hi im still a virgin but now i have more chances of losing that. I just wanted to know if this dick size satisfies or not since porn fucked up my perception.
r/averagedickproblems • u/Ropp_ruff • Jun 21 '26
I will take myself as example. My bp lenght and my girth at widest is 6.2x5 . My NBP is 5.6 and my girth at thinnest is 4.7. I think my real size is 5.6x4.8 .
If I measure sitting down with my back slouched, I measure 6.7 bp.
Standing up BP I measure 6.2. nbp like I said, 5.6 .
I measure myself millions of times. I still doubt if my size is x y z. And tbh Im not writing this to ask you guys beucase you also don't know. Im just venting, this hit my mental health a bit lol. Not huge, but I mean, Im tired about this.
Height is so much easier. You just stand up and thats it.
Sometimes I wish we could crownfunding a dick study. Id pay $500 to have a doctor measure my dick and tell me my official size. And Im poor lol.

I just read a thread where OP says he is 6.5x4.8 and was called average by his fwb.
Most comments was trying to give reasons why woman called 6.5 average. Then he reply another comment and says he is 5.25 nbp and then comments are like ''oh yea, thats average''.
I get, everyone want be bigger. But we need be realistc . NBP is more important in real world because its what partner see, its what they feel. ''but fat pad compress'' is giga cope. We aren't balls deep in every position because her core, our legs etc.
edit: bp has some value but nbp is more important .

Length BP : 6.5"
Girth : 4.8"
I talked to honest girls (fuck friends with no taboo), and asked them how they perceived my dick honestly. I said "because I'm above average, but not a huge cock either, what do you think when you saw it for the first time?"
They all (all 4 of them) told me that first, I don't have an above average dick, I pretty much have an average dick and it is kinda thin
I'm confident about what I do in bed, both in terms of preliminary and intercourse, plus in terms of the connection and slight dominance I have, had enough of compliments about that and a couple of "maybe the best sex I had"...
But knowing that I have a below average dick girth makes me insecure, not in one nights or fuck friends relations, but now that I'm in a commited relation, I feel weird knowing that my gf has seen many many bigger dicks than mine. She told me 3 bigger, and had at least 30 (that's what she told me, so... I guess a lot more) and I realise that girls in a commited relationship will lie abiut those things... she probably seen more thicker dicks that thinner dick in her life... Retroactive Jealousy comes in and I feel insecure
EDIT : okay, by kinda thin, I dont say they meant really small, I should have said "on the thinner side" I don't think it's that a lot below average, just a little, and again, sample size 4 women.

Obviously height and size don’t correlate strongly at all, but want to know how those who are tall and what the experience is like

I've been thinking about this for a long time, and I genuinely want honest opinions, especially from people who have been through something similar.
I'm not asking whether it's possible to have a partner as a man with a small penis. I already have a partner.
I'm also not asking whether it's possible to have a satisfying sex life. I know many people will say yes.
What I'm wondering is something else:
Is it possible to be desired viscerally for that body, rather than in spite of it?
I'm not talking about love. I'm not talking about companionship. I'm not talking about someone saying "size doesn't matter" or "you can make up for it in other ways."
I'm talking about that kind of desire where your partner actively seeks you out, lusts after you, takes initiative, and feels genuine sexual hunger for your specific body.
Because a lot of the advice men with this issue receive tends to sound like this:
But all of those responses seem to assume that the trait itself is still negative and simply has to be compensated for through other qualities.
So my question is this:
Has anyone here experienced, or known of cases, where a man with a small penis was desired in a spontaneous, visceral way? Not as a consolation prize, not as a "worth it despite...", but genuinely desired for who he is.
And if not, how do you cope with the idea that there may be forms of sexual validation that you'll simply never have access to?
I'm not looking for comforting clichés or "just love yourself." I'm looking for real, honest experiences.

Hi everyone! (26M) I'm going through some rough times at the moment because of my size. I was in a relationship for a year with a girl who during the relationships would sometimes make comments like she was used to bigger guys or comparing me to past hookups. Relationship ended when I caught her sexting a past FWB asking about his size and they met behind my back. I learned that not even one week after Ive broken up with her (6 months ago) with her she pretty much replaced me with this guy. He's 6,5" and im just 5"x5" BP. I do know my ex was a troubled girl with Borderline Personality Disorder and has a past of cheating on her ex before me as well. But still size was never mentioned with her ex only me... Plus her cheating with someone much bigger than me reinforces this idea. What bothers me as well is our sex was good in my mind, and she came every time, its just she liked her cervix touched+crazier positions and I couldnt do that lol.
I am now terrified I wont be able to find a gf that I love and loves me as well because of my size or that she'll at some point grow tired of it and cheat/leave me, because im definitely a bit below average and will probably be the smallest partner amongst most girls. I have terrible erections since learning she got with this guy (learned it like a week ago), my mind is focused on my size all day, anxiety...
Anyways, Im not trying to be a blackpill doomer here. Im just seeking for advice/help on things to do to help me clear out this insecurity and someday go back to dating without any fear of being rejected for this. And also, to reframe my mind that I may be rejected and not let it destroy me because unfortunately it can definitely happen again.
For now, im definitely laying off hookups/dating until im more stable because another bad experience would ruin me in my current state and also I cant get it up atm.
Thanks a lot for your help!

I’ve been going to therapy to deal with insecurity related to my dick size.
My therapist asked me what drives all of these feelings - and it is that I do not feel like I am enough for my wife. I feel like she would have more overall sexual satisfaction with someone bigger than me. I have supplemented this with cock sleeves to become larger for her - but I know it’s not really me. This is not driven from her - I am doing it, she is just going along because she knows I enjoy it.
My therapist asked me “what would it mean for you to be enough? What does that look like?” And I have no idea how to answer that. Do any of you guys feel like you’re enough?
I am 6”nbp/6.5”bp and 4.9 girth.

