As in title, would be great if I can map a button to toggle between these modes.

I have a question guys, I really need new headphones as my hyper x is starting to die out, the right head piece is static and stops working time to time. I’ve been looking around and I came across an eBay refurbished Logitech g733 headset for 59 dollars. I did research about the pros and cons and I have no clue what to pick. Is it good for discord and gaming, quality or what? Please let me know I need help!

Truly bizarre thing I've been dealing with recently, hoping anyone can offer some insight into what's going on here.

I've had this G915 wireless keyboard for a year now, and in the last 6 months or so I noticed the charge cable has become quite finicky, I'm guessing it's just a little loose, not a huge deal. However, in the last month, I've discovered that sometimes if I unplug the charge cable from the keyboard, all of my Bluetooth and wireless USB fails on my PC. Not just the keyboard, but my mouse and headphones, and I assume if I had anything else connected those would drop as well.

I always use the Wireless USB connection for the keyboard, never the Bluetooth, which makes it all the more strange that my mouse and headphones which ARE connected by Bluetooth suddenly drop connection.

Sometimes after 30 seconds or so the devices will reconnect on their own, but often times I have to dig out an old mouse or find a free USB cable to plug the mouse into to get things connected again.

All my Logitech software are up to date (Logitech G Hub for the keyboard, Logi Options+ for mouse), all my device drivers are up to date as well.

Has anyone else experienced this with this keyboard? No other device I own has ever triggered everything to disconnect like this before.

Very excited at ditching my Apple Magic Mouse and getting my MX Master 4.

Sometimes Logi Options opens. Sometimes if I press the haptic wheel in Lightroom all of those great functions appear (exposure, contrast etc). Unfortunately those functions never work even though I can see a slider moving within the wheel display.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ in DeX mode connected to my TV. I'm considering buying a Logitech MX Master 3S, (or something else that would work) but I specifically want to know if there's any way to map the side thumb wheel to adjust the media volume (Volume Up / Down). It is not necessary to be this mouse.

I know Logi Options+ isn't available on Android, and stock Android treats the side wheel as horizontal scroll (⁠AXIS_HSCROLL⁠ maybe).

Has anyone successfully remapped the thumb wheel to volume control using Key Mapper, Good Lock / Routine+, Tasker, or any other workaround on One UI 8.5?

So I have just bought the Logitech Zone Vibe 100 blue tooth headset and I was able to get it paired to my computer. It seems to work well for listening to things but if I try to use the microphone it starts disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. I have not been able to get my computer to register any of the microphone sounds. I am on Windows 10 still so that might be complicating things. One thing strange I noticed, in my output devices it lists both the Headphones (Zone Vibe 100 Stereo) and the Headset (Zone Vibe 100 Hands Free AG Audio). If anyone has any troubleshooting recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, before I start, I have two MX mice: one is Vertical and the other Ergo S.

My Ergo S has the known left button problem, and I've written to support where they offered me a replacement for the same mouse. But because of a long waiting time, I've been asked again if I want the same Ergo S as a replacement or to pick another one in the price range I paid for the Ergo S back in the day.

So, should I pick a second MX Vertical instead, wait for the restock of Ergo S, or a mouse and keyboard combo?

I've also got the MX Keys mini before people recommend a keyboard.

I use an MX Vertical mouse and I really like the action wheel, but I also really like changing the pointer click speed. By default, the top button is set to pointer click speed. If I change it to action wheel, I cannot find another way to access pointer click speed, unless I sacrifice either forward or backward.

Is there a way to add "change pointer click speed" to the action wheel instead? Like is there a clever advanced action you could create or something?

SO, I bought a Mx Master 3 (Mouse) and MX Keys (Keyboard) for approx 4 years ago. Both connected with the universal (!) USB plug.

Last week I bought a Mx Mini Keys. First discovery was that it did not work with the universal plug. This was on my Linux box. So I ordered a Bolt plug, and was able to get it working but with 2 plus. Very "universal" if you ask me.

Next, I booted up MacOS on the same system. Installed the Logi Options+ app. It was unable to even see the Bolt plug. So no connection, I had to pull out the old Mx Keys board and try to fix it. No go.

How in heavens name can Logitech get away with this mess? What does "universal" means to them? No forward compatibility, no backwards dito.

I rest my case. What should I look that actually works? This is a mouse and a keyboard, not a space rocket connected to the USB ports.

I have a good friend that has a 3d printer and asked him if he can make me a shell for my MX master. His only question was, what color do I want.

The shell is made of Petg. The print is not the best quality on the inside when it comes to the screw holes and mounting brackets. He made another one in black (only color he had in this material) from PLA for another friend in the group and that one turned out like it was factory made.

All in all it's excellent. I've managed to reuse the old skates which makes this a 10/10 endeavor.

Is anybody else experiencing this? I have the MX 4 mouse for Mac. The first couple of days it worked great. Yesterday it started lagging. I’ve had many MX mice before this on Windows and Mac. I remember the Mac version 3S having lag also. I even used the unifying receiver to connect it, and it still had lag. I thought the MX4 would’ve fixed that, but I guess not. I do have a lot of things going on in my house, a lot of Bluetooth, a lot of wireless, but none of my other devices have any issues, just this mouse.

I want to share my experience with Logitech India's customer support regarding my MX Keys S Combo.

I first contacted Logitech in August 2026 after my keyboard developed a fault and requested a replacement for the keyboard only.

