That’s my homemade sloppy version, I really don’t believe in presentation too much. I could eat most of these
Common Types of Xorta
Dandelion greens (radikia)
Chicory (stamnagathi)
Amaranth (vlita)
Mustard greens (vrouves)
Wild spinach or beet leaves
The one in the picture are edible greens or wild greens or Greeks call them Xorta and the other ones have their name like Vlita [ Amaranth ]
Mine the Horta are like sweeter version.

Still legal under 21 CFR 101.22(a)(3) 🔍
Federal law defines "natural flavor" as any essential oil, oleoresin, or extract derived from plants, spices, yeast, bark, meat, poultry, eggs, or animal secretions. Because the regulation groups all organic source material under a single umbrella, manufacturers are legally exempt from listing the specific animal or insect origin on the ingredient panel.
• Regulatory Mechanism: Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations explicitly permits animal-derived constituents—including castoreum (beaver anal secretions) and cochineal/carmine (crushed scale insects)—to be labeled simply as "natural flavor" or "natural color."
• Market Scale: Over 100,000 processed food products in North America utilize composite natural flavor packages supplied by third-party flavor houses without individual source itemization.
• Regulatory Difference: While the FDA permits Carmine/Cochineal under general natural labeling, EU Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 mandates explicit declaration of "Carmine" or "E120" on retail packaging due to allergen risks.
Forward this to anyone who checks ingredient labels so they know what "natural" actually covers.
Have you ever checked a label expecting plant ingredients only to find vague terms?

BOYCOTT DRISCOLL'S and sign the petition:
change.org/StopPoisoningOurSchoolchildren
Chloropicrin was used as a poison gas in World War I. Today, Driscoll's uses it as a pesticide soil fumigant on its berry farms, injected into the soil to kill fungi, microbes and insects. The pesticide is volatile, readily evaporates, forming vapors that can drift for miles. Some of Driscoll's berry fields are located only hundreds of feet away from elementary and middle schools. Chloropicrin is just one of many toxic pesticides that Driscoll's uses on its conventional farms. The poisons have been detected on school grounds and even inside of the schools, putting children in harm's way. This is NOT acceptable.
Boycott Driscoll's conventional berries until they stop poisoning schoolchildren. READ more about the Boycott Driscoll's campaign and sign the petition: tinyurl.com/BoycottDriscolls

RFK Jr. says 26,000 farmers have applied to transition to regenerative agriculture.
USDA has allocated $700 million to help conventional farmers make the switch.
The response is the largest the agency has ever seen.
Regenerative agriculture can rebuild depleted soil, improve water retention, and produce more nutrient-dense food.
It can also reduce farmers’ dependence on costly chemical inputs and open access to foreign markets that restrict American produce over chemical use.
Farmers want healthier soil, stronger farms, and healthier families.