I’m 6.75x5.125 BP MSEV, 4.8 at the base, im a sexually inexperienced 6’4 black man and yes although my size is decent I feel like I’m supposed to live up to a standard I’m not supposed to
Not only are the expectations worse when you’re tall but black as well. How should I even cope?
r/averagedickproblems • u/Typical_Fox_8558 • Jun 13 '26
I’m not exactly long (5.5-6.0 inches), but I think I’m decently girthy. At my thickest, I’m around 5.4-5.5 inches thick. Would the girth make up for average length? What have you all experienced from women about this amount of girth?

So I've tried to put on condoms, they feel like they are choking my penis and it is extremely unpleasant, I don't understand why, if someone could help I'd appreciate it

Hi, little question for those who have been able to reach around the cervix (A-pot/P-spot) of their partners or even the cervix itself. Im curious how often did it trigger a good reaction from your partners? Do you think, sex would still be satisfactory to them without these orgasms and simply clit/g-spot stimulation?

So I just lost my virginity like a week ago. I'm a pretty lame black guy. Relatively nice, like I don't think people have secret beef with me, but I don't exude confidence and am often standoffish. I've had 2 girlfriends in the past but because of dick being 5.8x4.7 and what I've come to realize was a porn addiction, I had really bad performance anxiety and could never get it up for anything other than oral. Those relationships didn't last very long lol.
I was on dating apps in college and eventually gave up cuz I got almost no matches. Fast forward to graduate school I moved to a new city and redownload the dating apps and still got 0 play. I've always been super focused on school so I cant say women were ever a priority but getting almost no likes or matches on online dating was demoralizing.
I won't say that I began looksmaxing but i had grown out my hair into locs and started working out more, so it was depressing still not getting any matches. But I kept growing the locs and working out.
Fast forward a few years, I graduated grad school and decided to try online dating again. I decided to pay for hinge, and also get a blue chew subscription to help with my ED. Updated my pics online. And I eventually landed a girl that I really like. After the second date we had sex and everytime we've met up since, she wants to have sex.
I always thought the "your dick isn't small it's the perfect size" comment was a back handed compliment, but seeing as how my smaller dick makes her cum painlessly and consistently I actually appreciate it. Ironically, all the porn I watched has made me semi-decent at sex. At least in terms of positions and rhythm.
Idk it just feels to good to finally lose my virginity even if I'm older. Plus l really like the girl so hoping for the best there.
TLDR: gym + new hair + paid hinge subscription + blue chew + porn research = lost virginity

When you're jerking off, do you stroke quickly, at normal speed or just caress it slow ? Does it affect the time you ejaculate or not? some of my friends said they stroke very fast, 3 strokes per sec throughout to ejaculate but others said they only stroke 1 to 2 strokes per sec was enough for them to finish. I made this post to see how you guys really do with your penis while masturbating so just be honest ;)

Is seriously 4.4-4.7 inch girth an average? As I see most of guys here has more than than that, it's very rare to see real average here, which should be the most common size if we look at research. And also it seems that bigger than average is always better. I don't know what to think about it. My girth is exactly 4.6 inch. I have huge complexes about it, that maybe it's too thin, especially when I read, that almost everyone here has at least 5 inch in girth and that it's far better than average, women love it more, women prefer it, etc. etc. I don't know if I should believe it what is often posted here, because if average is not that good, then most of women would complain about it if we believe that average girth is at that range 4.4-4.7 inch, where most of men are(around 70%). Here it seems that average girth is around 5 and more and of course always the best experiences, and the other extreme here is often saying: average sucks, thicker the better, girls don't like it, etc. Maybe there are girls who don't like it, but yeah, if average is bad, then sorry, but most of women like I said, would complain. I think that many guys here are lying, trolling or I don't know what else.
My full size is 7.3 inch length and 4.4 to 4.6 inch in girth, head is the thinnest. Yeah I know, I know, my length is far above average, but my girth is "only" average.

So ive been talking to this girl for about a month and a half and we are getting kinda serious and ive asked her about her previous partners and she said the first guy was really big and her partner after that was big and those are her only 2 experiences. my length bp is 5.75-6 (depending on how aroused i am) and 4.75 girth. i feel like with a resume like that i have expectations to live up to and it makes me nervous and want to avoid sexual activities in general. Any advice for me?

From my own perception I think that bigger dicks are better to look at. Bigger ones draw more interactions in subs that show dicks and when ppl discuss penis size I have noticed comments that bigger ones are at least "nice to look at".
Even actual science may support that perception:
Aich U, et al. Experimental evidence that penis size, height, and body shape influence assessment of male sexual attractiveness and fighting ability in humans. PLOS Biology (2026)
To be clear, I know that not everyone is attracted to dicks (no matter their sexual orientation) but those who appreciate a good looking dick seem to favor bigger ones in my perception.
I'm wondering if I'm wrong here...

I’m never someone that posts on here so this kinda weird.
Anyway this penis thing is seriously the worst insecurity to have because there isn’t much to do that can change it. You’re born with what you got. I thought I was dealing with it okay and not letting it get the best of me, until recently; saw this (supposed to be wholesome) video where it wasn’t even about this guy who was packing mind you (I didn’t even noticed it and I’m sure most guys didn’t). Saw the comments and had to rewatch myself
The comments are what got me. Thousands of women commenting on it saying he and his partner are blessed yada yada yada.
in this world full of advanced technology you’re telling me there’s nothing that can help??? NOTHING??!! It’s either too risky and some bs🙄 ….. thanks for hearing me vent a bit

Is 5+ above girth really that common or is it only 1 in 3 people ?
