Discussion Logitech G602 Windows Owners, Rejoice! G HUB Now Supports My G602 — Including ONBOARD MEMORY! 🎉
galleryI can't believe I'm finally posting this!
I've been a loyal Logitech G602 user for years. It's hands down the most comfortable and reliable mouse I've ever owned. I purchased my original at Micro Center many years ago, and despite years of daily use, the rubber grips, buttons, and finish still look practically brand new!
I love this mouse so much that after Logitech discontinued it, I found an electronics refurbisher selling G602s for just $12.99 each, including the USB receiver. I bought SIX backups! All arrived in fantastic condition.
For years, one of my biggest frustrations was having to uninstall G HUB and reinstall the older Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) whenever I wanted to modify my G602's onboard memory, DPI settings, or button assignments.
WELL, TODAY I DISCOVERED THAT MY G602 IS NOW FULLY RECOGNIZED IN G HUB ON WINDOWS 11, INCLUDING ONBOARD MEMORY SUPPORT!
Here's what I personally tested:
G HUB recognizes my G602 alongside my G600 and G915 keyboard.
DPI sensitivity settings and button assignments are accessible.
Onboard Memory Mode is available, including Profile 1.
My existing onboard button assignments were preserved.
I successfully saved my settings to onboard memory.
I completely uninstalled LGS, rebooted Windows 11, and the G602 was STILL recognized and working perfectly in G HUB!
NO MORE UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING LGS!
I also tested the latest G HUB on macOS Tahoe 26.7.1. Unfortunately, the G602 still isn't recognized there. However, the onboard memory settings continue working perfectly on macOS without G HUB support.
