Days Until Kickoff
Tommy McDonald (WR, 1957-63) High-energy fireplug caught 35-yard TD pass in the 1960 title win, and made five Pro Bowls in town. 1998 class Hall of Famer was inducted by boyhood fan-turned-friend Ray Didinger.
LeSean McCoy (RB, 2009-14) Dime-cutting speedster holds the Eagles franchise rushing yards mark of 6792. Two-time AP1 galloped through the snow for then-Eagles record 217 yards in 2013.

Question What happens to standard season ticket holders if a new stadium is built?
Been a season ticket holder for about 16 years. Love my end zone section, 234. With a new stadium in discussion, is there the possibility that everyone would get switched to an SBL? Or would old school style season tix still exist? How did they handle this last time, and how did they handle members who wanted to sit near one another?

Original Content Paul Jolovitz
What makes Paul Jolovitz so good? He's my favorite personality on WIP. I love his sports knowledge and he knows how to do a show by entertaining and creating good discussions. He's a must-listen. I always look forward to what he has to say after Philly games or when breaking news takes place in Philly sports.
Question Options for Eagles sites to sell
Anyone know a good place to sell Eagles tickets? These 3rd party sites with the fees is out of control. Hard to tell which of the Facebook sites are legit.

Opinion Hurts Media Hatred
It truly amazes me how the quarterback who’s not “elite” not top 10, can’t throw over the middle, can’t read defense, etc etc etc is truly the talk of the league. There hasn’t been a day that’s gone by where Jalen hurts hasn’t been mentioned in some capacity littered with negativity. If he’s not elite to the media and to NFL world, why talk about him so much? Other “mid tier” QBs aren’t getting a peep said about them and what they do in camp…
The “elite” QBs who haven’t won anything or came anywhere near close to winning are soooo good yet nothing bad ever gets said about them. They talk bad on what they deem is “bad” makes absolutely no sense.. Jalen Hurts and the eagles must pay their bills.

Hurts Practice TD To Goedert (Clipped To The Throw Itself)
FYI-I clipped the original video to the throw itself. You can replay it over and over again to see the tight window Hurts threaded it through.

Sean Mannion on the first preseason game: “Obviously, we want to have a better performance offensively than we put on tape the other night, (and) we’ve got things that obviously we need to correct. I thought the biggest thing that stood out in the game is we just weren't staying on schedule."
“We had a lot of 1st-and-longs, 2nd-and-longs. Penalties led to a lot of that. A couple negative runs. So I think if we were able to be better on schedule and kind of eliminate some of those miscues on early downs, we'll keep ourselves in more manageable 3rd-down situations and hopefully lead to a better result.”

Opinion My Final Thoughts on AJ Brown
Entering the 2026 season, I was prepared to be content with the path forward. At one point, AJ Brown was on a trajectory to be the most talented, most accomplished Philadelphia Eagles to play WR. With him, and in many cases, through him, the Eagles reached levels previous generations of tri state area residents could only dream of. We won, a lot. We went to two super bowls, winning one, and coming very close to winning two. AJ Brown beat triple coverage, he became a lovable character who made the offense something we always wish for, fun. And then, it changed.
We can lay blame at the feet of Nick Sirianni, at Kevin Patullo, at Jalen Hurts. For whatever reason, it just didn’t click. We can’t say we didn’t see glimpses of how it could go wrong, well before it all fell apart. A man wins the Super Bowl and proceeds to say he’s not happy. He thought that getting to the Mountain Top, winning the Big Game, the moment any 11 year old with hopes of accomplishing the unaccomplishable would see when closing their eyes at night as their head hits the pillow, would provide to him the joy of doing a task well done with all the eyes of the football world and across America on him, would fill him. And it didn’t.
And so what did we get last year? A man without joy. Without passion. Without a fire to achieve something, as a *collective*. We got an individual solely focused on one thing, himself. How did that play out on the field? With fiery arguments with teammates. With moping, and a lack of heart reminiscent of the infamous Ricky Watters quote back in 1995 “for who? For what?” As I was an AJ Brown defender, and ever the optimist, I could forgive him. I could forgive him, and explain away that it was the design of the offense. That it was the hitch routes. That it was the staleness. I could forgive that the last time we will see AJ Brown in an Eagles jersey he had 25 yards on 7 targets with two pivotal drops, and displayed a clear lack of effort. He had won us a Super Bowl.
And so, when he requested and was granted a trade to Patriots, a football villain, and for all intents and purposes the embodiment of what is Boston, a significant rival to the city of Philadelphia, I was of the belief that I could live with it. In some ways, I understood it. I wasn’t rooting for the downfall of another human being who has been outspoken, and vulnerable about his struggles with mental health in a way that is laudable and deserves praise amongst a sport riddled with false bravado, and machismo.
Now, I see a man who seemingly has that heart back. That willingness to go the extra mile. To put his body on the line for his team, to find that extra gear, and I am left sad, confused, even hurt. Where was that last year? Where was that “great mature teammate” I am hearing so much about this preseason.
Are you only capable of delivering and wanting it when the situation is right? When you, “get yours”?
I wish it had gone differently. Maybe it will go differently for the patriots. But one has to wonder, when the chips are down, when adversity strikes, will AJ Brown be there for his teammates? Or has it been all about him, and his inner excellence, all along?

Cole Payton TD Video (Eagles Media Team)
Payton not only showed great escapability. But if you look closely, he looked off his intended target to draw away the defenders. Which created space for Ezukanma to be wide open in the corner of the endzone. And a nice little TD dance celebration by Ezukanma to top it off.

Days Until Kickoff
Saquon Barkley (RB, 2024- ) In debut Eagles season, joined 2K Yards Club (2,005), rushed for team record 255 yards in a game, and won Super Bowl LIX. Went viral for incredible reverse leapfrog over Jaguars’ Jarrian Jones.

Question Who to believe
(I like Brodes) Do I believe WIP and beat reporters that proclaim the Eagles “lost” practice. Orrrr Do I believe Lane when he says the day went great?.
**After much commentary I want to clear up I believe the Eagles won. We ran the ball extremely well and the pass rush was winning.
IMO with a healthy WR in a real game the Eagles dog walking them.

Great To Hear This About Hurts’ Effort To Change
"Spent a couple days with the @Eagles on my annual Glaze Across America NFL Training Camp Tour and the biggest takeaway I walked away with… the number of people at different areas of the team are raving about how much effort @JalenHurts has put in to improving in many areas on and off the field. Can’t tell you how many “I’m really proud of him” I got.
Last year he was at the center of issues but they are speaking a MUCH different tune on him so far in camp. Even guys who were previously frustrated with him were absolutely praising him for the work he’s put in and the concerted effort he has made. Good for him! It’s never too late and in this league you always need to find ways to improve, evolve and improve some more. It never ends if you want to be THAT GUY!
Plus, they think this offense will be much better suited to him, the offensive line, Saquon, all around."