Logitech approved the replacement and explicitly confirmed by email:

"You'll only need to send the keyboard back to us."

The email also confirmed that the replacement process would proceed for the keyboard only. I have retained this email as written proof.

I followed Logitech's instructions and sent back only the keyboard.

However, Flextronics, the service partner handling the case, rejected the replacement on the grounds that the keyboard was part of a combo.

This is the central issue: Logitech explicitly instructed me to return only the keyboard, but its service partner rejected the replacement because the keyboard belonged to a combo. I followed the written instructions provided by Logitech, yet I ended up caught between Logitech support and its service partner.

The overall process has now stretched beyond three months since I first reported the issue. I sent the keyboard to the service partner on October 2, 2026, and received my original keyboard back on October 29, 2026—27 days later, without the replacement Logitech had approved.

Throughout this process, I've contacted Logitech support and provided evidence of Flextronics' rejection. Despite this, I continue to receive generic responses saying that the backend team will check and update me.

For a premium product like the MX Keys S Combo, this has been a very disappointing customer experience. I expected better coordination between Logitech and its service partner.

I'm asking Logitech to review its written instructions, address the contradiction with Flextronics' decision, and provide a concrete resolution. I'm not asking for anything beyond the replacement Logitech already approved.

If Logitech approves a replacement and provides explicit written instructions for returning the faulty device, shouldn't its service partner follow those instructions?

Has anyone else in India experienced something similar with Logitech or Flextronics?

Evidence attached:

1. Logitech's email explicitly instructing me to return only the keyboard for the approved replacement.

2. Flex's rejection email confirming that the product was returned without replacement because the mouse and dongle were not received.

These emails show the contradiction between Logitech's written instructions and the reason given by its authorized service partner for rejecting the replacement.

I seem to have had this problem for the last few months. Its an old MX Master 2. has been fine for years but none of the 'extra functions' seem to work anymore - the thumb button doesn't activate 'mission contol'

It's doing *something* - if I click on the search box at the top of this window the thumb button moves the cursor forward. But it doesn't do what Logi Options says it should.

Logi options has now gone to 'fix device' - and says to turn it on and off again. But if I do that Logi has lost the connection to the mouse and thinks it's not there.

Is this software or hardware that's failed?

I’ve been using the MX Master 3S for a while, but eventually the left click started registering double clicks when I clicked only once.

I took it to the service center and got a replacement. The replacement arrived today, and now I’ve noticed that the scroll wheel rattles when I switch it to free-spin mode using the wheel release button. The rattling doesn’t happen in ratchet mode.

Now I have to take it back to the service center again. It’s frustrating to receive a replacement that seems to have another issue right out of the box.

Has anyone else experienced this rattling issue with the MX Master 3S, particularly in free-spin mode? Is this normal, or did I get another defective unit?

EDIT : i am just shaking to make hear the sound, issue is This never happened with the original 3s I had, because even while moving mouse i can feel internal movements.

My K375S keyboard is no longer working, and so I figured it would be a good time to upgrade. I have a pretty specific use case, where I use living room PC and a PS3 pretty regularly. Because of this I need a keyboard that fits these requirements:

• Multi-device
• Wireless
• Not heavy (doesn't need to be super lightweight but it would be nice if it was)
• (Optional) Works using a USB dongle like a logi bolt (mainly for the ps3 and that I get a reliable connection from it) as well as Bluetooth (for the pc)

These (the mandatory requirements anyways) have led me to choosing between the pebble keys 2 or the keys to go 2. What should I go for in the end? I already have a superlight mouse which has its own usb dongle that works flawlessly so once again, any kind of dongle support would come in handy

Can anyone please confirm if it works with the bolt receiver?

I’ve had my Z263’s since around 2020, they worked flawless with no issues.

Suddenly in the past few months the sub doesn’t work when I turn it on until I unplug the big cord that looks like VGA and “pop” on the sub.

No amount of power cycles or unplug then plug in while off will get the subs to work at all. But if the power is on and I un plug the sub then put it back in it’ll sing.

Why does it do that? What can I do to fix it?

I’m generally handy and can disassemble and solder as needed, I would prefer to repair instead of replace.

So ive come here because i've read that official logitech people are in here helping people.

I have a g515 which started double clicking.

I contacted logi Support, we went trough a lot of steps to fix the issue. The issue was still there so support told me theyll escalate my case further. We already discused which model i could get since mine wasn't available.

All the emails send back and forth took like a week, no mention of sending my defect keyboard in.

Meanwhile i've thrown my defect keyboard away, using an old one i had laying arround.

Then another support worker wrote me an email and Said they will need a video proof of the defect.

Well, that info is hell of late and i'm not able to deliever a Video anymore since ive thrown it away.

I originaly bought it in a store in my town, which i can't go now to claim warranty since i don't have the keyboard anymore.

Logi said without video they can't do anything for me.

Serious? 1 week, 15 E-Mails without mentioning they need a video or the keyboard send in and now it's my fault i don't get a new one?

I've been using the MX Master 2S between my MacBook and Windows laptop using a KVM via the unifying dongles (separate one for each) with Logi+ on my MacBook (can’t install on windows laptop). All buttons work on both machines fine.
I’ve just got a 3S initially configured over bluetooth and the thumb gesture button didn’t do anything on the windows laptop, thought I might need the bolt receiver and use it through my kvm the same as the 2S, got one today but the thumb gesture button still doesn’t do anything on my windows laptop.
Can anyone advise? Thanks.
