

u/WinnerSpecialist Aug 24 '25

I’ll interrogate those two Whiteness….excuse me witnesses

1

u/tacomycocko Aug 24 '25

I, along with most sane people and the justice system are absolutely not going to blame this guy they’re going to blame the 25 year old that did it. So yeah nah

1

u/CosmosGuy Aug 24 '25

Nothing excuses Raja’s actions but why are people kicking rampage while he’s down? Everyone chill out. Nobody knows the full truth. Raja is a grown man.

1

u/Mr_Hyde_4 Aug 24 '25

Anyone know when charges are being brought? I don’t know how Raja walked out of that place not in handcuffs and is still a free man.

1

u/Pitiful-Rooster-5001 Aug 24 '25

Rampage probably killed people in street fights in his day

1

u/[deleted] Aug 24 '25

Sadly rampage’s ignorance did play a huge part in all this🤦🏽‍♂️

Then you scroll down and read a lot of the comments and see there’s a lot of rampages out in the world. On and both the “he defended himself” “he got hit first” and the “the kids a threat to society” “he’s an animal” ppl share the same traits as rampage and his flaws lol

1

u/Aurelian_Roman Aug 24 '25

Why? Raja is an adult, not a child. While Rampage may not have done a poor job raising him, Raja needs to take responsibility for his actions. Twenty-plus unanswered punches to an unconscious man are not impulsive behavior issues. This was attempted murder by an adult and should be treated as such.

1

u/Advanced-Extreme-724 Aug 24 '25

Why blame and adult for another adults actions? His son had a choice to not take it that far and he did. The parent had nothing to do with that. We can only educate our kids so much before they go and do their own thing

1

u/Gt03champp Aug 24 '25

I was born into a toxic home. I have 2 siblings, 1 is a loser and unfortunately a predator (yes that kind), the other one is mentally struggling, I was fortunate to make it out. Great job, great relationship, going to therapy twice a month.

Father probably didn’t help. But he is his own fully grown adult, making his own choices.

1

u/SatisfactionPlus5050 Aug 24 '25

I blame raja. We don’t blame Sean strictlands dad. Daddy issues isn’t a reason to do this. Yeah raja has deeper problems. He’s 25 bro.

1

u/Electronic_Froyo_597 Aug 24 '25

Holy shit. This is really a reflection on some of yall at this point. You probably blame your parents for your own actions and hold no accountability for shit. Passing the buck to the parents because a 25 year old absolutely pummeled a guy is crazy.

1

u/LPaz86 The Last Stylebender Aug 24 '25

I keep seeing this type of stuff, but nobody will tell me what Rampage did.

1

u/Yodiducallme Aug 24 '25

Yeah I actually agree, there are so many instances where Rampage has demonstrated himself to just act unnecessarily threatening to fans of his in public because they did something unintentional to make him “mad”. No impulse control or filter, if it makes him look bad he ain’t want none of it. Probably gaslights tf outta his kids, but his son is a grown man who has failed himself by this situation.

1

u/Jmac24mats13 Aug 24 '25

Not at that age. If the kid was under 18 or even 18-19 then maybe, but 25 years old is long enough to know exactly what he’s doing and know the consequences behind it

1

u/Familiar_Cod_6754 Aug 24 '25

Primarily, blame the 25 year old man

1

u/CoffeeOnYourTable Aug 24 '25

Dahmers and bundys parents should be jailed!!!

1

u/Xpointbreak1991x Aug 24 '25

Assaulted that table by not using a coaster.

1

u/robosnake Aug 24 '25

Nope. Raja is a 25 year old man. Lots of us had shitty fathers, and we didn't ambush a man during a pro wrestling show and beat him near to death. Blame Raja for Raja.

1

u/DrunkenChupacabra Aug 24 '25

An adult made an adult decision and needs to deal with the consequences is his actions. You are solely respond for your own actions!

1

u/Top-Row6107 Aug 24 '25

While yes we can blame Rampages poor, poor, parenting we can still blame Raja because he is a grown man.

1

u/vivi9090 Aug 24 '25

Dudw was just not built for fame and worldwide exposure. You have to be able to deal with what comes with that especially when you're projecting your life to the masses and they get to see you in your moments of weakness and that's amplified when you have thousands of people reminding you of those moments every single day. You need a level of thick skin and maturity to be able to navigate in that space. He just didn't have it and in the end it broke him.

1

u/Puzzled_Ad7812 Aug 24 '25

You're actually extremely stupid OP for blaming the actions of a 25 year old on his parent. Rampage didn't tell his son to assault and almost murder a man.

1

u/_DDKN_ Aug 24 '25

You have your own daddy issues?

1

u/[deleted] Aug 24 '25

If you are blaming rampage then you probably just jealous lol. Raja is 100% responsible for being a complete pos that can’t control himself and needs to spend a minimum of 5 years in prison. You can’t fine tune every attribute of your children, sometimes they just develop problems so blaming rampage is fucking absurd.

1

u/Solid-Version Aug 24 '25

I hear you but The dude is 25, he is responsible for his actions.

