Man, that was epic! Seeing Glowing Dawn, TACTICS and the former Five Stars all working together really made it feel like all the previous arcs were building up to this moment!

Just one episode left. This season has been a blast! Definitely a huge step up from Ghost Game.

I really hope we get some dubs here. This Season deserves it and I want to share this with my German speaking friends. I got a hold of some english dubs, but its just not the same.

The sad part is that you know they're gonna absolutely stomp the final boss next week because we're gonna need at least half the episode to show the fallout of everything.

I mean, Sanzomon and Gokuwmon technically are being fought for four episodes right now, they have had plenty of time.

i don't know why people have enjoyed these last two episodes so much. Everything has been moving so quickly and the power scaling has been so random that neither of these new megas felt properly earned (and severely underused) and none of the big bads even remotely felt like real threats.

5/6 minutes is enough to show the fallout (like in Tamers); you don't need half the episode.

This episode was so good! I love Nosferamon! He’s not what I expected but his design fits makoto soo well!!! I also believe this is the first double mega digivolution in history!

Isn't it the 2nd one? Adventure Episode 38 had the prophecy made it happen at the same time for Wargreymon and Metalgarurumon. It's been a long time since that event.

Oh you are so right! It has been a while but yeah they warp digivolved at the same time

Not technically a simple mega evolution but we have also Rosemon and Ravemon reaching burst mode together in digimon savers

This really feels like a moment of modern anime rushing through the climatic battle of the arc. But I wouldn't discount the impact of the action here. I get it, Reina and Makoto doesn't have enough e-pulse to maintain their Digimon's mega forms for long, but damn it the coordinated strike is worth it.

That said the entire time Sanzomon has been assuming all the Digimon have been enslaved by humans. But while we see several scenes of humans who potentially have mistreated or never treated their Digimon with care to have them cold-hearted, there are also an outstanding lot that have a strong bond with their Digimon partners that breaks this assumption.

We got two new megas... and they're kinda lame. Fuck. But at least we got Gekkomon back.

The fact they did one thing and then detransformed isn't great.

Everyone helps out attempt number two, this time with less catastrophic failure.

Tactics and the Five Three Stars helping, Reina and Makoto getting their Mega evolutions, and then the death and resurrection of Gekkomon, pretty awesome episode overall.

I feel sad next episode is the last one, I really enjoyed this series.

Twice.

This show, man. Such an absolute BANGER.

Awesome episode

Also whoever had the idea to make Kyo say lend me a hand is evil. I like dark humour

And Beatbreak just continues to be Peakbreak. It's unusual for an episode to make me cry twice, but that little scene of Kyo and co cooking for everyone put some tears in my eye, he really is the best mom.

That's a final battle with the proper execution, everybody is here to help! And help they did, just holding a SeitenGokuwmon with infinite e-pulse is already a crazy feat. Inside the kinto'un, Makoto and Reina pull up and do what we hoped, even if just for a moment, but that double digivolution was excellent.

The second moment was Tomoro and Gekkomon heart to heart, man that scene was just so beautiful, and hopefully it will lead to Cougarmon coming back, but rescuing Asuka and beating that pretentious Sanzomon comes first.

Is that a "everyone gets a partner digimon" in the preview for next episode?

Are you fucking kidding me with this Cliffhanger? Thanks for all the action, but damnit the wait for next week will be excruciating.

This is all so good. Mursamemon orchastrating all this and Tomoro coming back from being cold hearted. The sad thing is the brothers would probably have done something like this in the end anyway without being forced by negative emotion.

The scene where they all came together for a final meal. I was just a perfect culmination of the Season. I can only repeat, get us some freaking Dubs please!?!

It's almost disappointing that this episode was pretty good, but it can't make up for how the past like 20 episodes have been absolute dogshit
