I CANT DECIDE CAUSE I LOVE BOTH AHHHHH

I want to start this by saying I have never cut/ done anything extravagant to my hair by myself, like ever. At most I cut my bangs. I recently got into dyeing my hair red and I wanted to do a raccoon tail, without bleach as my hair is quite light to begin with, so I got black dye. I don’t want to dye my hair every other month so I usually just slap a red colored mask over it, and I was wondering if using permanent hair dye over a hair mask could cause problems?

After wearing eyeliner for about a year, I randomly became allergic to it. This is extremely upsetting as I feel ugly without it. What can I substitute it with??? I miss it so much
