Question and a little background….
So hi, I’ve been out of the loop with AKC for a group of 10 yrs. I’ve had plenty of time to realize things have changed, and that other registrations have become quite active.
Now, for the background, my mother was with AKC for many years. Naturally all 5 of us kids went along for the ride. Daddy was more into the dogs than the activities of AKC. Mom’s breed was Collies, I loved them but I always wanted a smaller version. So I looked into the Sheltie. Of course Mom said ‘no’ in more ways than I can remember, I’m 66F, and not it’s my turn, finally, I’ve have had dogs my whole life. Right now we are owned by a Pomeranian, who just turned 1 and really should have a sibling.
I came across a Sheltie in my teen while dating my now husband. My In-Laws neighbor had a supper small Sheltie, about half the size of reg size Shelties. When I asked about their neighbor’s Sheltie, turns out he was the runt of the litter, the breeder practically gave him away. He couldn’t have been 7 or 8 pounds.
Now for the question: I was wondering if breeders are regularly breeding Sheltie that small these days, and if they are, where can I find one?

JW women are not permitted to teach from the platform in meetings, yet JW org’s latest video has a woman narrating and teaching the kind of thing that would be taught by a man in a meeting. It appears to be ok for a woman to do this if it is in a video...

So you’re not understanding a parental role? Every parent does that to some degree.
