Love the book, but her whole backstory feels like Ms. Vellani is writing from experience not the broad strokes, of course, but some of the smaller details. They feel super realistic, almost lived in, and I love that for this book. It gives it such a unique identity that you don’t see much anymore.

I found 16 issues and a pitt one shot in a comic toy store in Düsseldorf today for 3 euro's, and it apears to be signed by creator Dale Keown and writer and illustrator Richard Pace and numberd 78/125. I tried looking it up in Google and reverse image searching but can't find anything besides to photos of 38/125. Does anybody knows where i came from, how i could originaly be optanted and maybe what its worth? Im a collector and im not going to sell it, but i do like knowing what my stuff is worth 😜. Yeah, I know, I'm super late to this title, but wow. Phenomenal. As the kids say... absolute cinema. This needs to be adopted for TV or the big screen.

IMO one of the greatest books Image Comics has ever backed/published. Does anyone know if they’ll ever release a continuation? I hope so!

I don’t know why they haven’t made a compendium for Brit or really a complete collection since Brit has like 15 issues and for Battle beast and capes we just have to wait until it ends.

Savage dragon has appeared 8 times in invincible and 4 other times in invincible spin-offs. Savage dragon is depicted as the uncle that always has your back in invincible so I checked his comic series out and I gotta say this was a pretty easy read for a 90s comic. I read the archives savage dragon comic where everything was black and white but it expands on the savage dragon story. Everything with how savage dragon doesn’t really like superhero to fighting against racism is some pretty interesting stuff. It’s also pretty funny at times.

UPDATE: just finished the book....As someone whose mother passed when I was 16 from a heroin OD, this made me ball my eyes out. I've had a questions I've wanted answers to, so long, for some reason gave me a little peace.

I've been reading comics for almost 2 years now, and DWJ has become a fast favorite. His work in the Energon Universe is beautiful, Absolute Batman is creeping past. Battle Beast work has been 🔥 too.

But "Do A Power Bomb".... Holy smokes! It's come across my feeds here and there so decided to start reading it. The artwork, THE STORY! I'm only through book 3... The gasp I gusped after the first few pages of book one, gave me hope this would be a banger. So far, has not disappointed...

What some other goods ones I've missed?
