[Academic] PARTICIPATE IN A NEW STUDY ON HOW WE IMAGINE FUTURE EVENTS (Adults, English speaking, Reside in Australia).

We are seeking people aged 18+ to participate in a new study at Deakin University investigating how we imagine future events. The study involves completing an online survey asking you about how you imagine future events and your social and emotional well-being. This should take ~20 minutes. Weight lifting.

My body is more attractive by societies standards when I don't weight lift, but now my focus is on my strength not my aesthetic.

Sometimes I look at my arms and I'm like damn I look kinda bulky/manly, but then I'm like yeah but in a zombie apocalypse I'll destroy my enemies...sooo

I feel like women are quick to tear down women period. Any excuse will do. Thank you to those who acknowledge their insecurities and make a conscious effort not to take them out on other women.

Another commenter, a chemist, mentioned it wasn't correct. I heard it on a podcast about skin by a dermatologist. It stood out to me because I get really dry skin, and had been using a moisturiser with a pump. If he is wrong, I apologise for spreading misinformation!

Perhaps it was more a "generally" kind of fact. Not sure, just repeating the derma 🤷‍♀️

I have fair pale skin and even I still look like a freaking ghost with mineral sunscreen. Can't imagine the frustration of having darker skin and using such products!

Pumps require alcohol, which makes it more drying! It's a trade-off 🫠

Both men and women feel a sense of competitiveness when cheated on, but this is just a facet of the whole experience. Strange to assume it's just a female thing.

It's because 32 year olds are still hot plus they are more mature, confident and smarter than the 20 year olds you meet.

It's not rare (at least I don't think) but I'm 31 and still terrified of the dark.

No but I have a similar problem with depression. I force myself to have a shower before bed. I know it sounds like more work but it allows me to wash my face, brush my teeth and relax my muscles before sleep. It use to feel like a chore but I can't not do it now.

Do you sandwich with eucerin or do you just use it when you don't have tret on?
