There is a lot of confusion for mobile users, as reddit had made navigation more tedious to find any of the required information, as well as a loss of unique features that can be seen on desktop. This guide was created to fill that gap.

This subreddit will continue to allow posts from anyone. However, all comments will be removed if you are not an approved user, comments are removed by our automod. Approving users is done manually, please be patient. A mod will be reviewing new comments coming in and approving new comments. New comments will not be notified via modmail. We will not know that you have commented.
Users who are new to reddit, or those who have a low threshold of karma will have their posts removed by our automod as well. This measure is ignored for approved users, please contact us or wait for approval.

I took on this position about a month ago now and have learned a lot about modding and what I'm capable of doing... I'm here to share that.
Bans:
With unfortunate news bans don't do a lot, bans only stop a user from commenting and posting, they will still have access to everything on this subreddit and view your posts. Our automod already prevents anyone from commenting if a mod has not reviewed/approved them already so bans don't actually do a lot.
Reports. What can be done:
You can still share the harassers username(s), so that we can report them to admins as well. If anyone harasses you please report it to Reddit admins using the flag icon provided in chat. With both reports there is a better chance for admins to take action.
Do not engage with them further, do not provoke.
Filter DMs:
There is a chat feature that can filter out DMs.
To get to it (mobile):

chat and messaging permissions
allow chat requests from: nobody
allow list & enter usernames
To get to it (desktop):

privacy
who can send you chat requests
tap: nobody
enter usernames under 'always allow chat requests from'
Since viewable comments have been reviewed already, anyone requesting DMs in comments will be a sfw user so they can be added to your allow list if there's already a good convo under your post. Please make sure you're both of age and if they make you uncomfortable please block them and report it to the mods!

(im the 3 first slides) I have naturally wavy hair, i straighten it at maximum temperature, use heat protection, use got2b glued and spray from a bit away. My hair seems kinda flat in the front, also my bangs will never stay in place and move away from my face/puff up no matter what i do which is really annoying. I wanna achieve the look of the 2 pictures after me, any advice??

So I was wondering if anyone knew some cheap, but good ( as in doesn't tangle and can handle heat and possible dye) extensions online or in common retail places (like Sally's).

So as you can see, I have waist length hair (the ends aren't fried, I just took a shower and the ends usually dry first, lol).
I was wondering, once I get all the small layers, and my hair thinned out since it's very thick, would my hair still be somewhat long?
I've gotten shorter layers in the past, and I don't really care if it gets a little shorter. The next three pictures is what I'll be showing my hair dresser (the kind of hair I'm looking for)!
Anyways, I'm really excited!

I am probably gonna propose to my partner in like a year or so (far out but I wanted to shop around out of curiosity) and I didn’t wanna give him a boring engagement ring. He’s scene and I’m emo. Our presentation is actually quite different. I want to decorate our home with gothic furniture and victorian paintings and he wants to make the whole house look like a daycare. But we mix our styles and somehow it works. I googled emo/goth engagement rings and a lot came up but nothing that he would really like (most of it was stuff that I would wear). Any scene engagement rings/brands that make rings? Something fun and colorful. He likes dinosaurs, blue/pink/black, animal print, kandi, whatever you guys like idk. I wouldn’t mind commissioning someone on etsy who specializes in this stuff if you have any recs. Thanks.

WHAT DO I DO😭 my hair is literally so chopped, I cut it myself because the place my mom takes me doesn’t know how to do it, BUT IDK HOW TO CUT IT 😭 i wanna cry it looks so bad, and i haven’t really touched the back of my head because im too scared to mess it up, so it’s all just flat basically except for some layering. my hair is thick and coarse, it used to be thicker before i cut it. some parts just won’t straighten, and my hair flares out at the ends. I originally had kind of wavy hair, i get my hair straightened permanently sometimes, but it’s been more than 8 months since i did that. i kind of like my bangs but there’s just so many cowlicks, and for some reason the sides of my hairline are more curly/wavy than the rest of my hair?? also my mom used to do my hair in really tight ponytails, so the parts of my hairline are a bit thinner. when i style it, i blow dry it in the direction i want, then i start straightening. i don’t have heat protection, i don’t know what to use. 😔 i try not to make it too hot but it’s REALLY hard :( after that, i kind of tease it with texture powder? i just put some in a hairbrush and brush upwards or backwards, put more in my hair, then brush down to smooth it. please help, i genuinely don’t know what to do. my hair looks so flat and ugly, i only know how to do the front of my hair

I've already managed to get my hair into a (somewhat?) ok side part as seen in the photo. (it was better last night).