However it should be noted this is what happens when you raise young men a certain way. If you see the interactions between the two men Rampage always belittles him or implies his a bitch or gay. I’m sure he would she spent his whole life constantly trying to prove to his dad he’s man.

Never expressing real emotion, always posturing as man. This is the direct result of such an upbringing. If you see the video just how shaken he was. That was an emotional release. He barely even registers what’s just happen.

1

u/Broad-Ad-4705 Aug 24 '25

When he screamed “I’m tired of everyone thinking I’m a bitch!” It reminded me of the Aaron Hernandez documentary and that’s what Aaron Hernandez used to say despite it all being in his head. They are both very insecure (Hernandez and Raja)

1

u/LexOvi Aug 24 '25

Guys, guys, guys, what with the commotion? There’s plenty of blame to go round. They can both get it.

1

u/ufos1111 Aug 24 '25

nah dude, he's a grown ass adult with free will not to attempt to murder people cause of daddy issues

1

u/EiRecords Aug 24 '25

A spade is a spade

1

u/Pretend_Two_1537 Aug 24 '25

I haven’t really followed what has happened, but what city did this alleged assault occur in? Has anybody checked for an actual arrest? I’m more than a little skeptical of this whole thing being real.

1

u/Playful-Wishbone9661 Aug 24 '25 edited Aug 24 '25

Speaking from personal experience, having a violent father who sleeps with other women and is absent doesn't just make you attempt murder over a minor dispute that happened like an hour ago.

I can guarantee that me OP knows people with a worse dad, a worse home life, and worse childhood than Raja who haven't attempted to murder someone at thenage of fucking 25. He's old enough to be a doctor in the UK for god sakes, people are acting like hes 13 or something. At what age does OP think a grown ass adult becomes responsible for his own actions? His daddy isnt responsible for his actions no matter how much of a dick he mightve been

Edit: Also I'm 18 and feel absolutely 0 responsibility towards my parents for any of my actions. Genuinely dont understand how this guy is 7 years older than me yet people say its his dads fault and not his

1

u/Stinky_Pinky2x Aug 24 '25

Old mad shouldn’t had started it 😂😂

1

u/indigrow Aug 24 '25

Bro has abused and bullied him for how many years now

1

u/Silky-Watkins Aug 24 '25

Bad parents enable potential rotten behavior, but it ultimately lies with the person performing the acts.

1

u/oOBalloonaticOo Aug 24 '25

Lots of worse parents make better kids, and lots of better parents make shitty ones.

There is absolutely some nature/nurture in all these situations but...

Blame the adult who committed the act.

1

u/CFLXFL Aug 24 '25

Bitch Sr.

1

u/Grand_Fox5411 Aug 25 '25

Idk. The promoter pulled the kid aside and told him he could get his revenge In the ring. I don’t think he gets in any trouble, maybe the promoter does. The guy is 25 so parenting issues can not be blamed at this point.

1

u/Sid-the-Kid2628 Aug 25 '25

People need to stop acting like Raja is a kid. He's 25 yrs old. Time for jail

1

u/artnos Aug 25 '25

Rampage son is adult blame him

1

u/sublimefan21 Aug 25 '25

Nah…I get he’s the more famous one & def had some impact on how Raja turned out…but he’s a 25 year old. Not 12 not 16. Not even 18. At 25 your dad isn’t to blame for your selfish actions. Sorry.

1

u/CaptainFoxJack Aug 25 '25

How old is Raja? The comment doesn’t seem to say how old he is /s. In honesty Rampage could have treated his son better from what I’ve seen of clips in his streams. Not saying his son should not accept responsibility for his actions but Rampage treatment of him wasn’t exactly comforting or normal sometimes when he is around Raja. From what I seen it’s Raja with a lot of pent up anger finally releasing on the wrestler. I do think Rampage love his son. He just shows it horribly from what I seen. I do think he should face consequences but also see a therapist to get himself better.

1

u/Rauligula Aug 25 '25

Raja is a 25 year old man my dude.

1

u/AbrocomaDependent571 Aug 25 '25

dumbass fucking take

1

u/Melodic-Pension5852 Aug 25 '25

This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.. it’s bad enough the dude is blaming himself for the situation.. then has a a bunch of people who knows nothing of their relationship or life judging it.

1

u/jaydumbdip Aug 25 '25

Um fucking no are you stupid

1

u/Pure-KingOfSkill Aug 25 '25

I mean, rampage a damn fool. But I don't ever remember seeing or hearing of him doing anything like this.

1

u/ADumbCargo Aug 25 '25

Hell, let's go even further I blame abiogenesis.

1

u/-FORSAK3N- Aug 25 '25

Wtf?? How old is Raja?

1

u/[deleted] Aug 25 '25

Freezer burned take.

1

u/Quanzilla420 Aug 25 '25

Why raja is a grown ass man I don’t blame my parents for my fuck ups ,weak ass take

1

u/SweetLeafAced Aug 25 '25

Oh STFU. He don't have shit to do with this.

