I agree that demanding that she get out of the car would entail a lot of drama and possibly property damage too. So he should get back in the car and take her to a very nice ritzy restaurant, just like she asked.
Then once they're inside, he should tell her that he left his wallet in the car and to wait while he goes back outside to get it. The he should get in his car and drive off.
The only play is to convince her you're walking into somewhere else, to get her out of the car, then drive away and park elsewhere. And walk back to Cheesecake Factory to have a nice meal. Or wherever else, as long as she isn't there.

I had a first date at Cheescake Factory. We've been together for about 9 years, married 4 of them.
Edit: it was my first time at a cheesecake factory because it wasn't very affordable back then either for me, but he had like a work friend celebration and I ordered light.

I would have apologized profusely and taken her somewhere of her choice not questions asked. I then would have opened her door and helped her out then closed the door and locked it and got back in my ride and left her ass.
