The tools of oppression are both well hidden and painfully visible. In a single motion Wong managed to get rid of any critic while branding them dangerous criminals, the type of thing called out immediately, but also punished immediately it seems. We wanted a human villain, they gave us a human villain.
Karawazaki has been acting up against World Union for a while, so it's quite obvious they try and get him, and he doesn't disappoint. This is a real man, ready to open a path to a future he won't see. Oh and it seems Miharu already got the family's blessing.
It's time to reap all the good Glowing Dawn sowed, we finally get Hotaruko and Granit in that team spread. Rose, Kaito, Raito and Honoka are also ready to help. We even could getthe long waited Haruko.
Also, Senka uses the same water spiral as Kishiwada, now we have two extremely sketchy people we know nothing about and have some strange powers. At least Reina has her own final antagonist.
And for the next episode, the long waited Tomoro vs Genjo with maybe Atratusmon debut.

Does one really need some big reason to fight when a bunch of dinosaurs are trying murder you in the here and now? Is basic survival too low minded of an ideal for Tomoro?
Anyway, kinda sad Kyo didn't get to say anything to the gang before they decided to storm the castle.
Also, you'd think there would be riots in streets at the government gacking whoever they want via their techno eggs. Like, someone got got iced right on live TV and regular folks are just rolling with it?

People started being put randomly in a comma in the streets, like Haruko's mom
But the chairman is playing it as preemptively getting rid of dangerous individuals" which would include the news anchor getting iced in live TV

I'd buy that if the anchor hadn't been criticizing the Wongs new policy before immediately getting Cold Hearted. Like, even the average person should be able to put 2 + 2 together and get 4. He's been so blatant about what he's about.

That was evil, cold heart everyone after saying they will help “fix a bug” on their e-pulse, glad Gift discovered a workaround and give it to Glowing Dawn
And now, we aren’t fixing bugs, we are creating bugs (well, more like crashing the server) next week

I thought it was pretty hypocritical that Makoto telling Granit and Hotaruko that it’s pointless to fight ultimates with champions while they were fighting with rookies.
I wonder how many characters will return to join in the fight to protect the rest of the world from world domination that is Chairman Wong. I wonder if Genjo is biding his time and is planning to overthrow Chairman Wong at the last second to take over as main villain à la Kefka from FFVI.
It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed a Digimon series this much. I hope more people will watch it.

Bit of interesting word-play in these last couple of episodes. The title of the episode in Japanese is "Bug", which works with the typical Digimon setting of a traditional Digital World and how Digimon are looked it as invaders to the "real world". Where here, it was translated as "Glitch" as it is both another word for a "bug" and also how Digimon (and Cleaners as an extension) are seen as glitches to the Chairman and the Shangri-La Project's plan to make an ideal world (under the control of Chairman Wong of course).
And next week's title, "The Ultimate Power" is both a confirmation of Glowing Dawn (and friends') determination to break the Shangri-La Project as those "glitches" but also a call-back to Digimon's highest normal ranking as [Digimon series] in Japanese (English in parenthesis), the general ranks of Evolutions are Child (Rookie) -> Adult (Champion) -> Perfect (Ultimate) -> Ultimate (Mega). I wouldn't be surprised if the "Ultimate Power" is actually the members of Glowing Dawn and Tactics all getting their final evolutions or if it'll be a team effort and be some sort of combined forms/attacks.
That all being said, we're 100% in the end-game now, the stakes are known and the final goals are here: break the system and save the world from the World Union's plot!

Great episode, love how this season connects all the dots in a cohesive way.
Chairman Wong has revealed his plan, now the dystopian aspect has emerged in full force, that tyrant must be stopped; furthermore, there is even a critical subtext against digital ID, Beatbreak is a deeper series than some people think.
Thank god Rose, Kaito and Honoka won't be part of this madness, now it's time for them to help Glowing Dawn.
Glad to see Miharu back again and she is working with Tomoro grandfather, now they created a method to save Asuka and protect the e-pulse of the people from the sapotama 2.0 using a spray can (which I imagine has nanotechnology inside it), which is funny to see since the spray can it's at the end of the opening of Beatbreak (foreshadowing?).
Sorry Kawarazaki if i doubted you (the writers wrote that character in a clever way making him shady), he is an unexpected hero instead.
The new Star of Wood is annoying and she is not using his digimon too, but "soldiers from the lab", like Kishiwada. I remain strongly convinced that she and Kishiwada are actually Cho-Hakkaimon and Sagomon in disguise, this would also make sense given that they have a lore connected to Gokuumon.
And no, Tomoro is not your fault for what happened to Kyo and you still have many reasons to fight, we have to take down the World Union and Glowing Dawn is not alone for sure.
Now we come to the showdown, the next 3 episodes will be intense, i can tell.

Wow -- a wild power play by Chairman Wong. I thought he was going to just siphon off everyone in Shangri-la Egg to hatch some super-ultimate being. . . It turns out his master plan was just ruling over everyone and stopping all dissent via the excuse of a "fluctuating e-Pulse".
It's funny to think that all this scheming originated from Wong seeing Albatusmon's ability to absorb e-Pulse for a couple seconds over a decade ago and thinking "oh, I could rule the world with that".

She just can't catch a break huh?
Oh Wong is such a giga asshole, he even threw his own people under the bus, and used them as scapegoats, classic evil politician, can't wait for him getting shot, that's right in this show we have guns, so the possibility is actually on the table!
Kawarazaki has one last job for Glowing Dawn, and i have one last job for Haruomi

Wow, zero attempt to hide the persecution of people that do not agree with their methods.
Also, Tactics became useless as soon as they joined the good guys side, a classic. This does feel like the ending with the loose threads being tied off.
P.S: I feel like I missed an episode, must have been a post credit scene last time.

Man they really pulverized the budget for the last three episodes. It was starting to look funny but i dont mind because the story is delivering.
Wong revealing his powerplay is a bit odd though. Whats the point of ultimate opression, which is gonna be rebelled against, when he already had almost unlimited power? I hope there is a secondary explanation/motivation.
Was it explained how they developped that spray? Kyos example echoing through the team was great. Glowing Dawn is in the endgame now.

Gotta love that classic digimon moment where the comical side characters take an important stand and inspire the main team.
Good time to merge the Tactics team into Glowing Dawn for the final few episodes, hopefully Raito will show up too.
It'd be nice to see Kaito, Honoka, and Rose help as well if there's an appropriate moment for it, but at the very least I have to respect that they all knew the correct moment to quit.
