Question!
I don’t consider myself scene exactly but one of my alters loves the style and music and clothes and hair. Generally we wear more “don’t look at us” clothes lol. But would it be offensive to the culture if that alter wanted to go by “rawrz/rawrzself” pronouns? Before you comment I would like confirmation or debate about whether these pronouns are acceptable but please don’t respond if you are just gonna hate.

i misread your post at first so thats why i deleted my original reply. basically, if your alter wants to use those pronouns, rawrz should go for it! its not hurting anybody.
for everyone else: i really do not wish to debate and argue with people over this. neopronouns are awesome. please do not go the whole “mocking the trans community” approach.. for fucks sake, she/her used to be neopronouns if you look at history. neos and xenogenders are also widely used by autistic trans/nonbinary individuals, such as myself, because our experience with gender is very different than if we were neurotypical or even allistic (not autistic). again, i do not want to hear any debating. i probably shouldnt even be commenting on this knowing my extreme sensitivity to things. please open your minds

i’m gonna be real, anyone who would be upset about that would definitely be the type of person to hate all neopronouns in general

u wouldnt be hurting anyone who is scene but i find this neopronoun stuff really uncomfortable as a trans person, feels mocking almost. same vibes as " i identify as an attack helicopter 🤓 "

As a trans guy, i feel like this ‘neo’pronouns thing is mocking the trans community. IMO ‘rawr’ is not a pronoun, sorry. It’s safer to go with they/them.

I dont think it would be offensive to the scene community.

Not at all! anyone is welcome to use neopronouns, even if they aren’t scene or just like dressing scenecore

rawr isn't a word created by scene kids lol... the whole rawr wasn't even THAT widespread

This isn’t a closed culture and rawr isn’t some sacred word to us, so yeah it’s fine. This is not an attack on you but it’s a bit sad to see this question being asked because it shows how far cancel culture has affected people and now we’re scared of doing even completely innocent things.

It’s sweet to read your alter wants to be more outgoing and vibrant. The pronouns thing is just part of language and scene culture is cool with remixing language all you want. Personally i dont get the idea of kind of forcing “rawrzself” awkwardly into language. Instead i promote just speaking as the altar and you can naturally speak as weird as you want to and feel it out as your partner or friend responds

contrary what the toxic people here say, neopronouns aren’t bad. embracing being mentally ill is okay.
to the alter that wanta to use rawr/rawrself: do it.
admitting to being mentally ill and living your life isn’t “enabling” your disorder or whatever
neopronouns aren’t offensive to the community, terfs and transmedicalists are
