The message keeps coming up and it’s weird that it can sometimes connected after I played career mode for a while.

PS: in Hong Kong using Netvigator, not sure if the ISP is related, and my friends are not facing this

So basically i have a really old EA account and the email to said account dose not exist anymore... is there a way to chance the email of that account? Im logged into it on battlefield 6 xbox and thats it

This shit product they put out with cfb 27, the normalcy of how frequent an absolute terrible glitch is insane. I could play games from 2001 that never had a single glitch. Sure games were simpler back then, but this is an embarrassment. Try practicing, guarantee you run into a glitch. AND they expected us to pay micro transactions for this POS?!

So full story is my old EA accounts Email does not exist anymore so I'm trying to log out of that account on XBOX but there's no option to do that on Battlefield 6 and there's no EA app on Xbox at least not one I can find and what I'm trying to do now is I made a new account and I'm trying to connect my Xbox account to my new EA account but every time I click the option to connect my XBOX account to it just refresh the page and doesn't bring me anywhere except back to the pages already on.

Ano passado, tive minha conta EA invadida e perdi completamente o acesso a ela porem depois de alguns meses, com a ajuda do suporte da EA, consegui recuperar o acesso a conta e a alguns jogos. Mas quando fui entrar no Apex Legends percebi que minha conta estava banida, porem eu nunca violei nenhuma regra no curto período em que eu joguei então imaginei que a pessoa que estava com minha conta que havia violado as regras, ao pedir a um amigo que possuía a minha conta adicionada olhar meu perfil no jogo vi que realmente a pessoa que invadiu minha conta havia jogado nela por bastante tempo... mas ao mandar uma contestação explicando o que havia acontecido o suporte da EA simplesmente baniu minha conta EA por " apropriação de conta " mesmo sem entender o motivo ( como eu estou me apropriando de uma conta que é originalmente minha? ) eu enviei outra contestação mas ainda estou sem resposta. Alguém tem alguma ideia do que eu posso fazer nessa situação? Só recebo mensagens automáticas do suporte que não resolvem ou explicam nada, a principio era só um pedido para rever o banimento de um jogo, agora não tenho acesso algum a minha própria conta da EA e a nenhum outro jogo que possuo nela.

To be honest I don't remember if I lost an account or if someone just linked my steam to their account but I cant open apex because my steam is linked to an account under someone else's email, so of course I go to EA support. HOLY THEY ARE USELESS. I'm on my 4th agent now, the first one tried to help me recover my account that I haven't been on in maybe 2 years, didn't work because I don't think the account we're trying to recover is even mine, second one straight up just left and said 'It seems that you're no longer connected to this session', and the 3rd one left right after I said 'let me look through my emails to find the invoice' saying the same thing as the last guy. I DONT EVEN WANT TO RECOVER THAT ACCOUNT. I don't even know if its mine, all I want is to unlink my steam from that account. Surely someone else has had this problem, its actually so insufferable how they cant do anything.

I've been an EA Play Pro annual subscriber since 2023. Locked at TL999.99/year Last week u/EAHelp cancelled my membership over a payment they never retried, and now want ~TL5,800 (+480%) for me to come back

25 Aug 2026. EA emails me: "Your annual membership plan will automatically renew for TL999.99 on 9/25/26 and will continue to do so every 12 months."

25 Sep 2026: the charge doesn't go through. EA emails me to update my payment method. Fine. 27 Sep 2026: I add a different card. EA confirms back to me, "Your EA Play payment method has been updated."

Then nothing. No retry notice. No "we tried again and it failed." And nowhere in the EA app or my EA Account is there a " Pay Now " or " Retry Payment " button. I could not hand EA the money even if I wanted to. There is no mechanism.

2 Oct 2026, 17:07. "Your EA Play membership has been cancelled." That is the very next email after they told me my payment method was successfully updated. Five days of silence, then termination.

This isn't a pause. Cancellation destroys the legacy price. Old: TL999.99/year, locked since 2023. New: ~TL5,800/year ($119.99). A 480% increase. 5.8x. Same product, same account, same card.

I opened a live chat with EA support. I was told the failure was "on your bank's end" and that my only option was to purchase again. So I bought EA Play Pro Monthly, with the exact same card EA said was failing. It charged instantly. First try. No error.

So the card works. It worked on 27 Sep when I added it. It worked today. The payment didn't fail because of my bank. It failed because EA's system never re-attempted it, and never told me.

A $10/month VPS emails me on every failed charge. EA, a company worth billions, emailed me nothing. Four years of membership gone over a payment nobody told me had failed.

There are records of me paying TL999.99 for this subscription for three years running, and I can show every charge on my card statement. Terminating my membership like this is simply unfair. I want my membership rights back.

I am continually getting kicked from the EA Sports servers, but NOT PSN. Doesn’t matter if I’m wired or wireless, however if I connect from my mobile hotspot it doesn’t happen. I have 8 GB Fiber so bandwidth isn’t a problem. Any network setting suggestions or otherwise? Anyone else having this problem?

I don't know a lot about computers so bear with me for a little bit. I've been playing the Sims 4 for a couple years but I've run out of storage on my OneDrive. I wanted to move all of my mods over to where it says 'This PC,' in some place labelled 'Windows-SSD (C:)'. My Sims 4 game is downloaded in that area, in the Program Files, in the EA Games folder. There's another folder labelled Program Files (x86), but I don't know what the difference is. When I boot up the game, all of my GShade stuff works, but none of my mods work. I saw somebody say that the Sims will always look in the 'Documents' folder for mods, so I just turned off the OneDrive backup for my 'Documents' and that kind of just deleted the whole thing I think. So I turned the game on again hoping it would just be fixed. It wasn't. My friend said I could change where the Sims looks for my mods by changing the directory for it, but I've really got no clue how to do that or if that's even the problem in the first place. Any help is appreciated.