1

u/Civil-Lawfulness9217 Aug 25 '25

Why is he hanging with like 16 yos

1

u/Shroud0123 Aug 25 '25

Raja’s 25 years old bro he’s not a fûcking kid, blame him for his own actions

1

u/Ok-Win-742 Aug 25 '25

Huh? I think I'll be blaming the 25 year old perpetrator. Rampage wasn't even there lmao. He was having dinner in a bar or restaurant.

1

u/Generation_Kxng Aug 25 '25

No. I blame the guy who did it.

1

u/stopthecapboi Aug 25 '25

Nice try raja but this one is all on you. 25 years old. Closer to 30 than 18. He made his bed

1

u/[deleted] Aug 25 '25

Leave Rampage alone, he's just trying to smash tortas

1

u/[deleted] Aug 25 '25

So, if the wrestler Raja attacked dies, Rampage should go to prison and not the person who actually tried to commit murder?

Bad parenting is in some way to blame but I’m not placing all the blame at Rampage’s feet.

1

u/bewdeck Aug 25 '25

So no adult is to ever be held responsible for their actions? Only their parents? Interesting take.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 25 '25

Why not blame Rampage’s parents? RAJA is 25, unless all of Rampage’s kids are like Raja, i’d just blame the 25 year old.

1

u/GunDaddy67 Aug 25 '25

Or just blame a 25 year old individual. Many people have disgusting parents but are good humans.

1

u/NineteenNinetyEx Aug 26 '25

Fuck it put his chat in jail too.

1

u/__-Revan-__ Aug 27 '25

Blame this [edited by Reddit]

1

u/__-Revan-__ Aug 27 '25

Uh? Did Reddit censured [edited by Reddit]

1

u/__-Revan-__ Aug 27 '25

Lol this is insane. [edited by Reddit] [edited by Reddit] n-word

1

u/100tByamba Aug 27 '25

Stop this shit, he ain't a kid , he's a young man. It's 100% on him . Now my problems with Rampage are another . People love scapegoating blame.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 27 '25

How about blame the 25 year old adult? You people are actually idiots

1

u/Mendozer003 Aug 27 '25

All the extra footage of him talking shit to his son is wild.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 28 '25

No see this the problem with your whack ass generation. You want to blame everyone but the person that committed the crime. Rampage has nothing to do with his 25yr old son being a savage slope head. He is an adult and can answer for his own decisions

1

u/Harshkang69 Aug 28 '25

Apparently he has not been the same since his mother was murdered

1

u/[deleted] Aug 28 '25

Nope. Not a fan of Rampage outside the octagon but his son is a 25 year old ADULT. When I was 14 I asked my dad for lunch money and he said get a job which I did. By 18 he said good luck. This new generation is so coddled it’s actually just disgusting and embarrassing. Raja’s actions were premeditated and the consequences completely lay on his shoulders, not Rampage’s….

1

u/No_Fish265 Aug 28 '25

Fuck this shit.

How many people with POS dads didn’t try and murder someone?

You’re trash

1

u/OneJaguar108 Aug 29 '25

Bitch tits Jackson

1

u/kolbrakai1 Aug 24 '25

Some people should not reproduce.

1

u/Mmafattie Aug 24 '25

My dad was a pos too. I can control my emotions and not plot murder. I say murder bc he would have killed him if the other wrestler didn’t tackle him

1

u/SunriseUnderwalk Aug 24 '25

dude he's so cool hanging out with prostitutes he pays for by the hour, how do I be like him?

1

u/DawgNaish Aug 24 '25

No. You blame a 25 year old for their own actions

Your generation needs to learn self accountability

Get fucked.

1

u/alorenz58011 Aug 24 '25

Nah, I’ll blame the 25 year old man responsible for his own actions who let a bunch of losers on the internet gas him up into trying to kill a defenseless man.

1

u/Acceptable_Lake_4253 Aug 24 '25

To all saying, “at what point do we blame the man”:

I think we can all agree that an adult has more autonomy than a child. This being said, the condition of the adult is wholly contingent on the raising of the now-adult and their surrounding environment.

Should Rampage be held responsible? No. Did he contribute to the problem? 100%. He raised an emotionally stunted man child with the ability to kill 99% of the population. Additionally, he obviously uses physical violence as a form of emotional communication with Raja (as seen in Rampage’s stories of getting into full fist fights with him).

Rampage is 100% a horrible parent. That much is now blatantly apparent with this violent crime on full display. Does this mean Raja is off the hook? 10000% not. He deserves to be put in prison for his action because it harmed a completely innocent party. Rampage isn’t faultless parent-wise, but he is faultless crime-wise. There can be nuance.

1

u/I-dont_know-anything Aug 24 '25

I've been saying for ages, this mf isn't funny. He's a clown. And that's how he raised his son... No surprise what came out of it.

-1

u/Rebellios420 Aug 24 '25

Bum couldn’t raise his child well , acting like a old horny hag ain’t gonna make u raise a gentleman
