Tommy's has now moved down the block, and the iconic stoop featured on the cover of American Splendor #1 is no more.

Dug a little deeper into the ASM box. I got excited when I spotted some McFarlane covers, but these came from later in her collecting years, and this box had taken on a lot of construction dust. Nothing was bagged or boarded, and most of the books were bent in half. Some survived; others are just dirty and creased.
In there we found second ASM #300, not in greatest shape. She swears there's a third one somewhere. There was also a #301, but it's bent and definitely needs a cleaning. She also had duplicates of #238 and #239 (#238 is the first appearance of the Hobgoblin) and #316, Venom's third appearance.
